Including if you tap the messaeg from app centre. (this is all on a iPod 5.1.1).

The broken iPhone was bought in Finland and was not locked. This one is. Does apple only give/sell locked iPhones in the UK?You should have gotten a like-for-like replacement. If the original phone was officially unlocked, the replacement phone should be as well. Call the store or AppleCare to fix.

We had a MacBook Pro stolen from our home when we were out of town and I am pretty sure we never activated the LoJack type of function on it not sure if its called lojack but you get what I am saying is there any way we can activate such hardware/app now so we can possibly recover our laptop? Any one who can point us in the right direction that would be great and we would be very grateful. When you get the new iPhone 5S they say it come with all the iWork apps for free install already. But if i restore from back-up from an old device which doesnt have any iWork apps would I still receive those iWork Apps?

I bought the Keynote app for my MacBook, but when I open the application and try to install it, I get an error message saying that the application will not work with my MacBook. What gives? And, can I please request a refund? ($19.99 = a week's groceries).

Picture messages without a texting plan are 25 cents each. Better than the $1.99 or $2.99 from the online store....
Attaching to an email would not work as mobile email does "do" attachments.
Sending to your online album will use text messages, I believe. Better to use a micro SD card, save to the card, and transfer them to your computer that way. -

When I try to purchase Mountain Lion i get an error message: "We could not complete your purchase. The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed."
I can purchase other apps, why not Mountain Lion. I get the same message on my wife's IMAC.The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
Power down. Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore.
No trouble at all once I did this.

You can also try to close the tabs via Ctrl+W and restore the closed tabs via Shift+Ctrl+T -
Ipad will come on when you hit home and then slide the unlock bar works fine - then when you get to the home page where the icons are, nothing works - not the home button, it wont rotate, scroll, cant choose icons...nothing. help!
The home button is the main button off the screen - where is the sleep button? When I hit home I only see the lock slider (its black) and a button that has a flower on it that pulls up photos we took that are on the ipad. Thanks for your help!

AriTo migrate her device to a new account, start by saving any photo stream photos she wants to keep to her amera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If she is syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of the notes and email them to her so she can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in her new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts you can each go to icloud.com from a computer and delete the other person's data from your account. -

While using Safari or Firefox my trackpad 2-finger scroll stops functioning after working normally. Trackpad works fine with all other applications. Seems it might be a setting or software problem. Any resets needed?
