Do you guys even read the "Terms and Conditions" ? There are thousands of words. who know what term I am violating. They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

Why do I get this message "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" when I try to gift "Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary" app?
I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help.
