before updating to 10.8.3 it was no problem to choose a calender which is organized in a folder for new or existing event.

sorry, i have a german osx: i mean calender groups instead of folders.

ICal problem since Yosemite update

In iCal I have the week set to start on a monday. However since updating to Yosemite when I print a calendar it starts on a tuesday. I have forced the issue and set iCal preferences to start on a Sunday and now it prints starting on Monday ! Yippee !!
There is clearly a bug in that it jumps a day when asking to print that needs to be addressed.

What's the real model of the printer - Photosmart C5500 or 5510 Series or 5510d Series or what?
Try Resetting the Printing System, then Add the printer again. (This forces use of latest driver, among other things)

Massively Mail-problems since using Mountain Lion :-( who can help?)

Dear Community,
first time I need be excuse my long text but it's the first time I use a discussion to sort / find solutions!
First I like to describe a bit the situation:
Our company use since years very successfully Kerio Mail Mail-server which is an Multi-platform Exchange solution...
In the past we never ever ad have problems with the solution and was very happy with it about the reason that it was after many tests the only platform which had have worked on all in our company used plattforms (Apple, Windows & Linux)...
Since mountain lion we realize several problems in the Mountain lion and become about this unlucky Apple users:-(
Final we hope to get over this way's solutions and lucky users again..:
Attached the short list of problems:
1.) View day's ago me and an other employ had have changed into new MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion (first time on Mountain Lion!) where we first at all become the problems that all with Mails, then already read'n Emails are becoming unwritten marked and now my postbox have 35000 and more unread'n emails and it is no more possible to check which I have read already and which not!
2.) Also the Emails in the sent folder become the same problems :-(
3.) One other big problem is that since this change the connectivity from mail to our sever looks like 1000times more, than my 5GB Mobil Data-stick was empty after 2 days using Emails!
--> In the past I had have never ever need more the 1GB in a month!
4.) Also a big problem realized here in Asia where I traveling actual my outgoing Emails are not sent out from my MacBook Pro (just from my iPad and iPhone!)....
--> Our system administrator explains me that this are about the "missing" ActiveSync from the Apple Email!?!
Hopeful become here ASAP answers / solutions to solve all my problems and become again a happy Apple & Mail user :-)

This looks to be issue with the Apple iMail application in Mountain Lion, which apparently no longer includes an RSS reader. You'll have to find another RSS reader application or Firefox extension (check with add-ons.mozilla.org for RSS reader extensions).

How can I choose 60x60 pixel in Automator's Set Folder Views?

Hi, I was looking for something that can change Folder Views for several folders at once; I think Automator can help me do that, but I'm stuck on two problems:
1. It doesn't allow me to choose 60x60 pixel, only 56x56 or 64x64.
2. It doesn't allow me to set the grid spacing.
Is there a way to choose 60x60 in automator (it is selectable in Finder's Show View Options)? If it's not possible, what's the most likely workaround? Applescript? Or perhaps some 3rd party apps?

How can I choose the volume which I want to restore by Time Machine? I have two volumes.

Does anyone know how to restore one of two volumes from Time Machine?
I have been using SSD and HDD on my MBP.Today, I replaced an old HDD to a new HDD and tried to restore from Time Machine.
Unfortunately, Migration Assistant couldn't choose which volume I want to restore.
On Time Machine, I could choose the location, but it was just a copy, not a restore.
Some files address has been changed, so I have to correct the location for every apps on SSD.
For example, "/Volumes/Macintosh HD/Users/" has changed to "/Volumes/Macintosh HD//Macintosh HD/Users/"
I want to make a new HDD be exactlly same as an old HDD, so I don't need to adjust file locations or rename the address.

In SCORM-compliant LMSs the "mechanism" for transferring interaction data is via JavaScript variables. SCORM uses a standard JavaScript API that all compliant LMSs are supposed to understand and interpret correctly. (I use the words "supposed to" because the reality tends to be that they all interpret the standard a little differently.)
If this is a "locally developed LMS" then all bets are off. You should in theory be able to transfer quite a bit of information, but with a home-grown roll-your-own system at the other end, you have no way of knowing how it will handle that information.
You need to talk to whoever built or is currently in charge of this LMS, hopefully someone with technical knowledge and expertise. Get them to tell you how much of the SCORM standard is actually supported. Only then will you know if you can use some more advanced Captivate functionality to pass more scoring information (e.g. interaction data as well as score/pass/fail).
If your current LMS is truly only able to accept a couple of values, and your customer wants more than this, handball the issue back to them. They'll either have to upgrade their LMS or revise their requirements.

az_apis table has all of these list. but why can't see them.

it is very similar like ---> if you have two Manage servers MS1 and MS2 running on 7001 and 7002 respectively, and you have webserver configured, the client have two choice. There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

I have a 27in. i5 2011 iMac. Since downloading mountain lion, I can't print or scan, using an Epson AIO Artisian 835, plus I can't do upgrades. and of course I lose wi-fi. I think if I could do upgrades, I could fix the print/scan problem. Any ideas?

I've had several problems since downloading Mountain Lion. As with many others, I lose wi-fi on wake-up. I've also lost my ability to print or scan and I can't do upgrades. If I can't fix these issues, can I uninstall Mountain Lion and go back to Lion?

Whenever i connect my iPhone5, it starts to sync. later when it reaches the 4th stage of 'Tranferring Purchases' it stops and says me to Authorize my computer.
But i had already authorized it and even signed my apple id.
Moreover, i have only authorized 1 out of my 5 computers.
