Inserting "Reference Data" tab in CIC Complaints / Item Details
Dear all,
When entering in CIC (WinGUI), and choosing the operation "Complaint", in the correspondent view "Item Details", the tab "Reference Data" is missing. This doesn't happen outside CIC0 (e.g. trx. CRMD_BUS2000126 - Maintain Activities).
We followed the indications in some similar SAP Notes and performed some adjustments but still need help to complete the solution:
1>Start transaction CRMV_SSC.
2>Click the Radio button for 'complete tabstrip assignment of panel'.
3>click the "Edit' button.
4>Create a new entry by clicking on 'New entries' button.
5>fill in the following details:
- Profile type : TCPL
- Screen Profile:CMPL_CIC
- Tabstrip Panel:CMPL_IL_T1
- Tabstrip:35
- Function Code:CMPL_IT_REF - that is the function used by the Profile Type COMP used outside CIC0
Subscreen:7292 - that is the subscreen used by the Profile Type COMP used outside CIC0
- Program Name:SAPLCRM_SALES_UI, but an error message is shown (Program SAPLCRM_SALES_UI cannot be used). Also, we dont find the previous function and screen in other programs.
The same adjustments should also be made for Tabstrip Panel:CMPL_IL_TC
So, there are 2 possible approaches:
- How can we define the profile type "COMP" to be used inside CIC0, when a complaint is called?
- Is it possible to find a program / screen that has the "reference data" and it is available for TCPL Profile Type?

1) Make the OK_CODE record as the last entry for all screens.. this means the subroutine should be called for OK_CODE at the last for a screen..
2) what is this value '04/05' you have used for BDC_CURSOR???

Hi friends,
Is there any user exit to disable 4 out of the 5 partners in the partner functions tab at header and item level as my requirement is not to allow the user to change the partner functions SP, SH,BP,PY. I cant use SHD0 or use the not-changeable function in VOPA hence the need for user exit.

try with:
Path: SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Partner Determination --> Set up Partner Determination
Choose Activity: Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header
Select Partner: TA, and click: Partner Function in Procedure
Give Work Area as, say TA and WE (or SH).
Now, in next screen, click Box: N, to avoid changes in Sales Doc. i.e. Sales Order.
Similary, maintain for Bill-to-Party and Payer.
User won't be able to make changes in Partner Fucton in Sales Doc.

There is no change in display, but it is no option to use this table extension.
The Option Webdynpro enhancement does not mean to modify the SAP standard objects or ?
I don't know what do you mean in develop enhancement?
I know how to develop own Webdynpro Component, but in this case i have to modify the SAP standard object.
Another Option is also to deactivate on one tabstrip all elements and Addthe custom fields we need or does this not work? -
SAP renamed 'Purchase Order Data' tabs but it is not changed in menu bar
In VA01/VA02/VA03 transactions, SAP has renamed the "Purchase Order Data" tabs at header and item level to "Order Data" but the Goto > Header and Goto > Item menu paths still have "Purchase Order Data" as the name. This is inconsistent. Is there an SAP fix for it?

Customer subscreen on the PO item detail tab ( ME_GUI_PO_CUST)
I use the BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST added customer subscreen ( new TAB) on the PO item detail. if PO order type is NB , the TAB can show both me23n and me22n . if PO order type is UB , the TAB can show ME23N , but can't show ME22N . Please Help, thanks.

In PBO Logic of whicehver screen is called we can check if sy-tcode = ME22N/23N and hide all the fields/make it display only as per requirement so that user sees an empty screen/display only fields in customer tab ....using
loop at screen..
if screen-name = 'XXX' .
screen-invisible = 1. for hiding
screen-input = 0. for display only
modify screen .
endloop.

Marketing Documents Rows Item Details
Hi All,
Notice that SAP B1 8.8 marketing document's row item details for item document will take the item master data's remark into the item details column for item marketing documents. is there any setting that can remove this function?

You can use UDF for your purpose else if want want Item Details Field to be used for your purpose then you have to delete the remarks you set in Item Master's Remark Tab because by default sap brings these details from Item Master Remark.......

Customer Field in Delivery Address(Reference data, item)tab under Ite in PO
Dear experts,
While creating a PO in line item level, under the "Delivery Address" tab, we are able to see the Vendor option and the Address option for selecting the delivery address in the PO. We are unable to view the Customer Option even though we have maintained the optional entry in table T162(Reference data, item).
We are only able to see the Customer option in the display mode, but unable to see in the create or change mode.
Please advise is there any other setting is required for getting the customer field under billing address tab under line item in create and change mode so as to be able to select customer code directly.

Complaint with reference to R/3 Billing Document , Items not getting copied

I have implemented BADI CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN for pulling billing documnets which is working fine. But when I am creating a credit with refernece to billing doc fetched all other details are getting populated except Product, description into line item level.
I am using MAPPING_FOR_EXTERNAL_DOC for mapping R/3 values to Web UI fields. However CT_ORDERADM_I table in this method does not getting filled up with item level data as product , description etc.
I am populating the same and modifying the table in program. However it is not populating the value in Web UI fields.
Can anyone help as how should I populate item level values?

I have a requirement to display the item details of complaint are created with reference of a billing document in Web UI.
When a Returns Split is created with reference to a billing document, the item is split into multiple items based on the quantity in the source document. The BAdI definition CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN which we implemented for this requirement. This works fine in SAP GUI but i need to replicate the same in Web UI.
I have implemented the BAdI definition CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN in read_data method, check_split_change_alv method is actually spliting the line items based on the quantity. In SAP GUI its works fine but it’s not working in web UI.
We used a FM CRM_INTLAY_GET_HEADER_GUID to retrieve the header guid when there is call from web UI. But this FM returns zero value for guid. I’m struck up at this point.
Please suggest how can i replicate the return split in webui too.

How is calculated SC current quantity in item basic data tab ?
Hello,
We work on a SRM 7 release with PPS.
As it is not possible in Extended Classic Scenario to use local contracts (that is not replicated into ECC backend) as sources of supply for "Limit" item Shopping Cart creation, we create "Free text" (Description) SC item.
For this kind of SC item, according to a specific and dedicated UoM, SC quantity is given as mandatory to be '1'. Then, users populate price. So, in this way, we have an "Amount" SC item being equivalent to standard "Limit" SC item.
Then, at corresponding PO item creation, SC item quantity ('1') is populated into PO item gross price and SC item gross price is populated into quantity PO item in order to be able to confirm in "quantity" our PO.
This process is OK.
Nevertheless, we have two sides effect after PO is generated :
1- Field "Current quantity" (not sure with the name - i do not have SRM system in front of me) for SC item basic data tab seems to be populated with value being difference between SC item quantity and PO item quantity.
For example, if SC item quantity is '1' and PO item quantity is '20.000' in SC item basic data, order quantity is '1' and ordered quantity is '20.000' with is normal. But "Current quantity" (below "Ordered quantity") is '19.999-' instead of '0'.
2- After a first confirmation created based on SC (not on PO, this is important), SC POWL button "Create confirmation" is greyed out. This seems to be normal behavior as PO item quantity confirmed first time can not be lower than 1, this confirmed quantity is greater than SC item quantity. So, there is no SC outsanding quantity...
Our two problems should be linked: this is due to how "Current quantity" for SC is calculated.
As our customer users do not have access to PO POWL, we can not use create Confirmation transaction in order to use PO as reference document to create confirmations.
In a technical point of view, field concerned is PS_SC_OUT_QUAN (not sure with this name...) for context ITEM_BASIC_DATA from view V_DODCSC_I_BD (WDC /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_BD ).
I found enhancement for this field ( /SAPPSRM/WD_SC_I_BD_QUAN ) but this enhancement has no method !
I tried to debug some methods from Class /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_SET_FACADE, but i did not find yet where calculation is done for concerned field.
My aim is to make an enhancement to overwrite standard calculation.
An easier way should be to reverse gross price and quantity directly inside SC (to not have difference betwen SC and PO quantities), but our customer does not want.
Do you have any idea ?

We used a workaround to answer to our customer's requirement.
We ceated two customer fields, one for net price and a second one for the quantity. Using metadata, we hid the two corresponding standard fields and displayed our CUF in SC.
Using BadI Change for SC, we populated standard fields with our CUF values (after having made inversion between quantity / net price).
Checks are done in BAdI to be sure our quantity CUF and price unit values are '1'.
As we use SC to create only PO as follow-on document, no other modifications are necessary.

Insert record via data tab of table detail display
I am using SQL Developer 3.0.04
When I tries to insert more than 200 rows into a table via data tab of table detail display, it takes more than 8 minutes. It takes more than 19 minutes for 400+ rows. It is slow and it is not so slow in previous version (e.g. 1.5.4)
Had anyone experienced the same issue and is there any workaround (other than loading data via SQL loader and stop using SQL Developer)?

Please make sure you have patch1 installed and provide information on the database used.

Transaction variant BUS2032
Then selct the Screen Variant BUS2032_4480 go in to the details here you find the field Purchase order type mark this field as required.
If you ae not able to change then take help of BASIS people.
