In sequence events - error?

I am trying to make a sequence of events happen one after another. I have a background image that I want to fade in, blur, and then a panel slides in. Flash is giving me 2 errors when I test:
Description: 1119: Access of possibly undefined property MOTION_CHANGE through a reference with static type flash.events:Event.
Source: blurTween.addEventListener(TweenEvent.MOTION_CHANGE, onMotionChanged);
Description: 1119: Access of possibly undefined property MOTION_FINISH through a reference with static type flash.events:Event.
Source: blurTween.addEventListener(TweenEvent.MOTION_FINISH, onMotionFinish);
Thanks.

import fl.transitions.Tween
import fl.transitions.easing.*
import flash.filters.BlurFilter
import fl.transitions.TweenEvent
var BgTweenAlpha:Tween = new Tween(behindTheBrushBg, "alpha", Strong.easeOut, 0, 1, 1, true);
BgTweenAlpha.addEventListener(TweenEvent.MOTION_FINISH, onAlphaFinish);
function onAlphaFinish(TweenEvent:Event):void{
    var totalBlur:Number = 0;
    var blur:BlurFilter = new BlurFilter(totalBlur, totalBlur, 3);
    behindTheBrushBg.filters = new Array(blur);
    var blurTween = new Tween(blur, "blurX", Strong.easeOut, blur.blurX, 8, 1, true);
    blurTween.addEventListener(TweenEvent.MOTION_CHANGE, onMotionChanged);
        function onMotionChanged(TweenEvent:Event):void{
            blur.blurY = blur.blurX;
               behindTheBrushBg.filters = new Array(blur);
    blurTween.addEventListener(TweenEvent.MOTION_FINISH, onMotionFinish);
function onMotionFinish(TweenEvent:Event):void{
    var panelTweenX:Tween = new Tween(behindTheBrushPanel, "x", Strong.easeOut, -460, 0, 1, true);

From a brief look you pass a wrong event into the event handler:
function onMotionFinish(TweenEvent:Event):void{
It should be:
function onMotionFinish(event:TweenEvent):void{

  • Failed to run task sequence. Error occurred while starting the task sequence (0x8007000E)

    Hi there
    Patch Tuesday yesterday (10th June2014). As always we deploy new patches first to a test collection where Windows 7 updates automatically apply.
    Upon trying to rebuild any of the machines in this test collection, we were presented with the following error message:
    Failed to run task sequence.  Error occurred while starting the task sequence (0x8007000E)
    After searching about this, I found this page from Niall Brady, which explained the problem:
    http://www.niallbrady.com/2013/05/17/after-selecting-a-task-sequence-in-configuration-manager-2012-sp1-you-receive-threadtoresolveandexecutetasksequence-failed-code0x8007000e-in-smsts-log/
    So I removed some of the machines from the test Windows update collection, and as per the advice in the above link, the error was gone and those machines could be built successfully.
    So the problem is there were too many many policies downloaded (apps, packages and most of all updates) for the task sequence ram to store, hence the error.
    Now...
    ...I have a question.
    The next logical step to my mind is to patch our OS image with all missing patches, so these do not have to be downloaded at build time. Niall mentions this as one of the resolutions to this issue.
    However there seems to be some confusion over whether this would actually make a difference.
    I read through this link:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/7e597b44-2586-4063-b6d0-cec48a7c11c7/sccm-2012-task-sequence-failure-0x8007000e?forum=configmanagerosd
    There's seems to be no consensus on this.
    Is SCCM 2012 clever enough to - when the task sequence is first started - to download ONLY the updates (policies) it detects as NOT present in the OS image...
    or
    Will it simply try to download policies for ALL items deployed to it, whether the updates are present in the OS image or not?
    I will be disappointed if SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 isn't clever enough to only download policies at build time for the apps, packages and updates it detects as needed.
    I'd be grateful for some clarity on this.
    Regards,
    John, Glasgow.

    Hi Jason
    Thank you for replying, I appreciate it.
    1) We currently have 15 or 16 software update groups for Office updates, dating back a month or two. The latest software update group contains all the patches in the previous software update groups plus the patches released on 10th June. Do you recommend
    deleting all but the latest software update group?
    2) I'm almost reluctant to ask this, but based on what you have advised, is it the case that when the task sequence executes, it will download policies for each update in each software update group regardless of whether it has already downloaded a policy
    for an update in a previous software update group? So in effect it's downloading policies (for updates) it has already downloaded?
    3) I'm not clear on why there would be no policy for an image; in Niall Brady's informative page on the 8007000E error, he writes the following:
    "The reason it has run of space could be due to four possibilites: too many applications, too many Windows updates, too many Task Sequence steps, too many referenced packages'.
    Can you shed some light on why there isn't a policy for an image?
    Thanks again for replying,
    John.

  • Do you ever use the Ignore Sequence Rendering Errors preference? If so, why?

    There is a hidden Ignore Sequence Rendering Errors preference in After Effects that is untested, unsupported, and potentially dangerous to your rendered video---but still maybe useful in some rare cases. If you ever use this preference, tell us here why.
    This preference makes After Effects continue rendering an image sequence, even when errors are encountered that would otherwise stop the render. Of course, this means that you'll end up with bad frames... but maybe you're OK with some bad frames that you can patch later, as long as the render continues for the remaining frames.
    If you do ever use this preference, note that any time that you need to do so, you should also be submitting a bug report so that we know about the errors that you're encountering and can look into fixing them.

    I have absolutely used this, and at times it's been a life-saver!  The principle use case is this:
    Tight deadline, late night.  Delivery is tomorrow.  I've got a complex composite with a number of layers (maybe 4k r3ds) and I'm going to render a dpx image sequence overnight.  It's going to take several hours.   Sometimes the render fails because a 3rd party plug in (say something from Re:Vision or Cycore) throws an error randomly every now and then.
    If I chose Ignore Sequence Rendering Errors, maybe I'll get a bad frame or two, which I can patch in the morning.  But at least 99% of the render is done.  If the render crashes and it stops in the middle of the night.  I'm up a creek.
    Very useful feature which I don't use often, but comes in very handy when I need it.
    Cheers,
    Ari

    By using //, i am able to use the same query for both. Is there a better way?If using a single query is a must, then I guess it's OK.
    Ideally, however, i would like the text of each (without tags), separated by commas.The fn:string-join() function can do that, e.g. :
    ItemLinkDesc          VARCHAR2(4000)     PATH 'fn:string-join(ItemLinks/ItemLink/Description, ";")'But I'm not sure it's a good idea because you'll be losing the structured nature of the data.
    Maybe it would be better to collect repeating elements into a collection of SQL object types, but again it all depends on how you want to use the data later.
    So, following your advice, i removed the XMLAGGs and GROUP BY clause, but, again the query works, the CTAS does not:Strange...
    Works for me :

  • Pro Debug Event - Error 290 /tick time

    Suddenly a project I was working (and all the auto-saved folders) could not open anymore by giving me the following message: "Pro Debug Event - error 290 tick time"

    Whenever you enounter an error, as a general rule, search the forum to see if it's already been addressed, or to join the discussion:
    TickTime.cpp-290 error after opening a specific project | Premiere CC 2014.2 | Windows 8.1
    Also, I always convert/ingest my media to use the same format that runs natively in PPro and does not require conforming.
    Second, with regards to losing work with projects that can't be fixed. I always save my projects incrementally to new names as I go.  When I hit an issue that cannot be resolved (and occasionally I do), I reopen the previously saved project and try something else.  In fact today I hit a stack error.  It was a three-day edit, and I was on version "(project name)_028.prproj"  I just opened up the previous version "..._027.prproj", repeated the few edits that I lost in "028" and rendered without error.  Follow that?
    Anyway, read the link above for a possible fix.

  • Can uninstalling and installing CS4 fix the debug event error message?

    Hello,
    Can uninstalling and installing  cs4 solve the debug event error message?

    Can uninstalling and installing  cs4 solve the debug event error message?
    Well, that DOES seem to be the scripted mantra of Adobe TS in some out of the way country. According to most reports, that cures everything from trying to Capture over a USB cable to working with footage from your cellphone camera. In most cases, it has cured very little, though maybe the Debug Event error IS something that will be fixed by this.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • How to fix sequence editor error when using Test Executive 5.1.1 with Labview6.0?

    I had a test sequence that was built with Test Executive 5.1.1 and Labview 5.1.1. The sequence test step vi used Test Shell to allow the user to edit and config the test. After upgrading the test step vi from Labview 5.1.1 to Labview6.0 by mass compiling all vi to Labview6.0, an error occurred while editing the test vi. The error is as following:"Sequence Editor Error: Config Test Vi Callback.vi: Could not config test vi. Make sure the path to the vi is valid." I am sure the vi path is valid, does anybody has any idea why the path was not seen? How can this bug be fixed? Any hints or suggestion would be helpful.

    That's really a TestStand question. You should post to the TestStand Discussion forum. TestStand Discussion Forum

  • "Local event error" with AP invoice workflow

    Dear All,
    I work in AP module Oracle Apps. 11.5.9 version. I have problems with the AP invoice approval workflow (production instance). This problem occurs very ocassionally but is really problematic.
    I couldn't find any proper solution in metalink.
    We have customised the seeded workflow and works fine with all scenarios everyday. But strangely it happens that some functionality doesn't work fine.
    Because of the above problem System Admin. receives thousands of automatic emails.
    Description:
    Event Error Name: WFENG_EVENT_NOTFOUND
    Event Error Message: 3142: Process 'APINV/16880017_1' has no activities waiting to receive event 'oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.approval'.
    Event Error Stack:
    Wf_Engine.Event(APINV, 16880017_1, JCP_APINV_M, oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.approval)
    Wf_Rule.Default_Rule(oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.approval, EDD209EC55E662EFE0340003BA2CC156).
    Has anyone encountered this situation before. If so please reply to me at the earliest.
    Thanks a lot for your valuable time
    Anand.

    Anand,
    See either Metalink Note # 277613.1 (11.5.9) or 330194.1 (11.5.10) - both describe the error and each offers a slightly different workaround. Note that they were easy to find by searching for oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.approval :).

  • Constant event error being logged during video capture

    I recently upgraded my version of Premiere Pro to version CS4.  When I now perform a video capture from my DV Device, I get the following error logged in the event window: "file is busy, and couldn't be updated".  Until the first logging, there is no RED X in the bottom right corner.  Upon the first log, the RED X appears in the bottom right corner.
    As far as I can tell, the event error occurs immediately after a scene download has been completed and the next scene is initiated.
    The camera I am using is a MiniDV camera (not HD) and it is not listed in the device table within Premiere (Panasonic PV-GS500).  I have Premiere's device set to Standard Panasonic and have also tried each of the Alternatives (1,2,3,4 and 5).
    Can anyone please help me understand what this error/event means as Adobe is somewhat prehistoric when it comes to providing definitions.

    Several possible causes:
    1. You are not running as administrator or with administrative rights.
    2. You use Win7 and your firewire driver is not the 'Legacy' one. See Adobe Forums: Can not capture under Win7
    3. Background processes are getting in the way.
    Possible solution:
    Try Scenalyzer Live for capturing SD material. Better, more reliable and with more features than CS4.

  • LED in flat sequence event

    Hello,

    Those are not events in the sequence. Those are individual frames. Events in LabVIEW are something completely different. Based on your question it seems you are not completely understanding dataflow. A function/VI will execute when all data on the wires connected to it is present. Dataflow can be used to enforce execution order, but sequence frames can also be used.
    In your first frame if you wire a True constant to the Boolean you cannot control when the Boolean is updated since there is no data dependenct between the numeric calculations and the writing of the LED. Thus, if you want to turn on the LED before the first frame then you need to add a frame before the first one where you set the LED, and the same thing at the end.

  • Satellite L855 - ATI client event error

    I'm running a L855 laptop and over the last day or so I've noticed in event viewer every min or so I'm getting a ATI client event error, no more details are available but it's entering a new event for it about 1 min!
    Everything seems to be running fine though, anyone know what this is and how to stop it?

    > Everything seems to be running fine though, anyone know what this is and how to stop it?
    ATi client must be related to the ATI catalyst control center.
    The ATI Catalyst Control Center software application gives you complete control of performance and visual quality of your ATI Radeon graphics for a personalized visual experience on your notebook.
    You could try to reinstall the ATI driver but to be honest I dont know if it would help you to stop viewing the errors in event viewer.
    At the other hand, if your notebook is running properly I would not be worried about some entries in event viewer. This isnt really important
