Installing previously purchased Adobe Acrobat on SSD drive on computer
I purchase Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro a couple years ago. It is installed on my HDD drive but I recently added an SSD drive and want to get it installed on there. I don't mind taking it off my HDD drive, I just want it to be on my SSD drive, but when I try install it using my old serial number it says that it is now invalid. Is this because I can't install it twice? What do I need to do to get it installed on my new drive? This is on the same computer.

Does it actually say "invalid" about the serial number? If so that suggests a typing or transcription error; if using copy/paste be sure you aren't pasting any spaces before or after.
If it uses a different language, what does it say?

You don't transfer it. You just install it to the new computer. You will need the original install media, serial number, and if an upgrade the original serial number.

Can not install new purchased Adobe Acrobat X Pro DVD
I just recieved from Adobe a purchased full Acrobat X Pro DVD for installing on my computer. Upon attempting to install I find a drop down box stating "your system has not been modified" My system meets and or exceeds all the stated system recommendations from Adobe and I have opened my firewall. What next please???
What system? What other Adobe software on it? You need to be more specific. If it says "not modified" it thinks there is already a version of Acrobat X and that may be the case if you ran a trial. If so, simply activate it using the serial. No need to reinstall.

To transfer the license from one pc to another the step you have to follow is to 'Deactivate' the license first from the older machine.
To accomplish this you need to Launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Deactivate'
On the new machine you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Activate' the software and this will complete the license transfer.

I have purchased Adobe Acrobat and my order number is 281998924. My previous Sony computer which used to Windows 7 crashed. I purchased a new Toshiba computer with Windows 8. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for my iMac (Mavericks 10.9.4), downloaded it and have attempted to install it 10 or more times. I have done all the usual maintenance steps (repair permissions, repair disk, etc) and it still won't install. All goes well until the installer gets to "Running Package Scripts" then it stalls or hangs up and does not finish the installation. It runs and runs and runs. It never finishes. I wind up having to force quit the installer. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

For MS Visio (any version) only the appropriate version of Acrobat *PRO* provides PDFMaker for Visio.
For Visio 2013 specifically you must have Acrobat XI Pro (updated to at least 11.0.1).

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC andf upgraded from Acrobat XI. When I instalkled it on my PC the print Production Tools were there and functional. I installed it on my Laptop and those tolls are not there. What do I need to do to have Print Production Tools on both computers?

At the top of the box it should say Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.
On each of the two machines, what does it say? (I think something odd has happened) -

We would love to help. What part are you having trouble with? For starters, please make sure that you're logged in as an administrator, and temporarily disable any antivirus software. If you don't have the Acrobat installer, you can download Acrobat from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
