Insert data by plsql

Question

hi,
we have the table dep.
SQL> select * from dep;
DEPTNO DNAME LOC
10 ACCOUNTING NEW YORK
20 RESEARCH DALLAS
30 SALES CHICAGO
40 OPERATIONS BOSTON
create sequence se_dep
start with 1
increment by 1;
I would like to insert the data into that table thorugh plsql.
insert into dep values(se_dep.netval,'ch','usa')
i dont have the knowledge about plsql....
