when i run APP advances to vendors are not getting picked,
i have checked in fbzp,
all settings are correct, can u pl,s tell me any setting have to done other than fbzp3

I am having probems with migration assistant. Trying to transfer data from a windows laptop to iMac 2011. It was working fine when I did the set-up yesterday, but it was going to take hours to transfer some videos so I quit the process with the intention of doing it again at a later stage. However today I find that everytime I get to the 'Quit other applications' box on the Mac and click 'continue', nothing happens. Have checked mission control and confirmed no other apps running. Tried several times with the same result every time. Migration Assistant running on my laptop with the 'Waiting for mac to connect' box displayed. Mac is connected to wi-fi OK as able to use Safari and access internet. Any ideas, please?
Thanks for your suggestions. Have managed to get Migration Assistant working but now have a new problem, i.e. where does it save the transferred files?!! Searched a few forums and it seems it saves it under your old username, or suchlike. Anyway I tried logging on as a new user using my old user name but there were only a handful of files there, couldn't locate the majority of stuff from my old laptop. Anyway I don't intend to go through any more hoops with MA - will just save the important stuff to an external drive and transfer it that way. Not impressed with MA at all. I thought it was supposed to be a user-friendly tool to simplify the transfer from pc to Mac - not my experience, I'm afraid!

Picking up invoices during APP run in F110
Hi everyone,
Could anyone help me out in clarifying. During APP execution in F110, some of the invoices in the proposal list are showing exception for payment i.e, in red. when i checked those invoices are blocked with payment block B. So in order to pay those invoices i used FB02 & removed the payment block in the respective documents. How can i identify whether these invoices are automatically blocked by the program during APP run.

payment block comes different ways.
1. automatic payment block which comes from MM when invoice i.e MIRO get trigger.
2. from payment terms.
3. manuall block.
if it comes from MM to remove use t-code MRBR other than this you can remove manually in F110 or at line itme level.

Asset GL accounts not getting picked up in ABST2 run
Hi,
There are few asset GL accounts i.e APC and AccDep accounts which are not getting picked up in ABST2 run. What could be the reason? Please advise as to how can we ensure that we get a spool of all the GL accounts post ABST2 run.

DPAre the missing GL accounts set up as asset reconciliation accounts go to FS03, enter GL account number, and go to control data tab, field recon account for account type should be A for Assets.

Particular Perner not getting picked during simulation/ Live Run - Payroll
Hi Experts
Payroll program is not picking up a particular perner during execution when executed by payroll admin of that country . We have checked the SU53 dump and found no errors . All authorizations are in place.The payroll admin had executed the payroll for this perner last month without any issue.No org / master data changes made in last 2 month. The perner is not getting picked up in simulation and live mode. Please advice

Find Weather the employee is locked.If locked do the deselection and run the payroll.

How 2 get dynamic images where APPS running on WINDOWS SERVER?

I'm working on check printing reports with XMLP. In the output I need to display the digital signature (dynamically) depending on the check amount.
For this, I have followed below steps...
Method 1:
=========
1. Placed the digital signature images (i.e., signature1.jpg, signature2.jpg, signature3.jpg etc.) in OA_MEDIA path i.e., "/apps/ued02/applmgr/common/java/oracle/apps/media" path.
2. In the RTF Template, inserted a dummy image.
3. In the "web" tab of the dummy image, entered the location & name of the image as "url:{concat('%[OA_MEDIA]%/','CF_IMAGE')}".
where CF_IMAGE is the xml element/tag which holds the digital signature image name derived from the report dynamically depending on the check amount.
This worked perfectly where Oracle Apps running on unix server.
But, when I tried this where Oracle Apps running on WINDOWS SERVER, the digital signature is NOT getting displayed.
Can someone help me how can I display digital signatures dynamically in XMLP reports where Oracle Apps running on WINDOWS SERVER?The xdo.cfg contains below info.

I run Advanced System Care 7 by IoBit on my computer daily. It always finds dozens if not hundreds of privacy issues caused by FireFox that need to be removed. I would like to continue using Firefox but will uninstall it if the program keeps causing so much clutter on my machine. I have a Compaq Presario F730US running Vista Home Premium. So first off, Advanced system care is a piece of junk. It does nothing to improve computer security or performance, and can actually harm your computer. I strongly suggest you remove any iobit products immediately and find a real anti-virus.
Second, cookies can be controlled. They aren't placed on your computer by Firefox, but by websites. You would find that no matter what browser you use you will have cookies from websites you visit.

F110 - Payment Run -Advance to Vendors
Dear Experts,
I am Facing an Issue in Payment Run . The case is as below:
We have a Vendor whose debit balance exists because advance payments have been made to the said vendor . When I check the Vendor Line item using FBL1N for that particular vendor, I find 2 Debit Balances relating to advance paid and 2 credit balances relating to Invoices Received from Vendor. The debit balances are greater than credit balances and as such the net balance of vendor is debit.
While performing Automatic Payment Run, I would expect that the 2 invoices for the said vendor should not be picked up as the debit balances exists for the said vendor.
But the fact and the problem is that the invoices are getting picked up which accordingly is not ideal. And the strange thing is that other vendor in same company code and also in other co code with a similar situation is behaving as per my expectation. I checked all the master records and it seems to be okay. Only single Payment method is defined in the Master record and not in any of the line items of the documents.
Can you please help in identifying what could be the possible reason for this error ?

Some times Debit balance documents are pciked due to payment method not available in the document and system not picking up from the master record. Second reason could be consolidation of Payment method supplement. It means, system expects the same field to be filled up in the debit balance documents as like as invoicesdocuments picked up during that run.Tthat is in the Invoice documents which is picked up during this payment run, Payment method supplement and payment method is entered, debitbalance records should also have same details.
Hence please check the same .Then system will consider during payment run

gIt's not obsolete as much as the first gen simply lacks the power to run the newer operating systems. IT doesn't have enough RAM. If someone managed to hack it to get iOS 6 or 7 on there they'd just have a slow, boggy and unresponsive device. (think putting windows 7 on an old laptop.
Unfortunately software moves faster than hardware. Every thing goes obsolete. I've had my ipad 2 for two and a half years now and I know it only has so much longer left to it too. Just the 'joys' of advancing technology.
