Include/Report not found "/1BCDWB/IQ000000000027DAT"

Hello!
I have tranported an ABAP-program from DEV to the QAS-system and have difficulty, even If I check the program in QAS-system.
The error/warning I get is:
Include/Report not found "/1BCDWB/IQ000000000027DAT"
The question: how can i transport the include from DEV to the QAS? Or is there some other posibilities to solve the problem?

Hello Heinemann,
Generally BASIS people will transport requests from one server to another server. They will use transaction STMS for this purpose. We first transport the request from development to testing/Quality system and thereafter from Quality to Production System. Releasing a transport request is done with the help of SE09/SE10 transactions..

Does anyone have any idea why I would be getting this error everytime I try to make or build my workspace, project or any jsp file within JDev? I have no reference to /globalinclude.html and have never even seen this file anywhere before.

Teri,
The reference is made in ojsp-global-include.xml in your WEB-INF directory.
globalinclude.html should be located in your html root (default .../public_html) and its content is:
<% request.setCharacterEncoding("windows-1252");%>.
with the correct encoding of course.

Report not found in File Repository Server

I am looking for some guidance as to what to try next with this issue.
We had ran into some issues with the central management service and had to reinstall crystal. During the setup we are connecting to our mysql database and the reports and folder structure is restored in the Central Management Console but when the reports are previewed or scheduled to run they fail I receive the following message:
"File generated name.rpt not found on File Repository Server.
Unable to retrieve Object.
File generated name.rpt not found on File Repository Server."
Has anyone came across this issue and if they could provide a solution would be greatly appreciated.

The repository that stores all your objects in Crystal is dual one part is int he DB - called CMS DB - it stores all te metadata, and second part is FRS (Input /Output servers) - they store actual physical reports and instances on the disc.
My guess is that during re-install you either wiped out original FRS location or after re-install didn't point your FRS to the right place.
If its second - all you need to do is point FRS to the right directory and you'll get your reports back.
If it's first - you just lost all your reports/universes etc.... and will need to restore from backup.

Is anyone else having random file access issues? including "Element not found" error?

I don;t know what the @#$ is going on with this device, but for example:
user A creates a folder in their area(under a share with RW rights)
Everything is great..
They come in on day2, and all of a sudden, they get "Access denied" on the (excel) file
Typically, if I re-apply full rights for them using windows permissions, it "fixes" it.
Today, I went to modify a excel spreasheet that I've been using for a week or so, and boom, access denied
and effective permissions indicate that very thing: no rights.
I attempted to re-apply rights to my home directory, and on that particulat .xls, got a "Element not found" message.
I'm sad that I've had SO much trouble with this device.
I re-sycned with A/D just for kicks, no help.
It syncs with A/D daily
I've had so many of these related permissions issues, we're likel;y scrapping the Lenovo for a windows server, but I figured I'll see if anyone else is dealing with this message..
I'm also open to the fact that it could be our A/D I suppose..

Sorry to reply to such an old topic, but I am having exactly the same issue. Did you ever find a fix? We are reapplying all the parent folder settings every morning to bandaid the situation, but it is becoming a little ridiculous...
We have our settings so that a file administrator has full access to everyone's files, and each individual has full access to their own folder. The folder settings never change, but the files seem to lose the user's access permission periodically after being opened or edited (haven't narrowed down the exact cause, but has never happened to files that haven't been accessed, but doesn't always happen to files that have been accessed). One odd thing that might have something to do with it, the ownership of files keeps defaulting to a generic 63353/UNIX instead of the creator of the file or the owner of the parent folder (which is set the way we want). We are currently experiementing with changing it, but it seems ike if we set the owner to the user, the file administrator randomly loses access, if we set to the file admin, the user randomly loses access. I think we might be can bandaid the situation from the user's perspective with this, but it doesn't seem to fix the initial issue, that the folder permissions won't stay set.

Report not found in REPORTS_PATH

I am trying to run a report from a form, but the report is not being found, even though the path where the report is located is in the REPORTS_PATH in both the default.env file and the registry. The only way the report runs is if I include the path in the report object filename.
Does anyone have any idea why it would not be able to find the report file?

This had happen to me before. The reason that it was causing me a problem was the value in the reqistry was too large. So I removed all the default entries like the ones for the demo reports. This was a long time ago, so it might not be the issue you are having.

Eclipse Include Files not Found

I have installed C & C++ Development Tools for NI Linux Real Time 2014, Eclipse, and am having issues with the "includes" folder populating correctly.
After installing the the eclipse software and creating a new project for C++ Hello World, I get unresolved includsion: iostream
After reviewing a colleagues computer with eclipse installed, the problem seems to be due to the CDT Cross GCC Built-in Compiler Settings not populating (ie. on my computer, this preprocessor include entry has nothing inside it, however on my colleagues machine, it has many includes and symbols defined).
I have tried uninstalling eclipse and re-installing, but still cannot find a solution.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have solved this problem.
I had a fortran GNU compiler installed on my computer (for use with some simulation software on my computer), and this seems to have caused all the problems. When I looked at the paths included by the Cross GCC it was refering to the fortran directory rather than the National Instruments directory. To solve the problem, I have uninstalled the fortran software and now everything works, macros and paths properly populated by the Cross GCC.
Maybe you have a better solution than to delete the fortran software? Maybe modifying my $PATH environment variable so the NI path comes at the end rather than beginning?

Hi!
Either you can edit your REPORTS_PATH environment variable and
put your reports path there, or you edit the rep_pcname.conf
in the developer_home/reports/conf directory.
Open the file with a text editor of your coice.
search for the line
 and change it to
<property name="sourceDir" value="x:\your_reports_path"/> change x:\your_reports_path with your reports path, save the file and restart your oc4j instance.

I am putting validations in table mainyainance generator.
For that am editing FunctionPool of table maintainance.
I uncommented User-defined Include-files for adding my code for validation but while activating the function-pool i get error message- include report 'INCLUDE LZ1QTT01O' not found.
I am putting my PBO logic here.
can anybody please guide hoy can i put my logic here?

    You simply cannot write the statements in Include.
    You need to write them in between .. module ... endmodule.
For Ex :
In PAI say you have a module   module sort1
process after input.
module sort1.
In the Include you create .. the coding should be in between ..
module sort1 input.
endmodule.                 " sort1 INPUT

Structure SI_BBSEG not found during upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0

We are upgradingour SAP system from 4.6c to ECC 6.0 and we are having an issue while generating the programs, error says '.INCLUDE SI_BBSEG ' not found. It seems like structure SI_BBSEG was not created by SAP'. How would i resolve this issue? i couldnt find any OSS note on this. Please advice.

SI_BBSEG is Include structure of BBSEG & comes already included in it as std SAP. (u can see it in SE11 >> BBSEG)
It does not exist till you want to enhance BBSEG & add your custom fields. Normally those fields will be added to Std SAP screens as custom enhancements . You can go to SE11 & double click; it will ask Do you want to create ?
What is the process you are following for moving Enhancements from 4.6 to ECC6 (user Exits, screen exits) ? If this SI_BBSEG exists in old system, then there must be std screen enhanced which uses the fields of this structure. There could be some programs too which are using this structure while creating FI Documents using std BAPI. recomended that these should move to ECC6 together.

Error in Dialog Module - INCLUDE report "%_HR9066" not found

After upgrade from 4.6B to ECC 6.0.When i display/create/change Custom Infotype 9072 in transaction PA30. i encounter a dump stating
INCLUDE report "%_HR9066" not found. It occurs when the program goes for CALL DIALOG... in the SAP standard program.
Do advice on how to resolve this issue

9066 is the custom infotype .
After upgrading check for the following things which are related to infotype :
1) Go to se51 and check for Program MP906600 and screen 2000 exist .If not there is a problem in calling the screen
2)Go to se11 and check whether the table PA9066 and structure P9066 exist
3)Check whether the infotype is assigned to the Infotypes in spro .(Optional)
If everthing is suceessful , the infotype exist in the system . If not one of the objects might miss from the above list .

Syntax Error - INCLUDE Report "%_HR9010" Not Found

I have an HR ABAP program(Query Generated) that works in Enterprise and is now being testing in the ECC 6.0 test environment and is getting an syntax error. The syntax points the line in the code where a custom infotype is declared with the infotypes syntax. Example:
Infotypes:
9010
syntax error reads:
'include report"%_HR9010" not found.
Why am I getting that syntax error? The syntax error does not occur on standard sap infotypes, 0000, 0001, 0002. It appears to be failing on custom infotypes. The Structure definition is there, the table definition is there and there are thousands of records in the table and it can be read by other programs with no problem. What piece is missing, could it be something to do with Infosets, whatever they are?

Please excute the report RPUMS40CCI. This report is to generate infotype includes and additional structures required for not only custom but also standard infotypes.
In the selection screen provide the infotype number and select checkboxes 'Generate infotype include'
and 'Generate additional structure'.
Note: "RPU40CCI" is only for infotypes which starts with number '9*'.

Include report for class not found

Hi all,
I am getting an error in test system after transporting from devolopment system
IN SE24,if do a syntax check for the class
include report CL_EX_TEST======CO not found .But in devolopment system,i am not getting any error.
ANybody plz help.

The previous answers are misleading because you obviously do not transport a standard class from DEV to QA system. Instead I assume you are using class CL_EX_TEST within your z-class.
Please check in table <b>PROGDIR </b>whether their is an entry for CL_EX_TEST======CO (protected section) on the QA system. I guess it is missing.
If so have a look at the DEV system how this entry looks like and add it to table PROGDIR on your QA system.
This is a common error (at least for me) with standard classes:

I am newbie to SAP ABAP. I've installed Mini SAP in my system. It's working fine other than executing my own created ABAP report. The following error is flashing everytime I try to execute it.

Yes! you are right LDBF1S is not available in my system. I think this is not avaialbe becuase my R/3 System is SAP MBS 4.6D (Mini SAP). But as I told that I am new to ABAP programming and just started "Hello World" report. Not including / using any database. Please find my report program below.
REPORT Z_RAM .
*Hello world in ABAP/4 *
WRITE 'HELLO WORLD'.
