please suggest a good topic on project on interaction of java and c for my final year mca curriculum project.

OK: How about a project that demonstrates how - from java - to invoke standard Windows functions.
o The java (of course)
o generating the .h file
o Wrapper implementation, including creating a DLL or so or whatever.
Well documented, you can post it here and be a hero to lots of JNI beginners.
Another alternative: You could try to do something similar, but with a C program that has functions you want "called back". This would illustrate "registration" of native method implementations. Another thing for which new JNI users would be thankful.
