A iCloud alert message about backing up is frozen on my screen. Cant access anything on my ipad. How do I get this alert message of my ipad screen? I have plugged my ipad to power and it is connected to Wi-Fi. Tried holding down on-off switch but nothing happens, can anyone help me with this please.

Go to Settings>General>Usage, and under iCloud, click on Manage Storage>click on your device, then under Backup Options, turn Photo Library off and then back on. See if that clears it up.
If it does not, reset your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Slide to Unlock screen redisplays, see if the issue is resolved.

If the file/song is not important, you can simply delete it from your library to avoid this error message in the future:

My time machine back up does not appear to back up documents and e mails (the most important things for me). How do I get this done?
How do you know it's not backing up those things? To check documents, go in the Finder to your documents folder, then go to the Time Machine icon in your menubar and click Enter Time Machine. Scroll back through time and see if previous versions of the documents exist in the backups.
For Mail, same thing. Open the Mail app, go into Time Machine in the same way, and scroll back. Your inbox should change to reflect how it looked when it was backed up.

How do I fix this error code? Everything that I have searched and tried to do did not help. Tech support is unsure how to handle this error message either for this something they have not really had to deal with. Did you try to disable TLS by setting both prefs to 0 or only use TLS 1.0 (both prefs 1)

I wasn't looking at what I was doing and I deleted an imessage conversation and I havent figured out how to get it back yet. I have my ipod backed up with itunes but not icloud. It is onlt that one conversation though and I really want to get it back. Is there any way possible to get my conversation back on my ipod?
If it was there and you creaded an iPod backup via iTunes then restore from that backup. Otherwise y are out of luck.
Autosyncing
To help prevent the last backup from being overwritten and thus erasing the Messages from the last backup turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...". -

The problem you are facing is basically a conflict of apple id authorisations. Some of the apps on your ipod were downloaded using one apple id that you created sometime earlier and recently you probably created another apple id to download some apps. This conflict between the two apple id;s is what is preventing your computer from syncing with your ipod and you will consistently get the message saying that your computer is not authorised. To correct this problem you need to authorise your computer with both or all the apple id's that you created ie the current one and the past one's that you created sometime in the past.
So click on the 'Store' button on the main menu bar on itunes and then click 'Authorise this computer' you will get a pop up window asking you to enter your apple id and password complete the process for both or all your apple id's separately each time. Once your computer is authorised for all the apple id's you created you will have no problem syncing your I POD. This is the only way to solve this issue as the conflict is with the authorisation in thr system software which checks every app or download with the actual apple id you used when downloading the app.
This will resolve the conflict and it will work. -
