[important] click current train stop will run the method
Hi all,
I have a question about train stop, I have a train with three train stops, and in the second train stop, I have a method bind to this train stop, if user navigate to the second train stop, this method will run, but in the second train stop, I found that I still can click this page's train stop in the train stop navigation, so this method will execute each time when I click the train stop. Do we have some problems to avoid the issue, I don't want to this method run when click the current train stop, but only run when other train stops navigate to this train stop. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your reply, Arun, my Jdev version is 11.1.1.5, I don't add a switcher component to execute the method, about refreshCondition, it's a attribute? how can I set refreshCondition? I want to know, ADF doesn't have a way to resolve the issue? you know, it's bad that allow the train stop clickable in this train stop, we should don't let this bind method run when click the current train stop. Sometimes when I play songs in Itunes by double clicking on them, Itunes will place the song as the first one on the album. It will chnage the order of the songs on the album, and I can not switch them back to the correct order. This onloy seems to happen when I double-click on the song to play it in itunes. If I just hit play, this doesnt happen. As a result, I have several albums now in which the songs are in the wrong order. Its very frustrating, as this error then transfers over to my ipod every time I sync it. When I choose the info. for the songs, it has them correctly listed (i.e., it lists the songs as being #1 of 19 on the CD, for example). But then the song will have placed by Itunes as #5 of 19 for whatever reason. Itunes does not do this every time, but does it with enough frequency to be maddening. Any thoughts?
The problem of tracks becoming de-linked between iTunes and the music files in your iTunes music folder happens for different reasons - this seems to come up fairly commonly in this forum.
The solution can be to locate each song in the iTunes library, as you mentioned - or, but wait, before I get to that...
trouble finding the original track in your iTunes music folder? maybe look for it under compilations, or if not using the 'group compilations preference' then look in the folder under the songs artist name, but what song artist name iTunes uses depends on what you have in the metedata tag spot for album artist or song artist. Any varyation in artist name spelling, in the menu item 'get info' metadata for any selected individual track will cause iTunes to create that as a separate artist folder in the library, even names like 'various' or any difference at all (even the word 'the' can change where in your iTunes music folder a track gets placed by iTunes). You can try to use the finder function of find file (finder munu item outside of iTunes) to locate hard to find items.
Back to how to re-link any de-linked tracks .
There may be scripts that can help re-link de-linked music files - or, at least provide you a list of such files, Scripts are easy to install and use...

Trying to update creative cloud, comes error: The installation program could not access the important files / directories. Try to run the installer again. (Error code: 43), please contact customer support. The same error comes updating Muse. Mac 10.9.5. What shall I do?

I Got spooked.
'Turns out my PowerPC processor won't allow the IPhone SDK to install even though it doesn't give me any message indicating so.
So I have to buy another machine and want to make sure it will run the IPhone SDK

So now I know the Intel® Atom Processor® N270 in the Dell Inspirion minis won't.
Will the IPhone SDK only run in a machine built by Apple and after they started to use Intel?

I'am doing a poor man's morph project on my motion 4 program, and it works great while in Motion, but once I try to import it to fcp, it will import the photos but not the optical flow fx, what am I doing wrong? Decided to use cmd A to select all the icons on the desktop and then looked for a right click option. There it was - the option to move to a folder. I now have them all in this folder which tells me it holds 157 items. Now you know why I needed to know LOL

So basically, I got a lot of the songs on my iPod from a different Apple ID than to the one I am currently using. I want to sync my iPod to the Apple ID I am currently using but I want to know if the songs on my iPod from the previous Apple ID will disappear off of the iPod or go all grey so that I cant select them? I know that Apple says that it will delete the songs from my old Apple ID but what I noticed is that when I've deleted songs from my iPod using iTunes in the past is that they don't disappear from the iPod, they stay there but the names go grey so that I cant select them. Basically I want to know which will happen. Sorry if this is a bit confusing...

"Photos in the Camera Roll of "(your) iPhone" cannot be imported because the device is locked with a passcode. You must unlock the device to import them." That's the new error message when I plug in my iPhone 5 running the latest iOS 7.1 into the MacBook Pro running iPhoto '11 v.9.4.3. My Mac OSX is still 10.8.5.
So, I unlock the iPhone by entering the "passcode" before I plug it into the MBP and still iPhoto does nothing. At least it doesn't issue the error message above.
I've checked both iPhoto preferences and those for Photos and Camera in the Settings on the iPhone. There doesn't seem to be anything to change this lack of connectivity.
What next please?An hour-long phone discussion with Apple Support yesterday solved this question and sorted a couple of others.
As for this one, do not ignore any messages which pop up when you plug in your iPhone and ask "Trust this computer?". The correct reply is "Yes", not "Cancel".
OK, you cancelled like I did, thinking "What on earth is this for?". Mistake. You can force the issue by having iTunes open when you next plug in your iPhone. Tell the iPhone that it can trust its old friend, your computer and voila! Your photos can download into iPhoto again.

Background java thread stops after running the fx thread
in my server thread i am accepting a file . so i used Platform.runLater() to display a scene that gets confirmation from user. But when it reach the scene it is not going back to the server thread.

}Post a bit more code, calling Platform.runLater() will not cause this behaviour. In fact, it should immediately return and continue with the while. You can add print statements if you want to be sure what is happening.
The only reason I could think of is if the while(true) is already on the FX application thread but that seems unlikely. -
How do I setup the email where when I click a link it will use the already open email tab.
Before having my computer worked on, I always kept an e-mail tab open. I use the extension sbcglobal.net, I am assuming this is a yahoo extension, but not positive. Anyway, when I would I would click a link from a website to e-mail it would automatically open in the tab I had opened for e-mail. Now it opens in a new window and says mail to:XXXXXXX (whatever the e-mail is) So I have to remove the mail to portion and then use that opened window and close that window when finished. The purpose of having my e-mail open all the time was to use that one tab. Is there a plug in or something to make firefox use sbsglobal. net for my default mail client. I do not use outlook, hate it, I have att.net set as my home page and want all mail to go there, not a new window.

HT3131 Will running the Macbook Pro 2011 in clamshell mode affect heat dissipation at all?
I'm worried about the heat not being able to escape when the laptop is closed.
I have used my new mid-2012 MBP in clamshell mode and monitored the temperatures and they were no different than when the lid was open, so it appears that the cooling system is unaffected. Very little heat dissipates upwards through the keyboard/upper case anyway, the heat is directed through the rear and underside of the case.

Scheduled Task will run on Windows 7, but will not run on Server 2008 R2
So I have a scheduled task that uses nircmd to take a screenshot and then email it to a few company emails each night. With our old Exchange 2003 server, everything works prefectly on the 2008 R2 server (using SMTP). But since we upgraded to
Exchange 2010 it no longer seems to work (at least it never sends the email anymore).
What confuses me more is that this exact task (I exported it) runs perfectly fine on a Windows 7 Pro computer, even using the new Exchange 2010 SMTP address.
Both machines are logged in as the same user. I can even login as the domain administrator on each machine and still have the same issue. Only the Windows 7 Pro machine will successful run the task. To restate it, the Server 2008 R2 server
will run the task successfully if I use the old Exchange 2003 SMTP address.

Failed import from iPhoto to Aperture - what's the best solution?

After some years of using iPhoto I recently upgraded to Aperture 3.2.2. In connection with that and before opening Aperture, I bought a new external hard drive and moved my iPhoto library to it, following Apple's instructions on how to move an iPhoto library to a different drive.
When I opened Aperture and was given the option to import my iPhoto library (of some 30,000 images), I chose, because I thought it was safer, to allow Aperture to access the images in my iPhoto library as referenced images rather than to store them in the Aperture library.
Unfortunately, the import was incomplete. I decided to try to import again, in the same way, to see if that would result in my having all of the iPhoto images. The re-import was also incomplete. Worse than that, although I had told Aperture not to import duplicates, it imported for a second time many of the images that it imported the first time. I now have in Aperture two separate large but incomplete iPhoto libraries.
After this, I learned that before using an external drive with Aperture I should have formatted it to Mac OS Extended, which I had not done. Other research I have done suggests that a surprising number of people have significant problems in trying to move iPhoto libraries to Aperture, but I have not found a case that addresses my problem.
My idea now, subject to any advice anyone can give me, is to move the iPhoto library back to the Mac's hard drive (there is enough room, but little spare), delete everything on the external drive, format the external drive to Mac OS Extended, re-organise some of the iPhoto events, 'delete' the 'contents' of the Aperture library (without affecting of course the contents of the iPhoto library) and try again (possibly by importing the iPhotos this time on an event by event basis).
Is this a good idea? If so, I would be grateful for any suggestions about how to take these steps. In particular, the step of deleting the contents of the Aperture library without affecting the iPhoto library. Are there other better ideas? If so, what?

If there is nothing in your Aperture library that you need to keep, that is a good strategy.
But some suggestions:
Before you move your iPhoto Library from its current location (which will render the Aperture library useless, because it is referencing inside iPhoto), check if you accidentally have imported any images as managed into Aperture: create a smart album with the rule "File status is managed" at the top level of the library albums. This way you will see, if you have any images only in Aperture, that need exporting, before you delete the library.
Also right now the best option to import from iPhoto into Aperture is by importing complete libraries, not single iPhoto events or albums. If you import Libraries, Aperture can combine the iPhoto Originals and the edited versions into "Master-Version" pairs and save considerable space. This is only possible by importing the complete library, for more deatails see this recent thread:

I advise against referencing the masters inside iPhoto, for it is risky. If you open iPhoto and accidentally edit or modify the referenced master in any way, then the reference will be broken. It would be safer by far to create a backup copy of your iPhoto Library and to import the image files into Aperture or to relocate the imported files as referenced masters somewhere else, after you imported them.

Defer train-stop navigation for Custom Processing

I'm using JDeveloper version - 11.1.1.6
I'm using Train Component in one of the task-flow with 3 train stops. I want to defer the Train stop navigation if the custom validation fails.
I referred the sample 97 in ADF Code Corner - "How-to defer train-stop navigation e.g. for custom form validation".
I implemented the code in similar lines. I'm able to see the warning dialog in my application when validation condition is not met. When i click the 'OK' button, I'm able to navigate to the next train stop.
But when I click the cancel in the dialog and update the view to fulfill the condition, I'm not able to navigate to next stop.
My Code snippet is as follows:
