Indicator expression not reading multiple fields using 'OR'

Hey all, I'm using Report Builder 3.0 and I'm trying to use an indicator. I have multiple fields whose value I'm trying to determine for the indicator. For my indicator value I am trying to us 'or' statements to pick from any of these fields.
=(Fields!Interpersonal_Skills_Standard_Percentile.Value or Fields!Communication_Standard_Percentile.Value)
I would think that using this or the indicator should be looking for either the interpersonal skills or communication score. When I run my report, the indicator is only working based on the first score. If there is a value for communication that would trigger
the indicator, it does not show. So using 'OR' is not taking into account every variable, the indicator is only working based on the first variable. How can I craft this so that it's looking for all the fields that I need it to account for?

I am not very clearly about you issue, are you want to indicate the Interpersonal_Skills_Standard_Percentile and Communication_Standard_Percentile fields in one indicator? If in this case, nothing makes any sense. Because if the Interpersonal_Skills_Standard_Percentile
value is 56, Communication_Standard_Percentile value is 78. But you want the indicator to indicate the number less than 60 display red color. Then what color should the indicator show?
If you want to use indicator to indicate the Interpersonal_Skills_Standard_Percentile and Communication_Standard_Percentile field values, we can add two indicators. One for Interpersonal_Skills_Standard_Percentile field, another for Communication_Standard_Percentile

Not concerning my primary question, I would like to point out to an N.I. Rep. that there is a typo in the help section concerning "posting a message".
I have built a large format, two axis digitizer using linear encoders, a 6601 counter/timer, and labview 8. In building my application program, I initially am using two daq assistants, with each set up to accomplish the task of reading two encoders simultaneously. In doing some research, It has come to my attention, that, with my current configuration, errors may result, due to one daq assistant attempting to access the cards driver while the other is acquiring data. All attempts to get two channels working through a single daq assistant have resulted in an error message informing me that I can only have one task per counter.Thus far, I have not seen any noticeable errors, thought I would like to have this device "rock solid", as it will be used extensively.
Is it possible, that I should have purchase an "S" series board instead?

Using WS, you cant update the field value, if it is set as "Read-Only" @ the object - Field definition level, but you can update that using WS if it is set as "Read-Only" @ the layout level. Same applicable to Workflows too

1. There is no such thing as an "iPhone disk." Please recheck that error message.
2. iPhones have NEVER been able to file transfer with BlueTooth to a computer. The BlueTooth profile has never been part of the iOS.

XMPScanner not reading multiple XMP packages

When scanning a PDF (in my case) using the XMPScanner from
the SDK, some of the packages within the file is reported as
invalid.
According to the thread: 'Multiple XMP Packets. Why?',
this can be solved with a 'SaveAs' which gather all xmp
onto the main package. (this works)
Is there anyway to get the XMPScanner to render all packages as valid ?
a flag, option or anything ?
Anyone out there that have had the same problem, and solved it ?

adobe bridge cs6 (5.0.0.399) and cs4 (3.0.0.464).
Without having experience with mp4 files and metadata my observation is that you certainly have not updated Bridge CS6 ( should be 5.0.2.4) and I believe also not the latest version of CS4, can't imaging this also stayed at .0.0 so first try to update both.
And if CS4 can read the data of some files it should be capable of reading them all. Be sure to have the files completely cached first, can take a while.
Other things to try in CS4 is refresh preferences (hold down option key while restarting Bridge and choose reset prefs).
And also check for hidden cache files using menu view/show hidden files. Sometimes those cache files can be troublesome between versions.
If purge cache did not work and reset prefs also failed consider to also delete Bridge plist file and Bridge cache file manual (from user library)

I am using Sender File Adapter with File content conversion for fixed lengths to read file from FTP XI-SAP.

I have maintained Fcc parameters . I am able to read files for mulitple rows when manually set the count in recorset structure
like :

Problem is when I set * in Recorset Structure : EDI_DC40,1, E1WPU01,,E1WPU02,
Nothing is coming .
Could anyone help me how to resolve this issue.

Update multiple fields using select query efficiently – 9i

I need to populate a table called prop_charact used for synching data to a legacy system.
Prop_charact has fields that are found in a few other tables (no one field is found in more than one table outside of prop_charact). I want to pull the data from the corresponding fields in the source tables and put it into prop_charact. I only want to populate prop_charact with records that have been updated, but want to pull all fields for those records (whether or not that field has been updated). I am getting the list of updated records from a transaction history table.
After getting that list, I was not sure what to do with it.
I put what I want to do in terms of strictly SQL. I am thinking there are more efficient (less system resources) ways of doing this, but I am not sure what to pursue. I can use PL/SQL, but please keep in mind I am limited to using version 9i. Anyone have any hints about what I should look into using instead of just thes particular SQL statements?

Reading multiple PWM using a single counter

Hi everyone.
Not really sure if this goes in digital i/o or counter/timer but here it is.
I'm trying to design a system where i send out an signal from a transducer, and have other transducer measure the delta t between the 1st transducer emitting the signal and it being recived by the other transducers.
So far my best (and cheapest) guess is to use something like this

The transducer above using a trigger and return a digital high when an "echo" (or signal i would guess) is detected.
I want to use a large number of this transducers. So i was wondering if i could use http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/201630 (ni-6501) or if have to use something like http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/209078 (ni-6366).
I mean, if the 6501 doesn't work i might as well go for a purely analog DAQ that allows me full control of the signal processing but as a cost saving measure i'm looking into the digital i/o plus counter solution.

So you'll have a single output pulse, and then some number of response pulses. You'd like to measure the time between the output pulse and each of the response pulses. Is this correct? How many response pulses do you plan on needing?
A digital method would be more elegant and more reliable for the cost, given that you can utilize a high resolution timebase to make your measurement rather than actually having to sample the analog signal continuously. The 6501 is software-timed only and will probably not meet your requirements, but you might look into something like the PCIe-6320 (8 clocked DI channels) or PCIe-6323 (32 clocked DI channels). If I understand your application correctly, you should be able to use change detection to sample the digital port on each pulse. You can use a counter to timestamp the change detection event based off of the internal 100 MHz timebase. The counter could be armed off of the 1st transducer (the stimulus).

How can I make a file not read only? Using LV6.0, I have tried the Access Rights VI w/o luck.

I am talking about any file in windows 98 that has the read only box checked when I look at the properties of the file from Windows Explorer. I can can get rid of the check from the properties box, but I want to do it programmaticaly in LabView.

Wire in '448' to the 'New Permissions' of the Access Rights VI. This will set the file as readable, writable and executable. I just tried this (on WinNT, though).
The 'permissions' parameter is a 16-bit integer where the least 9 bits are used. Of these, for Windows, bits 8, 9, and 10 (0-indexed) are important (i.e. if these are set = integer 448). See online Help for full details.

AIrport express not reading my airport card suddenly..

After a short period I managed to get my airport express to work thru my laptop. Then it was on to my PC for about 5 hours. That didn't work at all and in the process now I can no longer use express on my laptop. I tried hard resetting and reinstalling the software.
This message keeps coming up when I tried to go thru the setup:
There was an error communicating with your AirPort card. Please make sure it is installed properly and try the AirPort Setup Assistant again.
My DHCP is on and working fine.. I'm quite confused. Please help thanks

We recently updated the Oracle to version 11g and when executing the query getting the following Error: ORA-01779: cannot modify a column which maps to a non key-preserved table. PFB the query. Some people want to know if we can have multiple field terminators in BULK INSERT or BCP commands, and how to implement multiple field terminators in BULK INSERT or BCP commands.
Solution
For character data fields, optional terminating characters allow you to mark the end of each field in a data file with a field terminator, as well as the end of each row with a row terminator. If a terminator character occurs within the data, it is interpreted
as a terminator, not as data, and the data after that character is interpreted and belongs to the next field or record. I have done a test, if you use BULK INSERT or BCP commands and set the multiple field terminators, you can refer to the following command.
In Windows command line,
bcp <Databasename.schema.tablename> out “<path>” –c –t –r –T
For example, you can export data from the Department table with bcp command and use the comma and colon (,:) as one field terminator.
bcp AdventureWorks.HumanResources.Department out C:\myDepartment.txt -c -t ,: -r \n –T

However, if you want to bcp by using multiple field terminators the same as the following command, which will still use the last terminator defined by default.

When multiple field terminators means multiple fields, you use the below comma separated format,
column1,,column2,,,column3
In this occasion, you only separate 3 fields (column1, column2 and column3). In fact, after testing, there will be 6 fields here. That is the significance of a field terminator (comma in this case).
Meanwhile, using BULK INSERT to import the data of the data file into the SQL table, if you specify terminator for BULK import, you can only set multiple characters as one terminator in the BULK INSERT statement.

I can no longer select text in email template or read only field using my mouse in IE or Firefox anymore. We are using CRM 2011 rollup 18 applied with IE 11 and the latest version of Firefox. We only applied roll up 18 in Feb when this issue began.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first) using either of these. While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
These features rely on JavaScript, and it sounds as though you have scripting enabled if you get (the wrong) color changes. Some add-ons might alter the way scripts operate, so a standard diagnostic to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings) is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See [[Backing up your information]]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, restart Firefox in Firefox's Safe Mode ([[Safe Mode]]) using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode."
If those features work correctly, this points to one of your extensions or custom settings as the problem.
To also disable plugins, you can use this page:
orange Firefox button ''or'' classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Plugins category
