Install base API error Material Transaction errored prior to the current tr

All,
I wrote a script to update the install base installed date using API - csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance.
Script updated many successfully, but, for many I am getting following error:
You have Material Transaction_id (12169418) errored Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.
You have Material Transaction_id (12020011) errored Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.
I tried to reprocess using API again, but, it does update.
Does any one encountered this before ? What's causing this issue and resolution for same ? Is there any data issue, if so where ?
Thanks much

Nagmohan,
Thanks for quick update...
I found that progam you mentioned 'Install Base Error Correction and Synchronization Program' and ran that with options Show instances - Y, Mode - C, Force all data fix - Y.
I don't see any change what so ever in the csi_txn_errors. Though, I didn't ran the update API program.
For testing purposes, I took one inventory_item_id from the csi_txn_errors table to see how many errors it got.
Inventory_item_id = 304076
Found there are 123 rows for this items. processed_flag D-20 ; E-103 ;
I am enclosing few of data from the table here.
I understand from you that we need to clean these errors by some means, so, we need to look at each one in sequential order, then, try to resolve that to get to next one and so on until all the errors cleared. Also, is that business users needs to do something over here to fix these errors ? Or each one have it's own resolution ?
Why did Install Base error correction program did not fix the issues ? Is the program expected to fix the error by correcting the issue internally ?
Thanks much,

    Hello Colleagues,
in our SAP PI 7.31 Dual-Stack system we facing following error "ERROR:  -> Cannot export - JAVA is not the current PSE provider!" under Netweaver Administrator (NWA) -- > Certificates and Keys: Key Storage, if we executing button "Export View to PSE" for view "ICM_SSL_*".
As by default for ABAP and Dual-Stack systems, profile parameter "ssl/pse_provider" is set to ABAP.
How we are able to solve that issue?
    Many thanks in advance!

I recently upgraded to iWork v9.0.3, but when I access each applications the versions are different (i.e. Pages V.4.1, Numbers V2.6, Keynote V5.1.1) with a install date of 3/18/09 -- which is not the current install date of 2 weeks ago. Shouldn't Pages, Numbers, and Keynote show version 9.?? My MAC confirned installation of v9.0.3 and even accepted the software code. With this discrepancy, how can I determine if the latest was installed and operational? I even downloading v9.0.4, 9.0.5, and 9.1. When I tried installing these downloads it popped up note stating that a later version of Keynote was already installed.

You used the data.  Verizon can not see what it was sued for.  However your phone can see whats apps used the data.  go to settings-data usage- there will be a place that says data usage cycle.  line the dates up with your cycle.  then there will be a bar graph below that   extend bother white bars one all the way to the left and one all the way to the right.  after those are extended below that will be a list of apps,  there should be one that used over 2 gb and that will show you what app used that data in her purse

  • MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTION error 'CALL_TO_CONTRACTS'. Please help.

I am getting the following error from the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table while running a material transaction.
You have encountered an unexpected error in 'CALL_TO_CONTRACTS': (No Data Found).
I know that there is an query not being properly fulfilled and it's giving me back this error.
Does anybody know the specific reason that this error happens?
I don't know how to track down where this query is. I'm trying to find the package that it is in.
Any help would be meet with much thanks.

I get this error too when trying to display a content area with a single URL element (displaying the CA as a portlet).
When the URL is set to open in a NEW window no error.
But if I select the URL item to open inside the folder (CA) I get the error.
Pls let me know if you find a solution since I would like to have my CA shown ONLY as a portlet and not as a new window....

  • Oracle Install Base API question

Hi...I need help. I am writing an extension to the Service Fulfillment Manager (SFM) Transactions
    Here is a functional background:
For all SFM message types, SFM exposes the PL/SQL code in the iMessage studio. iMessage studio is an Oracle EBS Application tool. The PL/SQL for the following message types will be modified:
    ·     Sales Order Shipment - CSISOSHP
    ·     Miscellaneous Receipt - CSIMSRCV
    ·     Receipt into Inventory – CSIPOINV
The processing logic for each of these transaction types contains a call to an Installed Base package and stores the return status in a variable. For PO Receipt and SO Issue transactions referencing serial numbers prefixed by the Vertical Bar (‘|’) character this call will be bypassed and a successful status placed in the return status variable.
For PO Receipt and Miscellaneous Receipt transactions referencing serial numbers not prefixed by the Vertical Bar (‘|’) character, the processing logic will be extended to extract the IUID value from the serial numbers table in the Oracle Inventory module (MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS) and call the public IB Application Programming Interface (API) (CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PUB.UPDATE_ITEM_INSTANCE) to update the associated IB instance with the IUID.
    OK, so Question #1:
I get all I need to do is bypass the code in 2 instances if a bar is found at the beginning of the serial number.. And I can do that. But where is this serial number? I assume it is stored in MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS but how do I get it?
The code doesn't have it stored as a variable, and it doesn't seem to have the IB record either. Is there a foreign key? Anyone have imessage studio and can look into that?
    Question #2:
To update the IB record with the serial number I need to make a call to the below procedure. The thing is, it seems to require the IB instance record. Again, I don't have that cause the code is creating it! Is there some way to get that created record back and pass it into the update procedure?
    PROCEDURE update_item_instance
    p_api_version IN NUMBER

OK! I found the instance id!
But when trying to get the IB record, the API fails. Can someone take a look at this...what's wrong?

  • Install Base APIs - creating 'Installed At' address

    Dear Experts,
I am looking to create an Item Instance using the API: CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PUB.create_item_instance such that when it is queried from the Oracle E-Business Suite under the responsibility: 'Oracle Installed Base User' then all the information is there as if it was created through this front-end.
I have managed to get the API to work successfully. However, when I query the Item Instance through the E-Business Suite, the 'Installed At' address is not there. I wish it to be the same as the current address.
Is there any way I can create the 'Installed At' address using the API?

In create_item_instance for record type "instance_rec" pass values for "INSTALL_LOCATION_TYPE_CODE" and "INSTALL_LOCATION_ID". This will populate the "Installed At" address.

  • Service 3i - Installed Base API's

    Hello everyone,
We need to convert a list of products and warranties into the Installed Base.
The Service 3i documentation, briefly refers to some API's that can be used for that purpose.
    Has anyone used those API's?
Is it possible to convert warranties attached to the products?
Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hi,
Sorry for replying late - as I started using AppsNet recently.
Am sure you would have got info on the APIs. Incase, you couldnt let me know so that I can send you.

  • Compile Error std::bad_alloc is not in the current exception specification

I get a compile Error when I use the Forte C++ Version 6U1 compiler. I am porting the code from 4.6 to 6U1. The error is generated from the standard new interface header file ....include/CC/new. The compiler options i used are CC -c -features=no%bool . Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

One of the header files had a #define std. When I commented this line out the error disappeared. This was in the standard mode. Not sure if the error was due to namespace corruption.
I finally compiled the program in compatability mode because I would have had to make wholesale changes to the code to make it conform to the new STL components in the standard mode.

  • Patch install reads config in a saveState file, not in the current config.

    Hello,
On our Convergence server, we currently have :
    # showrev -p | grep "Patch: 137632"
Patch: 137632-02 Obsoletes: Requires: Incompatibles: Packages: SUNWiwc
Patch: 137632-03 Obsoletes: Requires: Incompatibles: Packages: SUNWiwc
Patch: 137632-04 Obsoletes: Requires: Incompatibles: Packages: SUNWiwc
We want to install the latest patch (137632-07).
The problem is that we changed our directory servers 2 weeks ago (they now have new host names and passwords).
Unfortunately, the "postpatch script" doesn't read the current config, but reads the old one, in a "saveState" file :
    /var/opt/sun/comms/iwc/setup/Iwc-config_20090109091220/saveState
and therefore cannot connect to the LDAP server.
    What can I do ?
I tried to edit the saveState file, but the password of our new server also changed.
Can I safely edit this file ?
If yes, how can I encode the password ?
With the "java -cp /var/opt/sun/comms/iwc/WEB-INF/lib/iwc-shared-util.jar com.sun.comms.shared.util.EncryptPwd" method ?
Do you see any other solution ?
    Thanks for your help.

As I posted in the other thread.  Yu need to contact the vendor to learn why this is happening.
It is clear the the vendors batch file is designed to keep the window open and that it requires it to stay open and NOT hidden.  Contact the vendors forum for a complete explanation.
This is not a scripting issue and cannot be resolved in your batch file.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • HT3805 My Aperture 3 just crashed, i.e., it would not open and showed an error message -1712.  I sent the current version to trash and reinstalled from my A3 disk, but after installing again it still says "Aperture can not open -1712."

My Aperture 3 just crashed...by that I mean it would not open and showed the message: "Aperture 3 cannot open.  -1712."  I have the latest A3 version and had been using it continually for 3 years.  This was the first crash.  And it will not open as often as I tried.
I am using a 13" Macbook Pro with OSX 10.8.5.
I tried sending the A3 application to trash, and reinstalling from my A3 disk.  Install message said "installation successful."  But A3 would still not open and gave same message with -1712.
Any suggestions what I should do or try?
    Thanks

Perhaps your Aperture library was damaged, when Aperture crashed. What where you doing, right before the crash happened?
    - If you installed new software - programs, plug-ins, preferences panels, check, if they are compatible.
    - If you imported new images, you may have imported corrupted files, that crash Aperture.
Can Aperture launch correctly, when you try to open a new Aperture library?
Hold down the options-key, when you launch Aperture and select to create a new library. Import a few images. Does that work?
If Aperture will launch on a new Library, try to repair your current library. Hold down the key-combination option-command ⌥⌘  firmly while double-clicking the Aperture library to open in First Aid Mode. Hold the keys down, until the panel appears, and then try  the First Aid Options in turn.
I have the latest A3 version
Is it Aperture 3.4.5? The latest Aperture 3.5.1 will not work with Mt. Lion.

  • Entering Products gives error in Transactions (error: enter 0000055)

    Hello everyone,
I am facing a problem while entering <b>any</b> product in <b>any</b> transaction (contracts & Service orders). The system displays a message saying <b>"Enter 00000055"</b> with no long texts and no possible actions to be executed to fix it.
It was working fine and all of a sudden it starts displaying this and this hence does not allow the releasing of a contract. I am sure no changes on product master data were made in the past few days. Kindly help as this is a pretty urgent issue.
<i>Note: the problem is faced in all of the clients</i>

    Hi Harshit,
    Thanks for the Relpy.
I did search relevant notes, but could  not find anything related to CRM 7.0 version.

  • How do you fix the error message, An error has been encountered while writing the current CD list.

The error message goes on to say, Please check your device settings or consult your device documentation regarding resolving writing errors. Which device do you think they are referring to? The message came up half way through writing Track 5. So I selected a second set of tracks and got the same error message, this time at Track 3. I tried to play written CD (imation CD-R 1x 52x 700 mb). Opened the tracks using Windows Media Player. First time I was able to play one or two tracks, next time Window Media Player gave me the error message error message C00D0FAB. I have twice before successfully recorded the tracks using a Rode Podcaster, mixed them down and successfully wrote two version of my audio book. Now its not working. Any solutions?

Sorry, but I would have thought that this was rather obvious! The only device capable of being written to under these circumstances is your CD drive; after all, it's a CD you are trying to create...
You have two potential major causes of problems here. The most common cause of these difficulties is the disks themselves - you only need a batch with poor reflectivity to cause all sorts of read errors, so that's the first thing to try - using a different brand of disk to write to. The second thing you have to realise is that CD writers have a finite life - the lasers in them simply don't last for ever, and towards the end of their lives the power behaviour tends to be a bit erratic, and it tends to fall off somewhat - which causes the same sorts of errors, simply because the dye doesn't get evaporated efficiently. This causes mis-formed pits, hence the read errors. The only solution here is to install a new drive.
When it comes to reading, commercial CDs have a much higher reflectivity than ones you write yourself, so often these will play whilst your own will fail - a common cause of confusion, this. But it's worth checking; if you get failures to reproduce all of the tracks from a commercial pressed CD, then almost certainly your drive is failing.
