Instructor Information Report in TEM

Hi,
I am trying to find out a report on Instructor information in Training & Event Management. But it is not selecting any values. I have created one external person and also created a relationship with Business Event Type ( Is held by). But still it is not selecting any values.

Hai,
Select the object type H.
Then generate.
One more doubt, did you assign the external person to your course.?
If you are not assigned, you will be not getting any report. plase assign the relationship to extrernal person to course. relation is A023 is required.

Instructor Information Report not being generated

Hi,
I have created a few instructors using the transaction OOER in TEM module. I am able to find these entries in HRP1000. But when I generate the standard report Instructor Information (tcode: S_PH0_48000096) the output is not displaying.
I tried changing the object type from P (Person) to H (External Instructor), even then it is not working.
Is there any SPRO setting which needs to be done so that this report is generated.

Hi Sonali,
This report does not display the external instructor info (for this, you can use report S_AHR_61016527 with OTYPE H and reporting period All) but the resources which are created via t-code PSVR and assigned to a business event.

TEM - Business Information Report - only showing 1 instructor instead of 2

Good afternoon folks
We have a number of Business Events, in TEM, which are held by 2 instructors per event. When we run the "Business Event Information" report in PSV3 for these events we only get 1 instructor displayed; however if we run the "Resource List per Business Event" report or the "Instructor Information" report then both instructors are displayed.
Can anybody advise what I need to do so that the Business Event information report matches the Resouce list and instructor information reports.

Thanks for your reply. When I am having both the parts of Query 1 & Query 2, the BEx Report is falling over when executed pointing to Condition.
The second Query will pick the Top 3 Reason Codes for a particular Customer and then the individual Document Count for these 3 Reason Codes is divided by the Overall Result (Document Count) to give the individual Result across each row as %.
Hope this is clear now. I tried Cell Definitions but didn't find it useful in this scenario, or I might be missing something. Can you please explain me in detail of how this can be done in 1 BEx Query using Cell Def?
Please let me know if this can be achieved in Single BEx Query.

SCCM 2012 R2 - "Site - Client information" reports contain no data

Hi,
I'm running CM 2012 R2 and have a lot of clients installed. In management console, the clients are active, but Site - Client Information reports contain no data. The other reports, for example, Hardware - Processor etc., show data.
What is wrong?

Do you have a Fallback status point enabled and defined? if not then most of these report will not work.
However Count of Client for each site should work.

PSV3 Business Information Report - comparing at Group level and Type level

Good afternoon folks
I am getting some instances where the summation of the hours for the "Business Event Information" report for a specific business event, when I run it at Event Group level is incorrect; however when run at Event Type level it is correct.
Eg: business event 50135548 has a schedule of 2 hours.
When I run the Business Event Information report at event type level it shows 2 hours for this specific event; however when I run it at Event Group levle it shows 120 hours for this specific event.
Can anybody suggest as to why this is happening.

IDOC: Status (Error/Success/information)report to Sender system

How would one send a message(error/success/information) to the sending(external) system to inform them of the statuses of the messages they've sent to our SAP system?

you have an option called Audit reporting in which you can have the status of idoc at sender side.read the following.
Setting Up Audit Reporting
In the default behavior, after an IDoc is dispatched to a destination system, the sender does not know the state of the process on the destination system. You can configure the system, however, for cross-system reporting. You must model the ALEAUD message between the systems.
Two programs enable cross-system reporting.
1)RBDSTATE. This program is scheduled to run periodically on the destination system. It reports the status of incoming IDocs to the sending system, using the ALEAUD message and ALEAUD01 IDoc. This status information is recorded separately from IDoc status information in the audit logs.
2)RBDAUD01. This program is executed on the sending system. It analyzes the audit log and displays the output as a report.
The RBDSTATE program returns the following statuses, from the receiving to the sending system.
RBDSTATE Is Run on the Receiving System
Status of IDoc in receiving system     Status reported to sending system via ALEAUD
53 (Application document posted.)     41 (Application document created in receiving system.)
51 (Error: Application document not posted.)     Status 39 (IDoc is in the receiving system.) This status is repeated each time RBDSTATE is run, as long as the IDoc remains in status 51.
68 (Error: No further processing.)     40 (Application document not created in receiving system.)

System information reports

I'm trying to run a report that would potentially give me all the system information for all the solaris servers.
So I add all the solaris servers to the target list
On attributes i select the ones I want (typically hostname, hostID, serial number etc)
Now, on the filter screen I want to select ALL the servers. Is there a special word to select this ? (putting in a * gives me absolutely nothing)

anyone know how to do this ?
or is it just one of those things that cannot be done ?

S_bce_68001439 is not showing complete information (Report RSUSR100)

Hi All,
i have executed transaction s_bce_68001439 to get the information about the changes in the following areas:
1- Users that are created during the year
2- Users that are deleted during the year
3- Users whose access rights are modified during the year
4- Users that have been created and then deleted during the year which are not appearing the USR02 table.
But the problum i am facing with this report is, the report is not showing all the information. Users that are careated during the year and are still active and appearing in the table usr02 are not appearing in the s_bce_68001439 report. Further, rights of certain users which i m aware that i have modified during the year, are also not appearing in the report. Due to these facts i am confused with the completness of this report.
Can any one from this forum help me in getting the complete report which can fulfil my objectives as mentioned above. Further, can any one tell me the tables that are used by this report to extract data.
Further, if there is any other mean to get the above mentioned information, please tell me how.

Hi Beckers,
I am a member of SAP_ALL profile and have access to all the SAP transactions. so, there is no issue with the authorization. Further, I do not have any system refresh where the tables are deleted.
Beckers, is there any other option thorugh which i can obtain the desired information i.e. directly through SAP tables or some other transactions or reports etc.
The issue is not only comming with the 2009 users but also with the 2008 users data. which was OK in the last year. but now some of the information of the previous users are also missing if i am running the report for the previous year i.e. 2008.

Software Informer reports AIR version 6?

I run a program on my computer called Software Informer. It
shows me which programs on my computer are outdated and somtimes
offers a link to the current version. In the case of AdobeAIR, it
shows the current version should be version 6.0, while MY version
shows as 1.1.0.5790. I can't even suspect that the version 6.o is a
beta, considering the jump in versions from 1 to 6, so I suspect
the mistake is theirs. I would be happy to report the mistake to
them, but it would be fixed much quicker if I can verify with you
that version 6 does not exist (even in beta) and if you can give me
a link showing the actual current version number, that would also
help.

Portal component information reporting incorrect version

Dear all,
Has anyone experienced that the portal content information (http://hostname:port/monitoring/ComponentInfo)is reporting incorrect information? We have installed XSS 603 components and the summary part does not reflect that , but the details does.
Its also not reporting SAPPCUI_GP in the software component part. Has anyone seen this and whats the fix?

I followed the intructions in note # 910073 and all worked fine. However, the version information is still not reported correctly. component information is reporting ESS600 and we have ESS603 installed & no PCUI component is reported but the details show that its deployed.?
Does the portal need to be restarted after the change in note 910073?

I want to know how we gather the information about the total reports present in production environment in following format.
Report technical name - Report name - Last run date
I know a table RSZCOMPDIR where we can find technical name and last run information, but this table does not give Report name.(description)
Is there any other table which can give me this information???

Last payment information Report

Hi All
I am looking for assistance with a report. Our auditors are looking for a report that will show, by vendor and company code, the last bank account that a payment was made too, for a date range that must be entered when the user runs the report. The output of the report must have the company code, vendor, posting date and bank account. The current filters are Date From, Date To, Company Code (all mandatory) and Vendor (Optional)
I cannot include the bank account into the initial report, as the report will then reflect all bank accounts in the date range, creating multiple entries for the combination of Vendor and Company Code, The bank account is stored on a transactional level, giving multiple bank accounts per vendor and company code.
I have also tried creating a subquery that has Company Code and Vendor in and a formula variable that gives the last value for date and then using the subquery to filter another query, but this does not work as the filter is looking for 0PSTNG_DATE, which is not available (only the formula variable is available).
Any assistance or suggestions will be welcomed.

It is only necessary to install firefox add-on "No Tooltip Timeout".
You can see tooltip even with the use of Google Toolbar.

Finder's Information Reports Weird File Sizes

I dont believe I am exporting any different than I have in years past. My exports out of final cut pro 6.0.6 in HD 1080i60 should come out to about 11gb per hour of film, but lately sine mid january they come out as like 650mb. QuickTime's information says the correct file size of 11GB, but finder says 650mb. The quality is still in HD but the file size is way to small? Am i the only one experience this peculiar thing?

Ah Ha! that was it...i hate it when little things like that happen. somehow i must have unchecked it one day and never thought twice about it... thank you X. this would also explain some of the other weird video file things i was experiencing.

Display report information in Report Writer?

Dear All,
I checked a report history in GR33 by History... button. It gives me a last changed date and user.
I have also got a detail information list including change history, layout information and other information of the report. But I forgot where I extract the data.
In the history button, it shows the last change was by user A on 2004 but in the detailed information report it shows that the last change was by user B on 2006.
Which one should I trust? Do you know where can I find the detailed information list?

PO Number and Vendor Report

Hi,
I have requirement like
1) How many number of PO' s are issued in a period. Say for the Period of 2007 year.
2) How many numbers of vendors are involved for that period in the PO's.
Is there is any standard report meeting above requirement.

Use Purchase Information Reports.
You will get the reports in Logistics --> Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Purchase Order --> Reporting --> Purchase Information Reports --> Standard Analyses
You may not get the figures directly, but will need to change the columns displayed in the reports.
