Using Thunderbird will make a small difference "because we heard that TB is more resilient to attacks. " partially because it does not support the use of javascript VBScript etc in mail. Incidentally the same reason your little tags do not appear.
Seriously, in the big scheme of things, it is a little like putting your finger in the dyke. Using Thunderbird will be a little tiny bit more secure, but using a free Linux operating system would obviate all of the problems of unsupported operating systems completely at no cost. At a Consumer or Business level the only justification for continuing to use XP is hardware or software that will not run on another operating system and even then steps should be taken to isolate the device from the Internet. That is no mail and no browsing on an XP computer, for that matter no automatic software updates either!

however I am getting the following error on c:out tag of standard jslt.

My guess would be because of jslt version mismatch. but its working fine in jboss. I am not sure what version cE 7.1 support may be 1.2. any idea how to chek the supported version in the server.

I delete an individual message but the time I received the message is still showing next to the persons name in my inbox instead of going back into the correct date/time order. Anyone know how to fix this?
SOLUTION
Open "terminal" on your mac and type the following:
defaults write com.apple.mail IgnoreSortOrderWhenSelectingAfterDelete 1
(copy and past the whole line)
This will stop that behaviour in mail.
It works on most opperating systems.

If someone who is listed in your contacts calls you, you will only see their name. This has nothing to do with the fact you're in Egypt. The only workaround I can see for this is to put the person's number in the name section of the contacts. In other words, put their first and last name in the first name section and their phone number in the last name section.

Dealing with Person column when someone leaves the organization?
We have a list which has a person (people picker) column. This column pulls from (is validated against) several possible sources including Active Directory. If a name cannot be found when adding/updating a record then the following error message
appears in red just below that field:
> No exact match was found. Click the item(s) that did not resolve for more options.
We have a particular record we are trying to update. Per security policy former employees *must* be deleted from AD. Now, however, that the person in the person column of this record has left it is impossible to update his record due to the mentioned
error message. His name won't validate even though he still exists in the User Information List.
How can this be overcome? Is it a configuration issue? It must be possible to update the record of a person who has been deleted from AD; otherwise, this would present major issues to organizations. We are considering using text for person
names instead of system-validated person columns and clearly that would not be Microsoft's intent.

The given answer indicates an issue with our security policy, but I'm told our policy of deleting (not disabling) AD accounts is fairly standard in the industry. Is Sharepoint not properly equipped to deal with deleted AD accounts? If so, it
would seem to render the people picker useless.I would agree, this is an issue with the security policy (simply disabling users is also quite common, e.g. in case they return to the organization you can simply reactivate their account). But are you also removing the person from the User Information
List within SharePoint?

In my MacBook Pro(10.7.5), finder is crashing after logging in. It is showing crash report with Relaunch option, when i click on Relaunch option finder is working properly but i am unable to see Top bar(Apple logo, Date and Wifi etc... bar). One thing that you can try is installing a 'fresh' version of OS X Lion. Boot into your Recovery partition (holding down the command and R keys whilst booting) and elect to install OS X from the Recovery screen. You need not erase your hard drive and you should not lose any of your data.
Oh, and just as a precaution, I would use Disk Utility, once you're in Recovery mode, to verify your hard drive before trying to install the OS again.

Separator page prints out with wrong name when printing from Outlook 2010
Working with Windows 7 Enterprise, Outlook 2010. We've set up our desk printers to print a separator page with the user's name, as several people use the same printers in our building. Printing from IE, Word, etc. all work fine, and it'll print
out the correct username on the separator page.
When anyone attempts to print an Outlook email, it instead prints out my username. We've found that it doesn't happen if they click on the "quick print" button, but it happens every time if they do "file > Print" or Ctrl+P.Hi

To create a custom separator page file, use a text editor such as
Notepad. On the very first line, type one single character, and then press

Enter the escape codes for the functions you want, and then save the file with an .sep extension in the Windows System32 subfolder.
In the Print Manager, select the printer that you want to use the separator page file with, and then click
Choose Properties on the Printer menu.
Click
Details, specify the name of the desired separator page file in the
Separator File box, and then click OK.
Note:
Put the custom separator page file in one of the following locations:
In the %Windir%System32 folder.
In a folder whose path contains a SepFiles folder. For example:

Why does my ibook HD show a different name when accessing over network?
I am including the details below for some industrious soul to peruse. In a nutshell, I have renamed my old computers internal drive (no problem), but when I connect to it via network from my new computer it still comes up as the old HD name instead of the new name that I gave it.
Is this normal to have the name of the HD sitting on the desktop not be the same as the name seen when connecting over my LAN? Or am I seeing the beginnings of trouble? Permission repairs don't come up with anything, nor does Disk Utility.

After buying a new iMac, I decided to rename my ibook's drive from Macintosh HD to iBook HD-- so I wouldn't confuse myself when networkign the two together. Seems I have confused the computers, however. After renaming my ibook HD, when I connect to it over my network I see the following under My Network:

TBB-ibook-G4
Thomas Bailey 2's iBook G4 (apparently this comes from an administrator account I temporarily created and then later deleted)
When I click on the first computer name, I get the Connect to Server dialog Box, where I put in my main admin user login info. I then get a shoice of volumes to mount, which shows my admin user name and the old name of the hard drive (Macintosh HD).Hi Thomas!

after I burn the files to dvd and load to view the name does not appear. How do I get the name listed to appear on the burn disk instead of the file number?
Naming the Photo - or giving it a title - is not the same as naming file.
How are you burning to dvd? With iPhoto? If so then the Title will be available in any app that understands basic metadata.
If you want the title available in the Finder - which does not understand photo metadata - then you'll need to export the file
File -> Export
In the resulting dialogue you'll see a heading for 'File Name'. Choose 'Use Title' from the drop down.

Shadow_Core_Dump = PARTIAL Why is this happening? Also, When I remove the call to the function or if I remove the SEQUENCE element from the xml everything works fine.
Any ideas?

I did a search on MetaLink but it didn't turn up anything for your version and the internal function that is blowing up. Given you are on 11.1.0.7, I'm going to assume you have some service contract with Oracle and so can open a SR with them. That would be your best bet for getting it resolved given the internal Oracle error you are encountering.
The next best option would be to post this question on the {forum:id=34} forum given some of the people that watch that forum.
