Can you give me info about report ZMVERBRP that rebuild historical consumptions ?
Oss note 804011 describe that I can use note 791728.
But this note doesnu2019t exist.

The implementation is free of charge from SAP's perspective as you apply the note. Please make sure that you actually read the code and adapt to your needs if needed.
The note exists but only as a pilot release and and customers will be added only if they really want the reports. SAP does not officially support it. I know it from first hand, I'm the one who releases it to the customers

Please help about Report Printer and PS tables-objects . ..
Hi everybody
I'm in trouble. I have a requirement in PS módule related with reports created by the Report Printer tool. I don't have any idea about these topics.
My requirement is to create a report (not with Report Printer) with the structure for projects, with all the structure Project-WBS-Network-Activity and with some values like Budget, Commit, Actual, Paid, etc.
The functional consultant only tells me about some reports created with Report Printer wich have the columns required, some report has the Budget, other one has the Commit, etc. For example, one report is the tcode S_ALR_87013532; i don't know if this transaction exists in all the SAP implementations or if it was created only for my company.
These reports only show two levels (Project-Network) so i i have to investigate:
1. How to get all the structure levels (project-WBS-network-activity)
2. How to 'translate' in code some value showed in a report created with Report Printer, i guess these values are created with formules and objects.
3. How to get the same values showed in these reports, but for the Networks and Activities.
I do not know anything about PS module and Report Printer and i really don't have any idea about how to make my development.
4. I think the functional consultant could be able to create the report himself with the Report Printer, but he tells me he does not manage this tool so good and he wants to send SAP mails with the reports, and he say the reports created with Report Printer can not send mails. Is this true ? and then, would be easier for me to learn Report Printer and create the report myself instead to develop it ?
Does somebody can help me ? Any idea ?
Please help !! I don't know even how to start with this.

Manuel H Ramos.It depends on the table.
In the technical settings of any table you can activate the 'Log data changes'. This will log all changes made to that table by any user or application in a table that you can look at in transaction SCU3. However this flag is only looked at if a global system parameter is set.
If the flag is not set then you can look at the audit trail that a lot of tables have (created_at, created_by and/or changed_at, changed_by). However this audit trail is only true, if the application changing the entry in that table also updates the audit trail.
But there is no general tool that would log all changes to any table where you would get that info from.

I've seen that there are many records with blank in vardata field. So I did a select 'where vardata is null' but i didn't find records. This is not possible so i think that field has all blank characters and i should find a select that show me how many records have vardata with blank. I know that this select goes in table access full but is not important at the moment. Can you help me?

Need info about RH Server 6 and reports
I'm interisted in RH Server 6 but I'm unable to locate much
practical info about it on the Web site, and a call to sales didn't
help. I need to know what I'm getting us into before I contribute
our $2,000. Can anyone provide this information or point me to its
location on the site:
--I have system requirements from the Adobe site, but what is
the "server" and what does installation and setup entail? About how
how long does it take, or how difficult, to achieve operability?
--According to a piece by John Daigle, the server component
should be installed on a Windows server running IIS 5+. Is IIS a
separate software or standart part of Windows server? If separate,
what preparation should that server have before the installation in
addition to installation of IIS?
--I know nothing about security/firewall protocols. We will
have our own and our customer firewalls to navigate. Are the server
setup instructions adequate for setting all that up? Or are
purchasers expected to have sys admins knowledgeable to set that
up? Is that applied to the RH server or the Windows server? if RH
server, how can I get a copy of instructions for my system people
to review?
--Have users found the RH server/RoboEngine reliable, once
it's operable?
--Is it true that the usage reports aren't customizable? Can
additional usage data be specified in the RH server?
--These report summaries are vague--Areas Requiing Help,
Frequently Viewed Content--stating only that repoorts show the

You were asking about IIS. Yes. As Colum says, this comes
with virtually any version of Windows Server (or Windows XP
Professional). However, you must install and configure it. I am not
an IT or web administrator so it took me a while to learn, but
amazingly I got it to work if you're patient and follow the steps.
(I'm speaking of both IIS and Robohelp Server) Clearly IIS
configuration is not a trivial thing and it is assumed that an
author would have help and cooperation from the IT or Web Admin
folks.
As for customizing reports. At present, the existing reports
are the only ones offered. Since these reports are generated from a
database (Access, SQL Server or Oracle) I would think (haven't done
it myself) that someone familiar with database adminstration could
open the DB (after a backup that is) and be more creative with
generating customized reports.
You are right that the "Question" does in fact mean any
search term or phrase that an end user puts in the search field.
This is the string that is stored and reported as a question. In
discussing this with the Adobe team at STC last month, they agreed
that this was definitely a holdover from the legacy software and is
due for a change sometime in the future.
To answer your other question, text entered in the Index
field is not stored in the database, only the search term field.
Since taking on the old legacy product from eHelp and
Macromedia, Adobe is focusing most of its attention on beefing up
the client authoring app for the next version (Adobe RoboHelp 7).
My assumption is that they are keen on improving the RoboHelp
Server as well. I have passed along many feature requests along the
lines you seem to suggest and hopefully the server will evolve
along with the client app.
Even with its limitations, my clients tell me RoboHelp Server
provides very useful feedback to help them improve their knowledge
base content to make it more helpful and responsive to users needs.
They also like the searchability of PDF, Word, PPT and Excel as
well...something which plain WebHelp without the RoboHelp Server
does not do.

Report info about a specific machine
Hi,
Does somebody have a report that gives all information in SCCM about a specific machine between a timespan (like between November 1st and November 21st)?
We would like as much as possible info about a specific workstation that's available in the SCCM SQL database, for forensic reasons (i.e. software installed, last user logged in, etc).
The specific workstation has been reinstalled, so checking the workstation itself is not possible anymore.

HT5085 Gathering Info About your iTunes Library - Keep getting Network error
I bought iTunes Match yesterday, and so far have not been able to use it.
It gets to Stage 1: Gathering Info About Your iTunes Library and makes progress, but right at the end an error box appears saying:
"We could not complete your iTunes request. The network connection was reset.
Make sure your network connection is active and try again"
Well I know the network connection is active as I was able to be charged for iTunes Match and have had no problems making other purchases. I went to Advance > Run Diagnostics Tests from Help in iTunes and ran the Network Connectivity Diagnostics and it reported no problems.
Now I know how much Apple hate giving back refunds, but if people can't help, does anyone know how I can get my money back? If I click "Report a Problem" it simply takes me to the help pages. I tried contacting support but I received an email saying they can't help.
I'm getting quite frustrated now, so I'm reaching out and hoping someone can help me?

Like I said in the beginning, I have not used any other account to purchase apps or other products on my phone. I have only ever used one account. There are 23 apps that are saying they can't sync. It directs me to authorize the computer, which I do but it doesn't change the outcome. If I proceed, I lose those 23 apps correct? Do I also lose all my text messages saved, and other things such as documents in the "notes"?

Crystal Report linked to a table with filter attached
I have a Crystal Report based on 2 tables and I want it to display every incident in the incident table and to pull the truckID of the
first truck on the scene from the truck table . So the finished product should look like this…
IncidentID IncidentNum ResponseTime First Arriving Truck Disctict

*The first arriving truck is the truck in the Truck Table with the same IncidentID and the earliest ArrivalTime. There will be multiple trucks for each incident but I want it to only show the one that arrived first (ArrivalTime). So one line per incidentID.

Truck Table (Will contain many trucks for one incident with the following info
Truckkey
IncidentID (Link to Incident Table)

I figure I probably need to build a formula with the min function or perhaps an OnCommand – I’m just not sure.
The biggest issue is the overall report has 4 filter settings. They can select a date range, a location, an incident type and a range for the response time. So I do this with the Select Expert
I can get all of that to work except I cannot figure out how to get it to pull the First Arriving Truck without duplicating the incident
line. Also, if there is a Truck with an ArrivalTime of Null I want it to ignore that Truck Table record.

You may try this:
1) Go to the Group Expert > Create a Group on the 'Incident ID' field from the Incident Table
2) Insert a summary on the 'Arrival Time' field and place the field on the Group Footer
3) Move all the fields from the Details section to the Group Footer
4) Go to the Group Selection Formula (Report > Selection Formulas > Group) and use this code:
{Truck.ArrivalTime} = Minimum({Truck.ArrivalTime}, {Incident ID})
5) Suppress the Details Section

Report ZRD_SDORDER_DEL and the table /SAPAPO/SCHEDLIN
Hi
I am in the process of reducing the amount of data in our SCM database using the report /SAPAPO/ZRD_SDORDER_DEL.
The report should be deleting data in the /SAPAPO/SCHEDLIN table but the summary report shows that 0 records have been deleted.
I have run an SQL trace on the report and it shows that it trying to delete records in the SCHEDLIN table using the GUID column. Getting the GUID value from the trace and using this value in the ITEM_GUID my queries returns 2 records.
I am a Basis consultant so I don't know the business process/linkage for the tables utilised by this report. The SCHEDLIN table has approx 110 million rows & I am concerned that these records will be orphaned by the /SAPAPO/ZRD_SDORDER_DEL report and never deleted.
Should this report be using the ITEM_GUID to delete these records?

ZRD_SDORDER_DEL is not a standard SAP program, it was customized by your client. It is difficult to evalutate whether it was designed properly. If I were in your position, I would first talk to the developer who created it. If the developer is not available, then I would have a functional analyst and a technical analyst look at the design specs.
SAP recommends running their standard program /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL on a regular basis to reorganize tables that contain SD order data that is no longer required. Although I am not an ABAPer, I would assume that it would take care of any superflous table entries that can be successfully deleted.
