    Hi,
    can you describe what is happening when you run the ODI procedure described below:
    - Does the procedure fail with an error, if yes, which error(full details)?
    - Does the procedure pass but no xslx file is been created?
    - Does the procedure pass and an xslx file is been created, but Excel can't read it? If yes, what is the structure of the xslx file when read in an editor?
    What I can see from your code below is that you have choosen -FILE_FORMAT=VARIABLE, but the XSLX format is supposed to be XML.

  • Recording which articles are being read

    I want to create a cloud tag of popular topics
    What i need to work out
    1. How to record which articles are being read
    2. How to display these in a tag cloud
    3. Then when a user clicks on a tag - all the articles which
    similar
    tag are displayed
    What i have done so far (how am i going?)
    Db called tags
    Tables
    tag, article title, article url, article description
    # each article has a few different tags
    e.g
    article for preventing std has the following tags
    std, sex, safe sex, HIV
    # the article itself doesnt exist in the database as i read
    this
    wasn't good for SEO. so the article itself exists on a static
    page.
    I have close to 100 medicla articles and add about 4 or 5 a
    month
    so i would love to get this working to save me time and
    effort.
    Many thanks

    Have been using this code from the pete frei tutorial - cloud
    tags -. It is working fine.
    In the case of my database, each article has 3 tags
    associated.
    So there are 3 fields as opposed to 1 from which to count the
    tags.
    How could I adjust the code to take accountfor this?
    Also I am a begineer so if you had the time to provide a
    short explanation that would also be great.
    <cfquery datasource="cart" name="tags">
    SELECT COUNT(tag) AS tagCount, tag
    FROM list
    GROUP BY tag
    </cfquery>
    <cfset tagValueArray =
    ListToArray(ValueList(tags.tagCount))>
    <cfset max = ArrayMax(tagValueArray)>
    <cfset min = ArrayMin(tagValueArray)>
    <cfset diff = max - min>
    <cfset distribution = diff / 3>
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    .smallestTag { font-size: xx-small; }
    .smallTag { font-size: small; }
    .mediumTag { font-size: medium; }
    .largeTag { font-size: large; }
    .largestTag { font-size: xx-large; }
    -->
    </style>
    <cfoutput query="tags">
    <cfif tags.tagCount EQ min>
    <cfset class="smallestTag">
    <cfelseif tags.tagCount EQ max>
    <cfset class="largestTag">
    <cfelseif tags.tagCount GT (min + (distribution*2))>
    <cfset class="largeTag">
    <cfelseif tags.tagCount GT (min + distribution)>
    <cfset class="mediumTag">
    <cfelse>
    <cfset class="smallTag">

    OK - Here it is!  I forgot I got the step by step procedure on this forum
    You can get the information through one more option also. In case of function module you need to execute the module again and again for each user or may be need to write a report. I would like to suggest you an alternative. That is making use of queries.
    1. Go to transaction SQVI.
    2. In the input field Quick View give the any name for query for example Z_EMAIL_ADD.
    3. Choose create option. In the resulting pop up give description in Title field. In data source choose TABLE JOIN. Select Basis mode.
    4. In the next screen choose INSERT TABLE pushbutton and in the pop up give USR21. Then again choose INSERT TABLE pushbutton and this time give ADR6.
    5. Now go back using back arrow or F3.
    6. Now in the new screen you will be under the tab strip List fld select.. From that entries under available filed (on right hand side) select User name in user master record and the first entry for Internet mail (SMTP) address. Now using single arrow pushbutton pointing towards left move these fields to tabstrip List fld select.
    7. Now go to tabstrip selection filed. As done in step 6 move User name in user master record under it.
    8. Save the changes and go back. A pop up will come asking you to save quick view Z_EMAIL_ADD. Choose yes.
    9. Now execute the query. In the input field you can give one user or multiple users at a given time.
    This approach is easier and time saving in my opinion and gives output in desirable format.

  • Billprint program where does the prior reading value come from? which table

    hi all,
    In billprint pgms  the value is stored in structure ERDZ but i'm not able to find how these values are populated and where?
    i need to know from which table  prior reading and current readings are populated..
    is there any program that triggers the billprint forms, if so how to find it?
    pls suggest those pgm names.
    thanks

    Hello,
    If you have already attached the form in your contract account and you have done your meter read and Billing, you get these values during running of Invoice program.
    Pls look into EABL
    also
    EABLG           MR Reasons in MR Document
    EABLARC         Internal index f. analyzing archivable meter reading results

    Dear Vijay
    The counter reading is available in IMRG table in field CNTRR. It is available in exponential form. you need to convert to decimal from using the FM FLTP_CHAR_CONVERSION_FROM_SI

  • In which table the condition records get stored in sap crm

    hi everybody any one can help me in this,
    In which table the condition records get stored in sap crm.
    Regards,
    Babu

    Hi Babu,
    The table name depends on the condition table you have chosen while adding a condition record. Like if it is SAP001, the database table will be CNCCRMPRSAP001.

  • Implausible meter reading flag-table/field

    Hi
    Is there any flag goes into the DB against implausible meter reading against any business/technical master data, please specify the table/field if known.
    Gaurav Upadhyaya

    Hi Gaurav,
    As mentioned above, the field ABLSTAT (Meter Reading Status) in table EABL would let you know if a meter reading is plausible or not. The values of implausible meter reads are:
    2     Automatically Locked
    3     Locked by Agent
    U can reach the table EABL as follows:
    ANALAG (installation) using tables EABLG by getting the meter read doc no.
    Hope this helps
    Thank you,

  • BAPI-Meter read uplaod which will pass all validations .

    Hi ,
    Is there any BAPI  or FM available for Meter read uplaod which can pass all the validation and submit the meter read with status 01 (billable ) .
    Thanks
    rajeev

    Hi Rajeev & William,
    We can configure meter reader note at SAP Utilities --> Device Management --> Meter Reading --> Meter Reading Result --> Entry --> Define Notes from Meter Reader.
    In this configuration we can set - 03 (Use unvalidated meter reading) as Control of follow-up action against configured meter reader note.
    By doing this, No validations will be performed for the meter reading. It is set directly to plausible and can be billed.
    We can pass meter reader note to BAPI function module.
    Let me know if you need any further details.

  • Which SAP tables does CM read to update data

    Hi
    Please can someone tell me which SAP tables in FI, MM and SD that SAP Cash Management  (CM) selctes data from when updating FSCM-CM.
    In other words, if I delete CM data and then recreate it using programs RFFDDL00  (delete) and RFFDKU00 / RFFUEB00 / RFFDMM10 / RDDSD10 / RFFDMM20  (create for OIs, GLs/Bank Bal, MM/POs, SD/SOs and MM/PRs resp) which tables are the source tables for SAP CM?
    Thanks for any help anyone can give me. I'm trying to undesrstand the data creation process to trace why the drill-down to AP/AR OIs is not working and why the GL drill-down lists 000's more OIs than the CM balance shows and why the drill-down for POs/PRs in MM and SOs in SD works correctly.
