If you have not changed any code it is impossible that a classcast exception can be thrown since we evaluate for duplicate ids. Chances are there if you had given an id of a bean which is added programmatically in the controller then you might end up with this error. Delete the personalization and create the button with a unique name.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

How can i redirect to with one button to different pages!

Hi All,
For any application, for the first time,if a new table exists then there will no data in that table.
based on this scenerio,in my application,i am handling apex validation staying that "you have no data. Please click here to go Reset symbol page.
when it redirects to Reset symbol i am providing a text box and with a button. Once there enter a symbol and click on button it will inert in that table and again redirects to Home page for say-39.
simillarly what are the functionality available in home page i had implemented same thing but only it differs page no for say-115.
In both the scenerio's i will be redircting reset Symbol page where there can insert a symbol explained in above scenerio case.
My problem is when i am throwing the error msg from page-39 i am redirecting to Reset symbol and when there enter symbol and click on button again i will be redirection t page -39 because the error had came from page-39.
If the same error comes from page-115 then also i will redirecting to same Reset Symbol where there will be entering symbol and click on button, in this case it should redirect to page-115 instead of page-39 because i have got error from page-115 but not from page-39.
How to handle the above scenerio, please help me out.

Thanks for your suggestion, it is working fine..But i am facing one problem in page 115, i have two regions and both regiosn have same name but only difference is items names.. when i had tried to rediect to page-115 the umwanted one regions is showing instead of expected region. It is getting failed here bec it is rediecting to differnet region.

In the OBIEE 11.1.1.6, we have one uncommon requirement that customers want to randomly select actual page to view expected data in table view.
For example:
We make use of some columns to create one report in table view, and set 'Rows per Page' equal to '5',
if this report contains 60 rows, it will have 12 pages, so customers want to select sepcial page number to view the some data. Is it possible to implement this requirement? Maybe we should write JS code.
Note: Below table view, it has four buttons: First Row, Previous Row, Next Row and Display (500) rows in per page. So we want to add one button to select per page.
We look at orgnial codes in WebBrowse, but do not know the following codes derive from which JS file.
Could you please tell me how to find this file?

Thanks for listening me.
I agree 11g have some issues unlike 10g. I've tried the same by creating a measure rcount(1) and name it as Page in RPD. I just pulled column Page in pivot table section 'Pivot Table Prompts' it is working but this may not answer your requirements.
I would suggest to use the column in Prompt and go by between operator to allow user to select the rows between.
In the report make Page as prompted.
If you are okay with this can look forward to tweak it further, like values in the prompt multiple of 5 or 10s some thing like that.

How do I find if the Invoice was added ( add button )

Is there a way that I can catch if the Invoice was added successfylly or not, Given that the adding invoice is a manual user action and NOT a SDK process.
Version: SAP 2005A
any sugesstions/workarounds are highly appreciated.

Are you using the UI Api? If so you can catch an item event and see if the transaction was successful:
!itemEvent.BeforeAction - tells us the action has already happened.
itemEvent.FormType == 13 - only looks at Object Type 13 (Invoices)
itemEvent.ActionSuccess - tells us the action was successful (ie the Invoice was added)

I can not print a pdf file that was sent in an email. I get an adobe error message that it can not print with an ok to check and when i do I get another adobe error message that says I did not select a page to print. I have downloaded the latest adobe download. I forwarded the email to my husband and he printed the document just fine.

This first question which comes to mind is how do you display the pdf file in the browser?
For this the browser uses a plug in (e.g. adobe reader) which already has the ability to print the pdf file. Depending on the version of your plug in, printing is started differently.

Adding a button to a page which initiates PL/SQL logic

I would like to add a button onto an apex page which runs some pl/sql logic.
Such as:
Start PL/SQL   <--- This is the button
Which does the following pl/sql (this is just an example):

BEGIN
SELECT 1 INTO v_tmp FROM DUAL;
END;I have tried a couple of suggestions found within this forum, they did not work (no errors, just a "button" did not appear). I have also tried the suggestion in the APEX 2.2 Developers Guide, in section 6-10, titled "Add a Process". Again, this did not work, no errors, just no button either.
We have rdbms 10.2.0.1.0, and 2.2.0 apex.

Adding one item on many pages/many media

Is it possible to create one item and have it published in different places? Sometimes the same item should be published on different pages. We don't want to copy it, because then the editing of the item has to be done on every page.
Sometimes the same item should be published both on the intranet site and on the extranet site and on a palm, but it must be this only item and not three different copies. Is there a way?

You can publish the page (folder in 3.0) the item is on as a portlet. The item (and other items on the page) can then be published in multiple places.

HT1926 Have new generation 6 nano. Was able to install version 8 of itunes but error reads that this version with Vista needs newer version. Have tried to install 10.1 but it installs only part way then installs itself part way through. Help.

The solution Lijoesat posted above worked for me!
First I found the private/var/folders/ (and then lots of gibberish folders) and singled out two garageband files and deleted them. This did not work.
I then deleted everything which may or may not be a good thing, I am an idiot, I have no idea if these are extremely important files or not!
I tried to empty the trash bin after but many files was locked and Garageband would still not install.
I did a restart of the computer, emptied the bin successfully and tried to install Garageband again and it worked fine!
The inserted picture show some of the folder structure, I deleted everything after private/var/folders/

How can you make one button preform different actions in Xcode?

How can you make one button "preform a click" and "orderfront"? Is that possible? Because what I am doing is making a welcome window to my application for Mac OS X 10.6, and I have two buttons in that window, one says "Connect" which connects a a WebView to a url and the other button opens up the main window. So how can I a make a button do multiple things at once??

Ah - If you are just using bindings between various objects from Interface Builder, you can reduce your application code a bit (sometimes quite a bit), but there is only so far you can go. Typically variables and routines are defined in your application that Interface Builder hooks into, so that your application code (usually Objective-C, but can be others) can use these variables and routines to determine what is happening in the user interface.
I'm not sure how up-to-date the project code is (or what programming code you are familiar with), but you can take a look at Apple's Cocoa Application Tutorial to see what is (usually) involved in creating an application.

LabVIEW one button dialog fails in filter event

Hello,
I'm using the one button dialog to provide feedback to the user in an event structure. Inside of a notify event, it works fine. I have another instance inside a filter event (Edit Cell? for a listbox). When it gets called, the dialog box appears to hang. I've noticed that if I select a window from another application (like Windows Task Manager), then come back it appears that the one button resets to the FALSE state and operates correctly. If I don't switch applications, the one button dialog is completely unresponsive.
The VI that I am running is top level, and set to Modal. I am setting the Discard? output to be TRUE in the cases where I provide the dialog. The dialog box works the first time, but fails on subsequent iterations. Perhaps the Discard? setting is affecting operation?
