  • How to view which accounts are authorized on a computer

My question is not how to authorize or deauthorize my account on a computer. My question is how to find out which account(s) you have authorized on one specific computer.
I share my iTunes Library with my family so we have had six or eight iTunes accounts over the years. We are moving to a new computer and we can't remember which accounts are authorized for our music library.
If we could find out the usernames, we would know the passwords. Any way to see which accounts you have authorized on a computer?

It's simply there because you may either de-authorized it or all computers from that computer. It is not an indication that the computer is not de-authorized if, in fact, you have de-authorized it.

  • Table in which changes to condition type is recorded for a contract

    Hi Experts
We are working on customised report in classical Real estate in which for a particular contract changes done in the condition tab are to be displayed.
In this report we want to restrict condition types related to Budget and forecast which are already existing in the system.
We dont want any changes done to those condition type to be shown in the report. We are in the process of creating Ztable to link it with our report. But we are facing difficulty as we can find tables which will record user changes for contract as a whole. We want to know details about table which record changes done by the user for every condition related to that contract.
Can you pls let me know the tables which record this changes ?

    Hi,
unfortunately I am still not sure if I got your question right. Change documents show all changes of the contract, also of condition types.
Table VICDCOND stores the conditions of the contract. Maybe you are looking for this.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to find which devices are still using affected domain controller

    Hi Everyone,
We have a 5 Domain controller's in a Site. And we are going to decommisson one of our affected DC in a site.
Can you please let me know how to find  the log files to see which devices are still using this domain controller.
    Regards,

    Neel kamal

    Neel,
From strictly an Active Directory perspective, there is nothing special you need to do to decommission a domain controller in a site.  There are many processes that automatically balance out and recreate connections as needed without any user intervention.
The DC Locator process will automatically direct clients to active domain controllers, there is nothing you need to do here.
What you need to be concerned with are things like the following:
DNS - Are you running AD integrated DNS and is the DC you are decommissioning hosting that roll - if so, is it the ONLY DC in the
site that is running DNS?  You'll need at least one in the site.
DHCP server - Is the DC you are demoting a DHCP server?  You'll need to account for that.
Global Catalog - Is the DC you are demoting a Global Catalog server?  You'll need at least one in the site.
File Shares - Is the DC hosting any files shares?  You'll need to move those and make sure you redirect your clients.
Was this DC a set as a Preferred Bridgehead Server?  You'll need to undo that first.
Those are the big ones that come to mind.  Decommissioning a DC is easy if you have prepared properly.  The others that have replied have offered some great advice which you should follow.  Do your homework and you should be fine.
    Hope that helps

  • Exit to prevent Billing doc to post to accounting for Condition type

    Hi all,
    I have a requirement as below :
A Sales order Y is created refererring to another Sales Order say X. Sales order X has one condition type which in the process has been removed. When Sales order Y created all the data from X is copied including the condition type( Now one of the condition type is not present in the system which is also copied to the Order Y). Now, when I genreate Billing document and then post to accounting doc, even though the particular condition type that is copied from 'X' is not present in the system, it is getting posted.
Can you please help me if there is any exit to prvent the Billing doc to post to accounting based on the condition type.
    Regards,
    Uma Chandra Sekhar

    Hi,
Use the user exit "RV60AFZC", form-routine : USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP.  Set the value of structure field VBRK-RFBSK to 'A' to block the creation of accounting document.

  • Which accounts are hit on a PO reciept transaction?

I was checking material distributions and saw that on a PO Receipt transaction, it shows two entries in distributions
on first it says accounting type as Inv Valuation with a positive transaction value ( unit cost x quantity)
on the second it says accounting type as Receiving Inspection with a negative same value as in the first line
Both these lines have same accounts which is the Org`s material account..if this account is hit with a positive value and a same negative value on a PO receipt transaction, than where is the effect of the transaction because both hits make the effect nil.
I am confused and dont understand
    Please advice

since you query the journal entries from material distribution form, it is safe to say that you are looking at the second step of PO Receipt transaction, which is the DELIVER transaction.
In an AVG Org, the journal you're looking at is:
Inventory Valuation (Dr) Receiving Account (Cr) @ PO Price
Both of the account can only be the same if you set it up to be the same.
Inventory Valuation is taken from the Material account in the Organization Parameter
Receiving Account is taken from Receiving Options of the IO in question
Pls check whether both of these settings refer to the same COA combination.
    Thanks

  • Determining Which Accounts are Authorized on a Mac

I have two old Macs which I am going to sell. I understand how to deauthorize them and have done so. Or so I think. The "fly in the ointment" is that in iTunes in the Store Menu, there is still an option to "Deauthorize This Computer" option after having, as I said, reauthorized the only known account ( I have owned the machines since new and have never had any other users).
So, does the option to "Deauthorize This Computer" remain because iTunes is aware of other accounts that might still be authorized, or am I overthinking it? A point in favor of my possibly overthinking it is that there is an option remaining to "Deauthorize Audible Account" in the Advanced menu, after having done so already with the only Audible account I know about.
Thanks for any bits o' wisdom and advice!
    Gary

It's simply there because you may either de-authorized it or all computers from that computer. It is not an indication that the computer is not de-authorized if, in fact, you have de-authorized it.

  • Is the Modavatable condition type of Import are loaded on material

As I know there are seven taxes Basic Customs duty, CVD, Ecess on CVD, Shecess on Cvd, Custom Ecess, Custom Shecesss and Additional custom duty.
Doubts-- Among these seven duties we get the setoff for for duties on  CVD. Ecess on CVD, Shecess on CVD and additional custom duty. Are this modavatabe duties are loaded on Inventory? If yes then how? if not loaded on material where is the setting for the condition type so that it should not be loaded on inventory.
Please help me on this point. Hope i will get the solution .

    Hi Rajan,
As per indian taxation system, you can take credit the duty paid to CVD, Ecess on CVD and SH Ecess and Add. Cutom Duty. Means these are not loaded to material but will get entry in to Cenvat Registers as credit and off-setting to Cenvat Clearing a/c.
Basic Customs duty, Total Custom Ecess are not allowed to take credit so, they need to loaded on to material.
To make the system understand this, we give default condition types in Custom defaults in IMG ( As sairam said in his reply). By this setting system decides which all the condition types are loaded / not loaded to material. But loading of CVD and other credit dutyies material does not sounds logical, so please check your scenorio
Modvat Clearing account you will give it in Comapny code settings for excise.

  • Assign Condition type XYX to CO-pa wich i dont want

    hi there
after billing ,when i am trying to release document to accounting it gives me an errore "*assighn condition XYX in COPA* ",
while i dont want to pass this entry /info to CO-PA , i just want to post to FI , and it shuld hit that giev FI G/L account ,and for that in account determination i have use KOFI condition type , sp
please help me its very urgernt

    Hi Rajeev,
If CO-PA is active for your controlling area and the cost element is with category '11'/'12', then irrespective the account determination condition type 'KOFI', you need assign COPA value field to SD condition type in KE4I.
System Response for the error message which you got:
The billing data cannot be posted to CO-PA if there is no entry as this would lead to differences between CO-PA and Financial Accounting. This is because this condition type posts to a G/L account.
Why you don't want to post to CO-PA, while you post to FI GL?

  • Problem of  DIFF (Rounding Off) Condition Type in Sales Pricing Procedure

    Hi All,
This problem is related to Sales Order. The system is not picking up a condition type in the pricing procedure.
For example when I am raising a sales Order where the Trade Price is being calculated with the help of a Alternative Calculation Type , Subtotal 1 , X in the the Print column and Posting Key ERL are assigned to it.Here in the end the condition type DIFF is not getting populated in the pricing though it is maintained in the pricing procedure. When I am checking in the pricing analysis the error message and its detailed description which is shown as follows -
DIFF     011     Condition ignored (requirement 013 not fulfilled)
The requirement 1. was assigned to this condition in the pricing procedure. This requirement was not met in the preliminary condition step, and so the condition was excluded from further processing.
You can use Additional information to display the requirements used.
Now considering the above scenario please suggest to attain my requirement.
    Thanks & Regards
    Priyanka

    Dear Priyanka,
The "reqt" field in the pricing procedure basically tells d system that the routine mentioned in this field is a sort of prerequisite without fullfilling of which the associated condition type will not get xecuted.
In ur case u have selected "1" which is for condition types A001, B001 etc used in "material listing / xclusion" function.
For condition type DIFF, the correct value is "13" i.e "Rounding as per T001R".
So just replace "1" with "13", things will b fine.
Please close the thread if answered.

  • Condition types EK01 & Ek02

What are condition types Ek01 & Ek02 used for and what is the difference between them?
    Regards,
    Jay

    HI
    HI
EK02 is used for calculating the margin in line item of order while in case price is based on cost + markup for example then EK01 is used.
    i.e.
EK01 is basically used when a calculation is based on a farmula e.g. SALING PRICE - COSTPRICE = PROFIT,
whereas EK01 is used where the all amount remain same and do not varies e.g.
    VPRS CONDITION TYPE
These are the condition type that will display the results of the unit costing for certain type of sales document.
    EK01 :
If you use this condition type, the result of unit costing is issued to the first position on the conditions screen for the item. The value can be used as a basis for price determination.
    EK02:
If you use this condition type, the result of unit costing is simply a statistical value which you can compare with the price.
Please note the following points :
    1) The condition type must have condition category 'Q' (costing).
    2) The condition type must agree with the condition type defined for unit costing in the pricing procedure.

  • Inactive Condition Types

    Dear Sapients,
I need ur valuable solution in solving an issue. I have created a pricing procedure for domestic sales and in tht some condition types r in inactive mode. I have verified the settings in condition types n also checked the condition records, n its fine as well. I dont know whats the hidden object in this issue. Pls help me in solving this. Advance thanks for all.

hi Can you give more details when u say INACTIVE? what do u mean by inactive?
I have scenario like suppose there are 2 condition types ABCD and WXYZ
Both the Condition Types ABCD & WXYZ are Condition Types related to Price. Both the Condition types will ahve the same Step number with a different counter.
WXYZ is a manual Condition Type and will not have any Access Sequence assigned to it. It can be entered only manually in the Purchasing document.
ABCD is an Automatic Condition type and an Access Sequence will be assigned to it. whenever a Condition record is maintained, then it will be updated in the document with the price from the Condition Record.
If there is no Valid Condition record founds, then ABCD will not be included and you can enter WXYZ manualy.
(i belive you mean condition type is not appearing / considered in calculation in pricing procedure thought it is maintained and having condition record)
still you think this information is not sufficient, then you can check CONDITION EXCLUSION for the condition type is which is INACTIVE
Alos, possibility is that there is Requirment assgined to condition type which is not getting fulfilled hats why not shoing condition type in pricing procedure

  • Tax condition types

    Hi,
In TAXINN there are condition types
JMIP : BED % INVENTORY What does Inventory mean ? And its significance.
    Also JMX2 IN A/P BED inventory ??
When do we use these condition types so far we have been using JMOP, JECS etc.
Also TAXINJ is called Formula based calculation.
What does the Formula means do we really maintain such formula.
    Please explain.
    Niharika.

    Hi,
there is 2 type of treatment of taxes-
    1. where we take the cenvat credit- these are called as deductible
    2. where we load the tax to stock account- these are called non deductible
in order to accomodate sap has provided 2 types of conditions that handles the above mentioned cases.
the inventory means this condition type will load the tax amount on stock account. this is controlled by key NVV.
In some condition type you will find that IN: % Inventor- due to space restrict the description is accomodated to this character length. here IN: india, inventor means inventory.
formula based means the routines are used. these routines controls the pricing process. open the TAXINJ
you will find routines there in the pricing procedure. like 352, 362, etc.
just to have the fair look on this how what these routines do, take the help of ABPER, he will explain you what a particular routine will do.
    Regards

  • Shipping Condition Type by Volume

    Hi all
for business requirement I have defined 2 new condition types in LE-Transportation shipment costspricingpricing control--define condition types: 1 Following is config setting for condition type by Volume wise : Cond. class:   B Prices     Calculat.type: F Volume     Cond.category: B Delivery cos. 2. condition as by weight wise : settings are  Cond. class:   B Prices      Calculat.type: D Gross weight   Cond.category: B Delivery cos. My question is when I put condition type as weight type ins shipment cost cost is calculates as per material gross weight maintained in master data, but where as when I am using condition type volume wise in shipment cost. system is calculating cost by gross weight weight and not by volume.altough master data is present in M3. condition base value is also check and that is also correct. but system is not calculation cost as per calculation type wise. Please let me know what is going wrong in system.
    Reagrds
    SM

    Hi,
Calculation base, determines the origin of the data which is used during pricing, which influence the condition type. In another word, it is used as a basis of determining the available data for price calculation.
As you are already aware, there are few calculation bases available in SAP. Below is a simple example which you can consider while determining which calculation base is suitable for your condition type:
    a) If for example in a particular shipment, if only the Leg and/or weight information is relevant for your shipment cost calculation, then you can consider using Shipment Cost Item calculation base. Reason being, all other information such as handling unit, materials etc are not relevant for the calculation.
    b) If you have an agreement with your freight forwarder that the cost calculation is based on the handling unit, then depending on the details that you need to track the cost (I.e. by handling unit type, per handling unit or even up to the level that you need to track the content of each handling unit), then you can consider using calculation bases Handling Units C, E or F (whichever fits your requirement).
    c) If in a shipment, for example the cost calculation cost differs according to ship-to party, then you can consider using Delivery calculation base. Different sub-items will be determined for each deliveries assigned in the shipment.
    d) If for example you need to determine or calculate your shipment cost base on the types of materials, freight types, divisions, other materials information, then you can consider using the Delivery Item calculation base for this. Sub-items per delivery items will be generated.
Hope the above clarifies your doubt.
    Thanks.
