i downloaded bea weblogic 6.0 version,and i want work on jsp and servlets in this.
just,i started deploying examples given.but,iam facing problems in deploying examples.
i followed the procedure given in that example help.but,i could not able to resolve the problem.
iam getting error like this" server is not able to find the specified file"like this.am i giving
wrong address in location.iam giving like this:
http://localhost:7001/examplesWebApp/HelloWorld.jsp after starting the weblogic server.
could some one please tell me,what is the problem here?how we will give the path of the jsp file in 6 version.
and if i create my own servlets and jsp where i can place these files and how to deploy these files.give
me the whole procudure.it willbe very helpful to me.

in 2-a it's given that :
Compile the jsp as shown in this example for Windows NT/2000:
$ java weblogic.jspc -d %EX_WEBAPP_CLASSES% *.jsp
but,when i try to complie this at command promt,it is giving me error saying that,
"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.noclassdeffounderro: weblogic/jspc".
so,this where iam getting problem.
i think it is not able to identify "jspc" class command.so,could you please guide me how can i overcome this problem.

The company I work for has given me an iPhone, but I haven't been able to download any apps. I've created an apple ID account, it claimed that it had been verified, but everytime I go to download something, it verifies again and claims there's an error. I've tried this now with 3 different emails, and the message reads: go to the iTunes support page. I've emailed Apple, and they were extremely unhelpful. I was given the most vague responses by Bidyut from the iTunes Store Customer service team. I would just like to be able to use this phone since I'm paying for it.
It might be helpful if you told us exactly what the error was... If you don't give us specifics, the best you're going to get is vague responses.

Looks like blame is incorrectly placed. Turns out my iSCSI connector is struggling with Mavericks. When I placed the iTunes library on a local drive, everything came back to normal.

i need to add bpm to my songs but in some of them i just can't add/modify any info. it seems like it happens only with the verified songs (the ones i download from souncloud work for example) probably verified trough gracenote..is there anything i can do?

Only one Airport Express will work at any given time
Hi,
I use one Airport Express to connect to the internet and another to stream iTunes to my Stereo.
I can only get one to work at any given time!
If I use Airport SetUp Assistant to reconfigure the one that isn't working, it starts and the other stops.
I can only ever see the current one in Airport Admin Utility.
Airport SetUp Assistant shows me two.

iphone 4s is working for example can play,music recieve texts ,calls ect but has black screen and have tried the force shutdown method but still can see what im doing on the screen
Did anything happen to prior to your phone acting this way? It sounds like your screen is dead, but it is hard to say without knowing what what the cause.
1) was this a gradual problem? Did the phone screen start dimming a couple months ago and now has degraded or after some event (known or unknown to you), the phone started behaving this way.
2) Can you give more specifics on the problem? You said you have a black screen, but also you can see what you're doing on screen. Is the screen just really dim? Is the screen completely black? Does anything else besides attempting to reset the device cause it to flash white? -

Why doesn't doFilter work was expected when a .jsp page is accessed?
I'm hoping an expert could point me in the right direction or tell me
if this is a bug in WebLogic.
My environment is WebLogic 6.1 (service pack 4), on Windows 2000.
I need to capture all the response data that comes back from the
servlet. So, I have a simple filter that wraps the response object,
and sends the wrapped object into filterChain.doFilter() method.
I've set up the web.xml so that any servlet access should trigger my
filter (the <url-pattern> is /*). I've also configured a sample
web-app called TEST to serve .html/.jsp pages.
When the browser makes a .html request, everything works as expected.
After the filterChain.doFilter(), I can take a look at the wrapped
response object and print the contents of the response.
However, when I access a .jsp page as part of form data submit, the
output stream of my wrapper is empty after the filterChain.doFilter()
completes.
If I don't wrap the response, then everything seems to work fine. The
.jsp gets interpreted properly by the servlet container, I can see the
result page in the browser just fine.
By inserting debug statements, I can see that if I wrap the responses,
for a .html request, under the covers, wrapper's getOutputStream()
gets called. But for a .jsp request, under the covers, wrapper's
getWriter() gets called. I don't know how significant this is, but
this is the only difference I see!
If I don't wrap the response, I am not sure how to get at the response
data. All I need to do is to take certain actions depending on the
response. That is why I'm using a wrapper to get at the response data.
In the JRun AppServer, the code just works fine.
I've enclosed the source code & the output that demonstrates the
problem.
What am I doing wrong? Or, is this a bug in WebLogic? If this is a
bug, is there a patch available?

If someone else runs into this, here is how I solved the problem -
If you create a PrintWriter object with the autoflush option, it
doesn't flush the underlying buffer till you call println on it. I
looked through the generated code for the servlet, and it was doing a
JSPWriter.print() to output information.
So, I changed the ResponseWrapper to keep a handle to the PrintWriter
object, and then flush it in the filter, and that works.
Why the same code behaves differently in JRun & Weblogic, I'm not sure

how come when i make a web site and i test it in my local server it works fine when i tranfer to server certain things do not work example i used javascript to put in a prompt bar for a newsletter page at the server it did not work but at local it did also it works at MOZZILLA but not internet explorer i also have cs4 was wondering if there is a way to test a page in dreamweaver and then transfer THANK YOU X-FACTOR-MEDIA

Can't get `netctl start` to work with example eth0-dhcp profile
So I recently decided to go ahead and install netctl. I had netcfg previously. First thing I did was disable my old systemd unit for netcfg after upgrading.
Then I proceeded with using the example profile
cp /etc/netctl/examples/ethernet-dhcp /etc/netctl/eth0-dhcp
netctl start eth0-dhcp
But then, instead of it working, I get an error. I decided to reboot to see if the new kernel would affect it. It didn't. This is the error I got:

Somehow, the service is loaded, but not active. The error message appears to just be that the interface is already up... which doesn't make sense. If I manually use `ifconfig eth0 down` before calling it, then I get

If I then reenable eth0, then I still get the "is already up" message, despite neither dhclient nor dhcpcd being active. Also, at this point the interface does not have an IP address either.
How do I fix this? Why does it constantly say the interface is already up?

I temporarily "fixed" this by using ForceConnect=yes as indicated here: https://github.com/joukewitteveen/netctl/issues/11 However, I think using that is quite a hack, so maybe someone can solve what the underlying cause is

This must work, but I don't know what's putting interface in UP state.
I did this. neither dhcpcd or dhclient were running through any of this. Also, when I set the link down, then I got the error message "network not ready" discussed in the second error message in my post -

after setting all the necessary things ie.,Environment Variables like J2EE_HOME,JDK_HOME...
etc., the server starts working nicely...also deploy tool...
My problem starts when i try to execute the Examples EJB programs...
when i try to compile my example Ejb program provided by SUN...it throws the following error..

it doesn't throws any errors...compilation successful...Build Success...

How can I correct it?In case you have not fixed this, take a look at your Image Size (Ctrl Alt i). The default when you make a new document window is 72ppi which can result in smaller text than you sometimes expect. If you open Image size, turn off resample, and change the resolution to something like 300, you'll get much larger type for the same settings.
For this reason one of the first things I do after installing Photoshop, or resetting Preferences, is to open Preferences > Units & rulers, and set Type to mm. This way I know that if the document is set to A4, and orientated in landscape (297mm x 210mm) setting text to 21mm is going to result in type exactly one tenth the height of the document.
I believe people in America still use inches, but unfortunately inches are not an option for Type units in Preferences. It is easy enough to work it out in your head though. A 10x8 document with type set to 25mm will give you text one eighth the height of the document.
The bottom line is you can at least predict what is going to happen when setting text size. -
