Can anybody tell me that if the data is not available in R/3 systems(Ex: MM), who will load the data into that?

Hi kiran,
The data is generated in the R/3 when the business transactions take place.
No one loads the data into R/3 as it done with BW. R/3 is a OLTP(online transactional processing) system which aides the day to day transactions of a business & theese transactions are stored in the R/3 in there respective tables in the form of records, so one record is generated for each transaction done.
For example there will be record generated in different modules when there is an order placed or when a material is delivered against an order.

If you're using a PowerPC Mac, you can't.

I need to import Master data in SAP Sourcing but when i am uploading master data i am getting this errror
Business system ECQCLNT340 does not match with local SAP Sourcing System ID SOURCING.
i have followed the steps in config guide of SAP ERP with SAP Sourcing.
when i am creating business system in SAP Sourcing system type ERP is not available.
i have also attached the error file, please check

this issue has been resolved and i have completed the installation part of SAP Sourcing and Contract generation.
Now , I am getting error while uploading clause document, my functional team member are not able to upload clause document. kindly suggest.

Q10 contacts not available to BMW Bluetooth system..............

I have a (roughly) four month old Q10. When I originally paired it to my MINI Bluetooth system, it worked fine and my contacts were available in the MINI's display dialog.
A couple weeks ago, I added a Microsoft Hosted Exchange Server email account to the Q10's account list. From that point forward (give or take) the only data displayed in the MINI's phone book display was the corresponding phone number for the contact. No other data.
A couple days ago, I acquired a new BMW X5. The MINI and BMW Bluetooth systems are very similar (both BMW systems) and I'm still experiencing the same problems. Nothing but the phone number is displayed in the X5 dialog.
Anyone else have a similar experience?

I have made progress on my original issue, but it took some time to figure things out.
The problem on my Q10 started while it was still connected to the MINI that I was driving at the time. After the software update that was downloaded to the device, around early September sometime, the MINI Bluetooth display began showing only numbers, no associated names. Since I was about to trade the car, I ignored the problem.
I did try syncing the phone with BB Link on two different computers (one office, one home office), but only wound up with two duplicate contact lists on the device.
When I acquired the X5 on October 1st and paired the phone, same display issues. So I contacted RIM tech support and spent about an hour sitting in the vehicle, trying different actions, to no avail.
Being kind of fed up with the problem, and all the time it was using up, I responded with the usual email message to the open case log with my usual "since you can't fix the problem, thanks for the brick" dialog.
RIM responded with a detailed message advising me to do a security wipe (after backing up of course) on the Q10, then add back my Microsoft Hosted Exchange email account credentials.
This fixed the problem. I have not reentered some of my other email accounts, which I thought might have a negative effect. Since most of my correspondence and calendar are on the Hosted Exchange account, I'm in pretty good shape and don't want to do anything to screw it up again.

Query in a Role transported to Q system, not available in BEx Q system.

Hello Everybody,
After going through number of posts, I could not find a solution to my query.
I've created a query, assigned it to a role. Collected the necessary objects into a BEx Tranport Request. Assigned it to the correct package. Now after the TR has been imported into BW QA system, I dont see the query in BEx BWQ (Quality System). Do I need to transport the role too, to the BW QA system again (Role already exists in BW QA as well as PR systems)

This has been reported in many threads...
This usually happens when some element of the query is not collected properly / does not get generated in the target system properly.
To correct this ..
go to RSRT and execute your query ( you should be able to find it there ) and then you will find the query in BEX.

Dear Forum Moderators/PR punchbags,?It seems Creative doesn't mind continually taking punches from the general public, and the longer Creative waits, the more annoyed people are getting. We always hear the Creative moderators saying they are sending feedback up the corporate ladder, however we are yet to hear any form of decent news/updates on the X-Fi drivers which clearly have a multitude of issues. While I don't doubt the Creative moderators are doing their job, I (and i'm sure I speak on behalf of many others) expect to hear a decent reply from someone who has the authority to do so. We all paid good money for the product, and do not deserve to be ignored!?What do Creative have to say about the blatant ignorance of the existing "issue-ridden" X-Fi drivers for Vista? And what is Creative doing right now to rectify the issue? Why have so many good paying customers been left out in the dark for this long? And why do Creative continue to market the X-Fi as "Vista ready" when there is blatant evidence it is no where near "ready" for Vista?

Watching NASDAQ on tues told something of what was discussed here. Creatives main problem is trying to be all things to all people and insisting on in-house manufacture of their computer peripherals. While they may be able to control quality somewhat, their competition has the edge in cheaper labour. Note, the drastic cuts in R&D in the last 8 months. This is all relati'vely normal for companies this size. One other thing that is making hard for them to be competati've is being an american based company. However, doubtful this is going to bankrupt them, or negati'vely effect them in a way that they cannot shake off easily. Guaranteed, if and when drivers & software are released, so present gen cards work with vista, the very small (albeit vocal) community here on the forum will tone down the rhetoric. Creatives money is not made in retail, it's made in wholesale contracts to the likes of Dell for example, and 90% of all onboard sound chips have been Creative Labs and will likely continue to be. (note X-fi chips sold to makers?such as?azureus) This entire fiasco has been a lesson in consumer strategies as companies push and pull the marketplace to suit their manufacturing needs, not fill a void?of supply and demand as we would like it to be. The reality is Creative is under very little obligation to support these cards under vista, is it a good business decision? I dont think so. It sure would be nice if they has some respect for the retail customer. Some good old fashioned?PR would be nice here too. Will this sink them? Probably not. Would we like them to go bankrupt and send apology emails to all of us? Absolutely, nothing less. Is that reality? No. I simlpy won't put this much emphesis on my computer systems sound functions until I see what is being manufactured. And there are some really really good looking contenders right now. And several more to be released over the summer. In retrospect, this is a good thing Creative are doing by throwing the market wide open. This has been longed for, almost 8 years now. Try to reset all Skype settings. Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old. Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder. Restart Skype. N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

This is why the skype was much better than the Microsoft's messenger. Then they bought it, and make it wrong...
I found a solution for this problem, this can happen if my client is not updated. But IT IS!
How does it works? Can we use the **bleep** Skype how we would like to use? Or this time we need to find an other application (like Viber), and using that while they not buying that as well, just because that is better?

DataSources not available

Hi Friends,
We have connected BW-Quality system to SAP-R/3 Production System to Refresh data form R/3 Production to BW-Quality system for testing purpose.
For this we have to create Transfer Rule between BW Quality-Infosource to R/3 Production DataSource to communicate between these two systems.
I have created Transfer Rules for many of them and created infoPackages too....
But while creating Transfer Rules for some of the infosources the DataSources are not available. The DataSources are in Active in the R/3 Production system.The same available in the SAP R/3 System which is working fine to Extract for BW-Production system.
But it is not available to connect with BW-Quality system.
I replicated all datasources from R/3 system and Replicate MetaData also.....even they are not available.......
What might be the reason and what is the solution for the same.,.,....

Hi Anand,
There are a couple of possibilities why the datasources from R.3 are not appearing.
1. It could be that for those particular datasources, your user profile have security authorization limitation. Can you try if its possible to use a "sap_all" access just for viewing all the data source so to remove the doubt on security?
2. Its possible that the application component from R/3 RProd is not available in your BW system, so the missing D/S might be in the generic node, can you try doing a search through the technical name of your data source after you have done your replication?
3. A long shot guess but its possible that the user that you are using when you performed the replication of source system had security limitation also that for those particular D/S they were not captured by the profile available for your user ID.
For the meantime try these items, let me know if you find out other things as that might help understand what happened.

I live in Bangladesh, a country where Adobe Creative Cloud is not available for purchase. Many people here who need it use the crack version. However, I would like to be able to use the version Adobe is offering on its site. Would it be possible for me to get a friend who lives in a country where Creative Cloud is available for purchase, purchase Creative Cloud for me using an email address I use so that I can get to use it instead of my friend? Will it work that way or will Adobe detect that someone from a country Creative Cloud is not available in using their product and thus restrict my usage? If they do restrict my usage as a result of this workaround, then what is the solution for me? How can I purchase Creative Cloud from Adobe site? Please help.

No, I haven't figured it yet. And it seems that nobody ever had.
JSCreator is buggy. If it weren't for free, I would have never use it. It has so many issues, you will see so many exceptions and experience so many annoyances... And of course, it is very hungry for resources. I am sure that a lot of people will disagree, but that's my opinion. I've been using Eclipse for 4 years now.
However here are some tips (Windows only):
Delete directory .Creator from Documents and Settings.
Uninstall creator, install creator. Don't install it to Program Files, install it to C:\Sun or smth like that, the space character can do some mess.
Again, put your project somewhere, so the path would not contain spaces.
Sometimes just restarting the server helps. I've had to reinstall Creator three times yet.

Renew License Problem - Option NSP and J2E (7.0) Windows Not Available

I Download and instaled the :
- SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Java Trial Version - SP14SR3
- SAP NetWeaver 7.0 ABAP Trial Version - SP12
for Windows almost 90 days ago.
To Renew the license I went to link "SAP Sneak Preview License Key Request"

But at "System Id *" combobox the correspondent options for Windows intalations above are not available (J2EE and NSP).
Pls, how to proceed ? I remember I did it with older versions (< SP14/SP12) with no problem.

After your msg I requested the license renew for NSP and J2EE with success, but when I tried to instal the new license file NSP.txt (User=SAP* / Transaction=SLICENSE) I received the error msg:
"Error when installing permanent license key - This system's system number is "000000000310714511", but there is a license key for system number "000000000310994500" in the license key file."
In fact the System Number on SLICENSE transaction and NSP.txt are diferents.
Looking at installation documentation (start.html / Getting Started) it shows the screen to request the renew license and it has the option below wich is not available at actual screen:
System number [ _________________ ] (For prologation only)
I tried to change the System Number manually at NSP.txt but the license becames invalid.
I did not try with J2E.txt license cause I notice that the System Number is different too.

i also have the same problem!! NSP is not being offered. Only those antique versions are being offered in the drop-down list!
Very very sorry situation for us, the sap fans! Does anybody know how to proceed further? I am under xp(sp3)/maxdb.

See OSS note 869852 - Central Note For UME Web Dynpro UIs (user Admin in Portal). Topic #5 Troubleshooting discusses some possible solutions. We have found that sometimes, a complete shutdown and restart of the server works. Also, our Basis guys stopped and then restarted application com.sap.security.core.admin in the visual administrator and then the User Admin functionality was available for awhile until the portal was stopped/started for backup. Our Basis group is going to look into this further and I will post any additional info that we find. Would appreciate it if you would do the same.
