Images are not shown after deploying in apps

After deploying my application in apps i have put all my images in media folder even then the images are not displaying, can any tell me what is the reason for this, but when i have deployed before it was working fine...

when the page is displayed without the image, right click on the image place holder and click on properties. Under General tab,
address will show you the place/url page is looking for the image. Make sure you have put the image on that path and the name of image mathes the case as well.

You should resize the image according to standard size with any image editing tool.
Also check profile option FND: Branding Size controls which controls the branding option displayed at runtime.

Sometimes, some images are not shown...

Out applet shows (or loads?) all images correctly, but sometimes, one or more images are not shown (or loaded?). What can it be?

I am having a similar problem so maybe someone can help me too.
I find that my images load correctly most of the time, but once in a while (say 1 in 4 attempts), some of them dont load. The reliability of this is much better now that I have moved the images out of the jar, but its still not right
I also find that sometimes the classes do not load. I get classdef.not.found for a file that really should be there. I can see that the jar containing it has been downloaded to the temp dir. I have been clearing my cache out manually for now between every attempt.
I am not sure what code to show. I dont think its necessarily a problem with images since classes dont always load either, but here is the code for loading images anyway.

My web content is being delivered by 3rd party hardware which might be rather slow - its hard to tell. My entire web content is approx 200KB. Results are the same using IE or Mozilla.
Any ideas would be a great help!

Button Images are not shown

Dear All,
In one of our test instance, some button images are not shown, whereas some are.
They are shown as grey button.
I searched metalink, according to them patch 1238573 should be installed, which is already installed.
What could be the reason?
Also, is there any way to find out which images are missing?

I've seen this happen a few times. The solution is usually to synchronise something called 'the X-Server' with the middle tier. I'm afraid that the technology is over my head, but it does work!
The X-Server controls how images are rendered in the e-Business Suite. Your DBA should know what this is and it's a simple matter of stopping and restrating the X-server.
That should do the trick!

Images in mail are not shown after ios8 update

After update iOS8 the images attached in mails are not shown constantly, I configured my iPhone and iPad to show the images in mails but it is not working all time.
The issue is with photos sent from my ip cameras, these are showing for one mail and for other not.

I'm not familiar with fuse, but I found the action in line one of your third frame (on the main timeline) dubious, and a quick search lead me to try "portfolio._brightness = 0;" as first line (and I commented out the original line) that worked.
My quess is that whatever template or original file you've been modifing/adjusting used some kind of color-fade in at that point, and you somehow broke it.
To me it looks ok without it, but you let me know if you need further guesswork from me.

Hi How are all here ?I am using Crystal Reports in Visual Studio.net 2005. Now the problem is that Images are not loading in the web broweser. At runtime in visual studio.net 2005, the Images of Crystal Report Viewer are shown but the Image we insert in the picture box of Crystal Report, it does not show. But in the web browser after uploading web site using URL, it does not show images of Both i.e. CrystalReportViewer and Picture Box. What the problem is that? This has made me annoyed a lot. Anybody can help me please.

I had this problem (if I understand you correctly) and the problem was that the new Crystal Report Viewer toolbar was expecting the images to be in teh same folder as the website, but they are actually located one level up in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\CrystalReportWebFormViewer3 (or CrystalReportWebFormViewer4 if you're on VS2008).
To fix this, I copied the aspnet_client folder into the folder of my website, and everything is fine.

SAP Webdispatcher :Images are not displayed after using the URL filtering

I have installed the SAP webdispatcher 7.3 on Linux redhat 5.4 in front of the Portal 7.3.
I wanted to restrict the access just for the IRJ prefix so for this i used the parameter wdisp/permission_table = PermFile
with Permfile as follows:

The filtering is working well except that for IRJ the images are not displayed so i was using so i added the following line to disply the images to the logon page
icm/HTTP/auth_
P /logon_ui_resources/*
P /logon_ui_resources*
but i still have the same issue for the irj page where no icons are displayed and i can do nothing.
The same issue also happened when using the icm/HTTP/auth_xx
Do you have an idea how to deal with this issue?

After checking the HTTP code of the irj page on IE, i foud the needed URL to permit so i modified the permision table and it works fine for the moement

Dimmed images are not dimmed after saved as PDF.. please help!

After dimming multiple images in AI, they are dimmed in the program but once i preview the pdf I saved of the .ai file, the images are not dimmed. What am i missing?

Dim is an Illustrator layer options attribute, that does not tranfer over to the .pdf. You will have to either group all in the layer and set transparency to you dim percentage, or draw a white rectangle and fill that with a percentage of white.

Documents or images are not shown in document viewer properly.

we are using sap ecc6.0 release 700.we have implemented document viewer functionality to one of our application.we have Adobe in our system.some times documets(pdfs) are shown properly in document viewer.but some times documents are not open in document viewer.in this case if restart the work station PC ,document viewer working properly.so we have to know any ways to correct the bug without restart the workstation PC.
please suggest any ways to correct it.

i am not sure about it, but lets a try ask to your basis consultant for the latest gui .i.e. 7.3 with patch level 8, use the latest GUI and then see , is still you are getting those problems, please revert with your answer.

I'm new to web design and I am trying to upload an image
(logos.jpg) to
www.dot-circle.com but the
images, which are supposed to be at the bottom in their own table,
under the address, are not there when I upload the html file
(index.html). I can't figure why it's not working.

the path in the page is this:

the leading /slash means it is a site root relative path, so
dreamweaver
calculates the path from where You have told dreamweaver the
site root is.

You have defined the site to the wrong folder level.
set the local site folder to the folder that contains the
site's homepage
index.html file.
set the remote server folder level using the "host directory"
line in the
remote server information.
in this case, type wwwroot into the host directory line.

PHP scripts are not working after deploying it on website

Hi,
I have recently deployed my flex application on a web hosting (000webhost.com) and now my application is getting launched properly. Visit (www.kpratik.webatu.com).
I have used PHP script to interact with database MySQL. Locally everything was working fine but when I have deployed it to internet my PHP scripts are not working and any database opeartion is not getting performed. I have already chaned to host, username password in the PHP file as given my service provider.
Please let me know if you have any input on this.

Ok let me explain you where exactly it is going wrong.
I am constructing SQL query in my ActionScript code and I am passing this query to my PHP script using HTTPService. Now when I am hardcoing the query in PHP script i found it is working perfectly which means my query is not getting passed to PHP script.
Please let me know what could be the reason.
I am using POST method for HTTPService.

OA_MEDIA images are not displayed after importing VO

My requirement is to add a custom check box to MES Operator page. In the process I extended CO, VO successfully and the check box functionality is working fine. But we found out that some images (coming from $OA_MEDIA) are not displayed. There are two image columns in the page. Images in one column are displayed while images in other aren't. Also what I have observed is, missing images are displayed until I run the VO import on server.
Any help would be appreciated.

Selection-screen texts are not shown after transporting to QAS server...

We created a custom transaction for MB52(Display warehouse stocks) named ZMB52.
After I transported it to QAS server, the texts in the selection screen are shown
as for example, p_bukrs, etc. When I looked at its text elements, it is maintained
in German Language. My question is, should I translate it to English? And How do I
properly transport it.

Have you created your own Selection screen Text elements
or you simply copied the Std ones
If you have created on your own it should have asked for the request and should have been transported with the request
since you copied them as it is it is not displaying in ENglish language
Translate to english and see
otherwise create them in DEV with a request and transport it.

Normal string ASCII characters are not shown after using string reversal.

In a VI that I have written, there is a point where I take a simple 5 character string and input it to a reverse string node. I also have an indicator on the output of the reverse string node so I can look at the reversed string. Both the input and output indicators are in normal display mode. For the input indicator I can see the input string with no problem. But on the indicator at the output of the reverse string node I see nothing. If I then put each of the indicators in HEX display mode, both indicators display the hex equivalent characters of the original ASCII characters, and the output indicator shows the characters reversed from that of the input indicator, as expected. So why when I am in normal display mode, are the characters in the output indicator not showing up? Thanks.

What are the ASCII values that you are trying to display? Perhaps they are non-printable ASCII values.
Perhaps you can post a simple VI with the values in a string control and saved as a default.
EDIT: After seeing Rod's message, that seems very likely, especially considering that there is likely an EOL character if you are doing serial communication with some other device.

Some images are not loading after update and have explored options and settings without result

a lot of sites visited do not show images. ie google, weather maps, my home page for isp. have tried most suggestions and has occurred only since f/fox update.

You probably have seen this article, but just in case you haven't, it's a pretty comprehensive list of things to check:

Also, if you are using an ad blocking add-on, you might try disabling that in case it has gone haywire (e.g., bad rule set update).
