Installation of CE7.1 Trial stops at phase 25

Question

Hi everybody,
I try to install CE7.1SP3 using Windows XP Professional SP2 with German Language on my notebook.
I'm logged in as local administrator. Loopback adapter is installed and running.
After altering the control.xml as described [here|Re: Installation of NW CE fails; by Bernd Tecklenburg the installation runs fine until reaching phase 25.
When the installation stops:
- There is no instance 00 visible in sapmmc. There is no corresponding service installed.
- There is an instance 01 visible in sapmmc that can be regularily started and stopped.
- It is possible to install the service for instance 00 manually using the comman line as following:
sc create SAPCE1_00 binPath= "D:\usr\sap\CE1\SYS\exe\uc\NTI386\sapstartsrv.exe pf=D:/usr/sap/CE1/SYS/profile/CE1_SCS00_xxxxx" start= auto obj= ".\administrator" password= myPassword
- The sapinst_dev.log contains the following error messages:

could you please share a diff of the files you changed to get it work. Where did you replace ERROR with OK? What has been changed exactly in config.xml?
I am trying to install "NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 SR3 - Trial Version Java EE only" ("NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 SR3 - Trial Version" did not work too), but the file control.xml looks totally different to what is described by Bernd Tecklenburg in [this tread|Re: Installation of NW CE fails; . The downloaded version of CE is dated with 05 Nov 2007, i use a german WinXPpro with SP2 and login with username and password. In the installation of CE i use the same password as for the Windows-account.

At this point a service SAPCE1_01 is created which is registered as ".\myadminaccount" and cannot be started manually, because of wrong credentials. If i change the user of this service to "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService" with password "myadminpassword" i can start the service and in SAP Systems Manager i can start Instance CE1.

Pressing the button "Retry" in installation wizard the installation stops with this errors:
