Installer data base is corrupt

I downloaded Photoshop and In Design CS 4.0 for Windows from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html and when I extract the .exe file it says the Installer data base is corrupt. Anyone out there that can help? Thanks!

Please make sure that if you have any other version Adobe applications installed like CS 3, CS 5 or CS 6 .
make sure that you have serial numbers for the same.

Data Base is corrupt message when Installing CS4 web premium unto new computer

Just purchased a new HP desktop running Win7-64bit and when attempting to load CS4 I keep getting an error message indicating that "Installer data base is corrupt", and to contact Adobe Customer Service. I already have it installed in another HP DT running Win7 64bit so I don't believe the new machine could be the problem... any suggestions?

When i try to sync my outlook contacts and calendar, it is unsuccessful. the log says that the GetField Template: datasbase is corrupt.
is there a procedure to correct this??

Best Practice for SAP PI installation to share Data Base server with other

We are going for PI three tire installation but now I need some best practice document for PI installation should share Data base with other Non-SAP Application or not. I never see SAP PI install on Data base server which has other Application sharing. I do not know what is best practice but I am sure sharing data base server with other non-sap application doesnu2019t look good means not clean architecture, so I need some SAP document for best practice to get it approve from management. If somebody has any document link please let me know.

You should not mix different apps into one database.
If you have a standard database license provided by SAP, then this is not allowed. See these sap notes for details:

CCM 3.1 Corrupted Data Base

Hello Experts,
I am going to be assigned to a project which involves upgrading the current version (3.1) to 4.1 or 4.2 for a CallManager. The data base is corruped. We can't either read or wirte into the DB. My question is, is there any way to rebuild the corrupted DB? After rebuilding the DB, I need to back it up and restore it into a brand new 4.1 CallManager server. Could you please help?

Just to add to Greg's excellent post;
You cannot upgrade directly from Cisco CallManager Release 3.2 or earlier to Cisco CallManager Release 4.1. If your server runs a version of Cisco CallManager Release 3.2 or earlier, you must first upgrade every server in the cluster to the latest version of Cisco CallManager Release 3.3 or 4.0 before you can upgrade to a version of Cisco CallManager Release 4.1. For information on upgrading to Cisco CallManager Release 3.3, refer to the latest version of Upgrading Cisco CallManager Release 3.3. (I think 3.3.5sr3). This is a major undertaking that will require some major planning and probably a Lab set up. The change from 3.1 to 3.3 involves a complete SQL upgrade from SQL7 to SQL2000 along with the server which went from 5.5 to Windows 2000

Can any one help me to configure the mysql table to enable user expiration to function, I have tryed most things, but not dates are being passed back to the data base from the form

Im trying to build user expiration into my registration form, but I cant get the form to send back the date registering.
in my data base i have tried every thing from timestamp to datetime. I can get a timestamp but it is not functioning with the expiration?

just have a look at my tutorial Login tables: installation & configuration where the required column attributes are explained and where you can obtain a fully functional SQL dump for a typical ADDT "login" and (optionally) "login_stats" table.
BTW, "expiration" will have to be an "int" column.

Is there any standard logical data base which gives all the required fields mentioned above? since i am not SD consultant i am not sure whether i have to take only above tables exactly or not
there are certain logical databases like SD_ORDER,SD_SALES_DOCUMENT which has tables VBAK,VBAP,VEDA but i am unable to join remaining tables VBREVE and VBREVK with those logical data bases

Data base oracle in SAP

Hi,
The combination of all dimension id's ideally make the primary(composite) key of the fact table.
it seems that there is a database restriction of 16 fields to be combined to make a joint primary key.
I heard that Oracle table join relation is the restriction of 16. I mean foregn key relations from a table ( fact table ) can not exceede 16. and thus we have 16 dimensions as the restriction..
It is ORacle limitation.. ( data base )
Any data base can not have more than 16 Fields as primary key in a table and hence 16 dimentions as MAX limit..for our facttable / cube.In database tables level we have only 16 primary keys, thats the reason why we hav 16 dimensions in infocube.
( remember oracle is the database we use for SAP ).

Yes, you understand the issue. Not sure about all the other DBs, I think they have 16 column index limits as well. Even if one of them would support more columns in the index, I doubt SAP would reengineer the BW to support them, until/unless that DB had a major portion of the BW installations.

Missing Data base in SAP B1

I just upgraded my system yesterday to version 8.82 PL11 but the SBO cannot see the database. Please what did you think I have done wrong or I need to do to make my system see this. Also note that my system Siteuser Password cannot be changed as the database server cannot be seen in service manager. I have blow screenshot for your review.

Thank you for your support, I Uninstall the server tool and reprocess as typical installation which now called for a new Siteuser password and I gave a new password to enable the system point to the missing data base. To that end my missing data base is now seen.
For the upgrade I do not have a test server on the server but I shall look into that later

In any case you need to set-up a sqlnet connection from your client to your server. Use the Network Configuration Utility that comes with the Oracle Forms installation.

The data base DLL 'crdb_dao.dll' could not be loaded.

This has been posted in other threads but I've not seen a final resolution.
I used VS2008 to create an application that includes Crystal Reports and One Click in VS2008 to create a runtime system to distribute my application. The system installs and runs properly on a 32 bit system but fails to run on a 64 bit system. I get a message on the 64 bit system that says
The data base DLL 'crdb_dao.dll' could not be loaded.
I cannot find the crdb-dao.dll module on the 64 bit system but can find it on the 32 bit system. Can anyone tell me how to overcome this problem?

Hi John,
Moved to .NET Developer Forum. As noted in those other threads, there is no 64 bit version of the DAO driver. Your only option is to use ODBC or OLE DB.
No plans to create one because I don't Microsoft does NOT support their Access driver in 64 bit modes. See this Microsoft article on the history and supportability of DAO:

In this article it states:
There is no 64-bit version of the Jet Database Engine, the Jet OLEDB Driver, the Jet ODBC Drivers, or Jet DAO available. This is also documented in KB article 957570. On 64-bit versions of Windows, 32-bit Jet runs under the Windows WOW64 subsystem. For more information on WOW64, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa384249(VS.85).aspx. Native 64-bit applications cannot communicate with the 32-bit Jet drivers running in WOW64.

If Copy Express Addon is installed,then
1.In SBO,Goto Tools->open Copy Express.
2.A new window will open.....
3.In that,you have to mention the base and target database,It will prompt you for username and password while you are mentioning the databse.
4.Then it will open a window which has configuration settings,
5.you just copy only the configurations...
Be sure that you are not selecting any transactions.
If not installed,install it from the installation package
