    Hi,
    There is a BADI (TRIP_IMP_EXP) that can help you to restrict trip amount by set delimit date.
    Use RESTRICT_TRAVEL_RANGE method ot do this.

    GridBagLayout will make arrangements to display the JPanel at the size its layout manager says that it needs. To help the JPanels layout manager we can let it know that we need extra space to show the rendered image.
    class tt extends JPanel{

        tt(){
        public void paintComponent(Graphics comp){
        public Dimension getPreferredSize() {

  • Bizarre image load problem in InDesign CS2

    Hi, I am having a problem with bringing in some images into InDesign CS2. I have a document file that has many images in place, and I just received some new images that are screenshots from video. They are saved as rgb jpgs. They are 2700x1963 pixels and 300dpi (so someone obviously did some conversion from screen res.)
    When I try to bring them into an image box in InDesign, I do command D, then select the image. It acts like its loading it but then nothing is in the box. I thought perhaps the image was just hidden outside of the edge of the box but when I go to "fitting" under the "OBJECT" menu, all the options are greyed out as if there is no image there. It also shows no image linked in the links panel.
    I tried opening in photoshop and resaving, and also tried resaving as another name. I tried changing it to cmyk and adjusting the levels and resaving as tif. I tried making a new photoshop file and copy-and=pasting the image into it and saving. Still, no image will load in the image box.
    I feel like the images must have corrupted since they were sent to me as email attachments, but its so odd that they open in photoshop just fine. Any ideas?

    nevermind, people.
    my computer was having memory overload. on a whim I restarted the computer.
    BAM...no issue.
    You know what they always say, "When all else fails, restart your computer!"

  • Weird image distortion // Problem with game

    Hello,
    Im making a tiled based multiplayer game and everything is going fine however Im having a problem with image displaying.
    Here is how it looks like when I play it on my server computer as well as on my laptop:
    [http://s278.photobucket.com/albums/kk112/beloxx/?action=view&current=ss.jpg]
    And here is how it looks when I play it on my brother's computer:
    [http://s278.photobucket.com/albums/kk112/beloxx/?action=view&current=ss2.jpg]
    The image on the latter computer is distorted.
    I used to test my game on that computer before and everything was fine. I tried rebooting it but its still not displaying right. Right after I run the game the image is fine for a split second and then it becomes distorted...
    Did anyone have a similar problem?
    Here is the link to my home computer server:

  • Image loading problem in OS X browsers

    This is a really perplexing.
    When I'm surfing around, Safari refuses to load some images on pages. It happens randomly but most reliably on MySpace.
    Here's what I typically see on a user's MySpace page...
    http://img198.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ss0zv.png
    Safari states in its activity window for the two blue question marks that it "can't connect to host".
    If I cut and paste the URLs in question to Mozilla or Firefox, I get the same "cannot connect to host" messages.
    However, if I were to open the same profile on my Windows PC, all browsers, here at work it shows just up fine.
    In fact here's a link of one of those pics which doesn't show for me using any browser on my Mac.
    http://myspace-421.vo.llnwd.net/00677/12/41/677381421_m.jpg
    Safari's full bomb on the naked URL is:
    "Safari can't open the page http://myspace-421.vo.llnwd.net/00677/12/41/677381421_m.jpg because it could not connect to the server myspace-421.vo.llnwd.net"
    Thanks in advance for your help.

    You are welcome.
    BTW, is it just MySpace you are having problems with? If so, the way their pages are coded may be the cause of problems with non-Windows browsers.
    In Safari, you can always go to Safari > Report Bugs to Apple when you are on a misbehaving page to report the problem. Clicking on "More Options" will allow you to attach page source code and/or a screenshot (you will not get an acknowledgment, but they do look at all bug reports).

    It has to be an OS issue if it's a problem across all browsers right?
    I'm really stumped at this one and would be appreciative if anyone has any ideas.

  • Image loading problem

    I've been having a problem with my app that is designed to take an image, scale it into 3 different sizes and then save it.
    The problem seems to be that the image doesn't load correctly as when I look at the width and height of it, they come back as -1. I've tried both:
    try
                image = ImageIO.read(new File(url));
            catch(IOException e)
                e.printStackTrace();
                throw new RuntimeException("Error loading file: " + url);
            }and
    image = Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().getImage(url);my code at present looks like this:
    package resizeImage;
    import com.sun.image.codec.jpeg.*;
    import javax.imageio.*;
    import java.awt.image.*;
    import java.awt.*;
    import java.io.*;
    import javax.swing.ImageIcon;
    public class resizeImage
        public BufferedImage convert(Image im)
            BufferedImage bi = new BufferedImage(im.getWidth(null),im.getHeight(null),BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_RGB);
            Graphics bg = bi.getGraphics();
            bg.drawImage(im, 0, 0, null);
            bg.dispose();
            return bi;
        public String resize(String url, String id)
            // Try and load image -------------------------------------------------
            this.url = "hobbes.jpg";
            this.id = "1";
            try
                image = ImageIO.read(new File(url));
            catch(IOException e)
                e.printStackTrace();
                throw new RuntimeException("Error loading file: " + url);
            //image = Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().getImage(url);
            //BufferedImage temp = convert(image);
            int temp1 = image.getWidth(null);
            int temp2 = image.getHeight(null);
            return ("Width = "+temp1+"\tHeight = "+temp2);
    ...

    Your code loaded an image okay. It could be that the image you are trying to load has
    corrupted data. Using the 'getResource' method simplifies the process of making up urls.
    The Swing tutorial page "How to Use ImageIcons" has a discussion on its use. If you use
    the Toolkit 'getImage' methods be sure to use a MediaTracker to load the image since these
    methods return immediately. The MediaTracker api has demo code.

            Graphics bg = bi.getGraphics();
            bg.drawImage(im, 0, 0, null);
            bg.dispose();
            return bi;
        public String resize(String path, String id)
            BufferedImage image = null;
            try
                URL url = getClass().getResource(path);
                image = ImageIO.read(url);
            catch(MalformedURLException mue)
                System.err.println("mue for : " + path + " = " + mue.getMessage());
            catch(IOException e)
                e.printStackTrace();
                throw new RuntimeException("Error loading file: " + path);
            int imageWidth  = image.getWidth(null);

            BufferedImage bi = convert(image);

  • Image printing problem with Photoshop and Lightroom specifically with 11X14 cuts off top of image and moves bottom border up. Windows 7 OS - Epson Printer is working properly.

    Have an unprecedented problem with printing 11X14 photos in both PS and Lightroom. The printer is operataing properly. Printing 81/2X11 correctly. Have double and triple checked all the printing settings and they are correct. Have checked with friends to no avail. This problem started yesterday. Widows 7 OS. Need help.

    You show the OS receiving an image from Photoshop, and the OS starting the Epson print driver and handing it part of the image, the driver connects to the printer, then the print driver fails. It looks like a bug in the Epson rasterizer, or the printer communication.
    You really need to talk to Epson.  Photoshop isn't involved in that error.

  • Crystal 11 - Latest Service Pack loaded - problem with Kyocera printer

    Post Author: sorrock
    CA Forum: Integrated Solutions
    Hi
    We are using Crystal 11 Report Writer, and Sage ACCPAC.  Since Upgrading our ACCPAC all the crystal reports that ACCPAC utilises are coming up as garbage on the preview screen.  I have ruled out a sage issue by opening crystal directly and opening the respective report, the garbage still appears, if I change the printer that it is set to then the report appears fine.
    The printer is a Kyocera  -  fs-c8026n   the driver is a Kyocera Mita extended Driver.
    Any other printer is fine - so I am looking for anyone who has had problems with a Kyocera printing garbage.
    I have loaded the latest service pack for Crystal.
    Can anyone please help - apologies if I have put this on the incorrect forum
    Thanks
    Stacey

    Hi Jim,
    You can upgrade to CR XI R2 for free by downlaoding the trial version, install using your XI keycode and then getting a keycode for XI R2 to enable all features.
    Or to upgrade XI only then install the latest service pack will bring you up to date.
    Thank you
    Don

  • Iwl3945 module loading problem (with workaround)

    I've been experiencing problems with my intel wireless card (iwl3945) not loading at boot time. The problem arose after a fresh install from a Chakra (kdemod) live CD after I got a new harddrive for my notebook. It worked fine from the live CD and immediately post-install but when I upgraded the system with "pacman -Syu" (the kernel was upgraded as part of this) the card no longer loaded during boot (i.e. wlan0 would not show up under "ifconfig -a").
    I checked some threads on the iwl3945 (e.g. http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php? … 18#p638618 and http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=73876) but couldn't find quite the same behaviour so decided to start a new thread.
    It's also similar to this thread (http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=82357), but this is not for the iwl3945.
    The following is a log of the problem:

    I read somewhere that there was an issue with kill switches and that rfkill may help so I installed it from AUR. However, there didn't seem to be any block:
    $ rfkill list
    1: hci0: Bluetooth
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
    2: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
    3: dell-bluetooth: Bluetooth
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
    I also tried creating a modprobe.conf file as suggested in some quarters (/etc/modprobe.d/iwl3945.conf):
    alias wlan0 iwl3945
    options iwl3945 disable_hw_scan=1
    Sadly still no luck on a reboot.
    After much pulling of hair the following workaround finally did it for me. Basically even though the module doesn't load during boot I can remove it and then modprobe it manually and it then works so that I can bring up the interface:
    # rmmod iwl3945
    # modprobe iw3945
    # ifconfig wlan0 up
    # ifconfig -a
    eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:15:C5:46:C6:6A
    UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
    RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0

    RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
    Interrupt:17
    lo Link encap:Local Loopback
    inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
    inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
    UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
    RX packets:24 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
    TX packets:24 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
    collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
    RX bytes:1240 (1.2 Kb) TX bytes:1240 (1.2 Kb)
    wlan0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:18:DE:1E:7B:46
    UP BROADCAST MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
    RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
    TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
    collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
    RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
    wmaster0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr 00-18-DE-1E-7B-46-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
    UP RUNNING MTU:0 Metric:1
    RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
    TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
    collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
    RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
    I can then use wicd to connect to my router at home (networkmanager doesn't seem to work for me with the same settings).
    Hopefully this may be of some use to someone with the same issue and to any kernel gurus that may be scanning this section of the forum.

    I tinkered with the rfkill module as suggested.
    First checked what the default behaviour was
    $ lsmod | grep rfkill
    rfkill 19728 3 bluetooth,dell_laptop,cfg80211
    Then blacklisted rfkill in rc.conf using "!rfkill" in the modules line
    $ lsmod | grep rfkill
    rfkill 19728 1 cfg80211
    Unfortunately I still had to manually remove and reload iwl3945 as before.
    I tried inserting the options in modprobe.conf suggested by you in your other post
    # /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf (for v2.6 kernels)
    options bluetooth rfkill=0
    options dell_laptop rfkill=0
    After a reboot still no wireless activity and checking rfkill module gives same as for blacklisting in rc.conf, i.e. ...
    $ lsmod | grep rfkill
    rfkill 19728 1 cfg80211
    So still manually un/reloading as before. At least the workaround is not too labour intensive.

  • Image size problem with Retina Macbook Pro

    I exported raw images to Jpg and then resized as 1200 x 800 resolution images through "Easy batch Pro" app. When I uploaded them, they were extremely large. I've tried it several times and the result was always the same. Is it a problem with "Easy batch Pro" app, or something with Retina Display resolution? I also resized them as small size like 600x400, but the image was totally broke, and apparently had different look when I saw the original via aperture. What should I do?

    What's the problem exactly?  Call and complain.  It's up to them on how they want to handle it, but if it's something normal or minor, they'll just fix the issue under warranty and send you on your way.  That's how warranty works.  In instances where a user has had repetative failure of the same kind or others with the same system, a complete replacement was done, but those were issues that border on the "it's a lemon" idea.

  • Question about image loading problem

    Dear Java Gurus,
    I am writing a simple Java Applet application. Basically what it does is every 3 seconds, it tries to get an image from a server and display it (also based on the browsers client size to do some resize of the image to fit the width of the browsers client area). But frequently I got this kind of exceptions:
    ----------------------------- Exception 1 --------------------------------------
    Uncaught error fetching image:

    at sun.awt.image.ImageFetcher.run(Unknown Source)
    Which will cause the image goes to blank in the browser and also degreed down the performance, and I do not know where they are coming from. I tried to put try-catch blocks at possible method calls, but still it does not catch these kind exceptions.
