Inbound connection & MTTR problem

Dear Friends ,
I have to find the following errors in my production server . My oracle and server status is :
SQL> select * from v$version;
BANNER
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bi
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Productio
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
The Errors are :
1)
FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET 12 is out of the valid MTTR range, use 310 instead.
Sat Jul 12 10:01:39 2008
FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET 12 is out of the valid MTTR range, use 307 instead.

I got this error frequently . here my "fast_start" parameters are as following :
SQL> show parameter fast_
NAME TYPE VALUE
fast_start_io_target integer 0
fast_start_mttr_target integer 12
fast_start_parallel_rollback string LOW
2) Another error is :
" WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

I also get this error frequently .
Can anybody plz help me ragarding this errors ? Waiting for ur kind reply .. ..

Hi
1) IIRC there is a bug related to this. Have a look to Metalink... you should be able to find it.
2) IMHO the error description says it all..
