Power up the AirPort Extreme for a few minutes, then hold in the reset button on the back of the Extreme for 10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the Extreme to restart to a slow, blinking amber light.
It might be possible to use wireless to configure the Extreme, but I recommend using a wired connection. Temporarily, connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the Extreme.
Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen and wait a few seconds for a listing of New AirPort Base Station to appear. Just below that, click on AirPort Extreme.
The illustration below shows an AirPort Express. You will see AirPort Extreme on your screen.
AirPort Setup will open up automatically and take a minute to analyze the network, then announce that the Extreme will be configured to extend the Time Capsule network.
Enter a device name that you want to use for the Extreme and click Next
Wait a minute while AirPort Setup configures things for you. When you see the message of Setup Complete, click Done.
You can disconnect the Ethernet cable that you used for the set up now. Things should be working. The Extreme is providing additional wireless coverage the the Ethernet ports are enabled. You can connect to any port that you want since they all operate the same in this type of setup.

Very strange behavior. Don't entirely give up on the "Manually Added Items" category ... I have seen things magically appear there even after I've checked and seen nothing there. I think things got real quirky when Apple released iCloud ... I don't remember extra copies of purchases lingering on my iPhone once transferred to my library before that. Sure, if I bought an album directly to my iPhone it would stay on there even after I sync to my library, but if I deleted the album from the iPhone it stayed deleted. Now it seems that there are some phantom copies that come and go with no explanation.

If you're re-downloading an album to iTunes and your iPhone, that may perpetuate the problem. What happens if you completely delete every copy of the album, then just download to your iTunes library and then sync the album to your iPhone from your library? A few other things to try:

I would like to open a Firefox browser with multiple tabs per topic, like work1/work2/hobby and see that given name in the taskbar, instead of the tab-name

I usually open a new browser window per subject, let's say I'm shopping online for something and open about 5 tabs for that, but in the same time I am working on 2 systems which are lookalike, but defenitely should not be mixed average 6 tabs open per subject. Also I read something on my hobby and I open another window and want to read a few tabs on that.
I don't want them to mix and preferably I'd like to see a self-chosen subject for a minimized window in the taskbar.
Is there a feature like this or is it possible to add a feature like this?

Another alternative by the way maybe to use multiple Firefox profiles. I will give more information on that if required. It is fairly easy if you are used to using computers but not something this forum officially supports with KB articles.
The bult in Tabs groups sounds more like what you want. Did you try that ?
As for trying to interest Developers. You could make a comment using ''feedback'' but I would not hold out much hope unless you yourself know a developer willing to undertake the coding and press for its use. Maybe you would be more likely to interest and get something from add-on developers, assuming a similar add-on does not already exist.

Would like some help with Chrome Browser and interrupted downloads

Hi all,
This is my first foray into Macs and I have brought the Mac Mini (base spec, using latest version of lion) about 3 months ago and not regretted it either! I am however having one issue that is puzzling me. Upon getting my Mac I installed Chrome instantly I love it as a web browser and everything worked great, however one day Chrome crashed and I had to use force close from the Apple menu to close it, since then every time I attempt to download any file from the web to my network hdd I instantly get a 'download interrupted' message. Upon trying every other browser it works perfectly and Chrome it self WILL download to the internal hdd but not to my network drive. I really do prefer Chrome for web browsing but having to manually move each file rather than just download it to a set location is annoying. I have reset the PRAM and it didn't have any effect, I am unsure as to what is happening as it was working fine before I needed to force close Chrome. Please does anyone else have this problem and if so is it resolved and how can I resolve this annoying problem.

New version FF3.63 causes a faded screen with script running in the background. I understand it may not be entirely compatible with 64bit units. I was perfectly happy with 3.59 and would like to downgrade, is this possible and how?

I cannot share the library on my iPod with the library on my pc. The iPod library was originally held on another pc so I would like to move the iPod library content on to the library held in iTunes on my pc. I thought switching on home sharing would work

The original pclibrary was held on my previous pc if that makes any difference. My iPod has over 200songs in its library and the library on my pc shows 3 songs which I purchased from iTunes. Works fine in Windows - copy your entire iTunes library to an external USB drive, plug this into your laptop, start iTunes while holding down the shift key and then select the iTunes library on the external drive. Alternatively you can can repeat the copy process from the external drive to your laptop. Once you have the duplicated libraries Microsoft's SyncToy tool does a good job of keeping the content of the different libraries in sync. You can also copy over a network but unless your library is small this can be very slow. I've used this method for years so that I can have the same library content at home (master), at work, and on the road. One point to note is that this only works if you set iTunes (via Edit > Preferences > Advanced) to keep iTunes media folder organized and copy files to iTunes folder. Other thing is to make sure you exit from iTunes before copying/synchronizing the library, as otherwise the iTunes library files (.itl and .xml in Windows) may be inconsistent with content (everything in iTunes\iTunes Media).

Part of the website's name is black, but most of it is grey. Why is this happening and how do I change it (it's really annoying)?

I think it's because it's only putting the part of the address I manually type in as black, but it's hard to see the parts in grey. I looked in "Options", but can't find anything setting to change for this.

You can set the pref browser.urlbar.formatting.enabled to false on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold(user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default or changed via the right-click context menu.

No, it's not currently possible, you can only gift content (and gift certificates) to people who use the same iTunes store as yourself - I think that the gifting will appear to go through, but when the UK person tries to redeem it, he/she will get an error message (even if the album was available in their store it would still error).

It isn't possible. If you need to use a different iCloud account with a different ID as your primary iCloud account, you can still set up your other iCloud address as a secondary account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, signing in with your ID and turning Mail to on. It will be fetch rather than push email, however, as push is only supported in the primary account.
