So just to be clear, when you say "just bought" how long ago was that? Is it on this new iPhone that you had pictures, texts, etc that you want? Were you backing up to iCloud or onto iTunes?
This may not help for everything but if you go to iCloud.com and log in, are you able to find your pictures there?

Well, turbo.264 is indeed very nice to have - even for converting full-sized movies. All H.264 files (assuming they are H.264 level 4.1 or lower) are compatible with the built-in Videos app.

It entirely depends on your needs. The top players (AVPlayerHD / ProPlayer, It's Playing, GoodPlayer) all have different strengths and weaknesses. I myself use It's Playing the most as I convert everything into MP4 and simply love the DSP's (brightness / volume / saturation boosting). If you are syncing with a computer and transferring your purchases there you can sync the 2nd iPad with the computer and transfer all of them (quickest method). If you are using the same Apple ID on the 2nd iPad you can download them again without being charged.

If you are using the computer that you normally sync with, it should sync without entering the passcode. However, if this is not the computer you normally sync with, you cannot get past the passcode, it has to be entered.

If you have already set up the iPad and activated it - You have to restore from the iCloud backup which entails totally erasing the device and then setting it up again from the iCloud backup.

You need to move your iTunes library and other important data(contacts, calendars, pics, etc.) from your old computer to your new computer:

Once you do that, authorize your new computer(Store>Authorize this Computer), then backup your iPhone on your new computer, then restore your phone from that backup, followed by syncing your iTunes content back to your phone. The iTunes content currently on your phone will be erased when you first sync on your new computer, but if you move your entire library, you'll just sync the same content back to your phone.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

There are a lot of unknowns here.
Is the old computer a Mac?
Did you manage your music through iTunes?
If the old machine was a Mac and you use iTunes you should be able to look on the old external drive for a folder called Music. Inside is a folder called iTunes. Copy that folder to the same location on the new computer and your music should be restored. You may have to reauthorize the machine for the music to show up.
You may also just have to open iTunes on the new machine and drag that old iTunes folder onto the music list in the new iTunes and the files may start importing.

ExportPDF subscription is not for a single computer, you can use it on any machine. There are two ways of Accessing the service , one by Web browser and second by using Adobe Reader. you would just require Adobe Reader or any web Browser.
