Iam new to plsql

Question

i am using the query
for example
query="select eno, ename from emp where esal=? and eadd=?"
pst = createPreparedStatement(query, conn);
i need to get the values from database (PL SQL) i need to display the values iam passing the values dtnamically but iam not getting the values in place of '?'
any of u explain me the logic how to write the logic
