Yes, I know this forum has users like me and it's not Apple. I was only venting and, showing my frustration for Apple. You said if I wanted more help I need to give more info...
What kind of info? like what kind of Apple computers I have? the specs? etc. I know I need Itunes on a PC as well to add movies to my Iphone 4s but, I also have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and, that phone all I do is Plug it in to my PC and from there on it's really easy because it gives me the option to let my PC see it as a external HDD to where I can litteraly drag my movies that I want into it.. And, boom! I'm done. With Apple is like oh my god, you need this you need that you need the other thing.. Blah Blah Blah LOL.... But, I'm a stubborn bull and I want to add movies to my Iphone 4s. So, what I do is the following, I plug in my iphone 4s to my macbook pro and Itunes launches by itself, then I click on the iphone 4s on the upperr right corner, right after a list appears with all my music, then I click on where it says Movies on the upper left, then I try to drag a movie into the list and there's an error message that appears telling me that the movie wasn't copied to my iphone because it can't be played.... at this point I gave up and here I am asking for help.
I don't what info you want, I have a iphone 4s, a macbook pro wth OSX Mavericks, 2.6 GHz Intel Core !7 8 GB ram... I also have a Imac which I have put away since we just moved in so, I can't remember the specs but it's about 2 - 3 years older than my macbook pro... Apple seems easy to use when it comes to graphic design, video editing and, working with audio... When it comes to multimedia, it seems not so great. I hope this is enough info... The upgrade to 3.6.23 took away my tabs. I use them constantly. I followed your instructions to add the plug-in, but it doesn't work. I did it twice to be sure. It doesn't work.

You can set the pref browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent to false on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold (user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default via the right-click context menu if they are user set

What is the Reader XI version you installed?
Does this also happen when you open Reader by itself? If not, can you try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

I wanted to host my iWeb pages on Dropbox. I followed all the instructions but it still doesn't work.

I guess in October of 2013, Dropbox changed their program so you don't need a public folder to place your files in. I followed the instructions on numerous youtube and google result sites on how to do this. I thought I followed all the instructions but it still doesn't work. I downloaded Dropbox and configured it as instructed. I created a domain at .tk and when I put the URL in my browser, I see that .tk does go to my dropbox index html but it is a blank screen. I followed the instructions for restoring bookmarks from an older Firfox to a new one but it doesn't work.

I'm trying to get my old bookmarks installed with Firefox on a drive holding Win xp to Firfox installed on a different drive holding Win 7. I followed the backup and restore process in the Firefox help file but it doesn't work. Help will be appreciated because I have a slew of bookmarks that I would like to use with Win 7.

If you need to merge bookmarks then you need to export the bookmarks to an HTML file and import that file on the other computer.

Matching on comment() doesn't work

Matching with comment() using the Java API in the XDK doesn't seem to work, but works with the xsl program included in the XDK (using XDK 10.1, and xsl is located in the bin directory).
I have style sheet with only this template:

I run the template on the same xml file.
With the xsl utility it returns the comment count correctly and outputs all the comments.
With a short Java program I wrote, it outputs zero for the count and of course no comments in the output.
Do you see anything I did wrong in the Java program?

Its a bug with the XDK. The program above was written using XDK and JDK 1.3 (which doesn't have XML APIs).
I recompiled and ran my program using JDK 1.4 and removed the XDK from my classpath. The program and XSL work fine.
Anyone have a work around?

XDK DOM 3 implementation doesn't work (i.e ElementEditVAL)

I want to use XDK DOM 3 implementation to be able to validate my modification against the schema and then save it to file, for that I found that I have to use ElementEditVAL class and canSetXXX methods, but unfortunately none of them is working and always they return UNKNOWN (7) code or null value.
following are my XML test file and XSD file and at the end the code that I wrote, so I need your help to see why it doesn't work, maybe it is the XSD bug and I don't know about it!

For this issue,I think it is related to the custom image.
I suggest we don't add any drivers to the custom image to test it.
Meanwhile,I suggest you upload following logs here for further research. SkyDrive or similar network sharing would be better to use to share your files.

Bridge CC is asking my to 'purge cache'. When I do this doesn't work and freezes my mac. Bridge is unable to work at all. Please help?

When I start up Bridge CC I get a error message instructing me to purge cache in preferences which I do but it doesn't work and freezes my mac. I cannot curretnly use Bridge CC. PLease help as this is costing me time and money - thank you in advance....

Hold down the Option key as you launch Bridge, keep it down until you see a dialog box, then click all three options in the re-set box that comes up.
If you don't see that re-set box, you're doing it wrong, i.e., you're not holding the Option key down fast enough.
