Inserting a satment that allows otpu of a query to a CSV file

Hi,
I have have been informed that a UTL file will not be required. A simple CSV file is all that is wanted.(Pass the results of the select clause into the csv).
So can anyone help me place such a command into the below script, where the results of the select clause can be sent to a CSV file.
