Integration process in configuration is in Error

Hi all,
I am doing an SOAP to RFC scenario using BPM on PI7.1 . When I am importing the BPM into Configuration it is not showing me interfaces in the sender and receiver interfaces of Integration process. In transaction SXI_CACHE I am not able to see my integration process in Cache  I checked Cache Status in integration directory there in ChangeListView tab everything is green but in Problem and ObjectView tabs my integration process is in error. Error's short description displays there is Serialization error.

Hi Sami,
just go to IR........open your BPM............from the menu, choose check option........see if you get any errors for your bpm process..........if there are any error, then edit your bpm and do the changes and save and activate it........if there is no error then also just edit your BPM description and save and activate it again......now in SXI_CACHE you should see your integration process.........if still SXI_CACHE does not show your BPM process then do a complete cache refresh....then rerun SXI_CACHE and now you should see your BPM process.....then in ID just import your BPM process and do the required configuration..........

  • Adapter Specific Paramters for Integration Process in Configuration

I want to send the data from flat file to idoc through BPM
While doing configuration do I need to explicitly give Adapter specific parameters(Logical System Name) for BPM(Integration Process) or not?
Is it mandatory to give Adapter Specific Parameters for this scenario?
    FILE-->BPM--->IDOC(R/3)
    Thanks & Regards
    Katta Mohan Reddy

    Hi,
why would you require Adapter specific parameters (I assume you mean Adapter specific Attributes) - Logical System should be there through the routing (Receiver Determination). What exactly do you want to accomplish by that?

  • Error in Integration Process

    1. I have taken the guidelines of IDOCs (Multiple Types) Collection in BPM. (/people/pooja.pandey/blog/2005/07/27/idocs-multiple-types-collection-in-bpm)
    2. I did the scneario  file (multiple types) collection in BPM.
I developed the integration Process completely.  when i check the integration process it is showing an error like expression must not return a multiline value at transformation source messages. In container i gave a name as sampleList and selected check box as multiline. Please any one help me, where i am wrong.
    Thanks,
    Kumar.

    Hi,
please remove check for multi line in container elements ,
you can use this container operation to append individual messages to multiline container elements when gathering messages together.

Go to SXI_CACHE , then from Menu XI Runtime Cache choose Start Delta Cache RefreshF6. Try this, , After clicking wait for sometime to refresh.
    Path Prefix set to “/dir/CacheRefresh”.
    https://websmp204.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700003163902004E/HowTo_handle_XI_30_Caches.pdf
Also check out the role of the user using SU01. are you using PIISUSER?
    Also refer:

    Also check
Does PIISUSER have the role SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER_MAIN. Is profile generated for the role?
    See SAP Note 1030255.
    Some more advices:
    1.Go to Environment -
    > Click on Clear SLD data cache.
    2.Tools -> Cache Notification
You will find at that there will be some red dots if u refresh
Please click on then and refresh once again

  • Integration Process not fired!

    Hey all,
I have a scenario of using BPM from a file sender and inbound into R/3. I set up the Integration Process and imported into the directory. But when I run a sample message, XI never picks up the integration process and spits out an error that a receiver wasn’t determined. But actually 2 sets of receiver , 1 for file sender to Integration process and the second from Integration Process to the receiver have been set up with proper sender and receiver agreements. What could be the issue?
    -Teresa

    HI,
So in the SXMB_MONI -are you able to see IntegratioN Process ? i.e SXMB_MONI->PE is it shows BPM ?
No, I am not able to see the PE process.
    1) Hope you have activated the IntegratioN process in the Repository and imported this into Directory
    Yes..I have activated it.
    2) Check the Receiver Determination Between Sender and BPM. is it activated ?
    Activation is perfect.
3)Go to SXI_CACHE and check the return code for the Integration Process
Return code is 0 in SXI_CACHE.
    4) if not try to reimport the BPM again into Ditrectory and re-run the scenario.
I tried it once and its still the same.

  • Updating Config Changes from integration process

    Hi
I've constructed a ccBPM integration process
then put together the config in the integration directory
If I then go back and make further changes to the ccBPM, the changes are not reflected in the Integration directory.
How do I update the Integration directory with changes from the integration process, without creating a new integration process in configuration after every change?
We are currently running PI 7.1
    thanks
    Geoff

  • Integration Process and Action

    Hi everyone,
Can some one explain about why do we need to create Action and Integration Process in ESR and use this Integration Process in Configuration Scenario.what's the use of creating this?

    Hi ,
    Sorry I misunderstood your query.
Go through below link for apt answer.
Action objects in ESR | SCN
Are the action objects are really required to be created
    No
Are there specific advantages of using action objects and Process integration scenario objects
This approach is more model based approach wherein you model the process flow and then go for implementing the actual scenario. Technically you won't find any difference in scenario execution.

  • How to configure Integration Directory for Integration process async sync

    Hi Experts,
I am confused about doing configuration in Integration Directory i.e receiver determination, interface determination and receiver agreement and sender agreement for my integration process as it involve synchronous send at target side.
In my Scenario , we get Purchase order request(asynchronously) from SRM system in proxy xml format which we have to map to Cxml format send it to third party system(say system 2) as http request. Then we will recieve a response from system2 in Cxml format through HTTP.Now,we have to map this response as to SRM system via proxy code for successful and error case .If error occured we also have to mail to the respective department about the error occured via mail adapter.Proxy to XI is a asynchronous communication and XI to System2 is a synchronous communication .Then again XI to SRM is a asynchronous communication via proxy.I have request and response External defination for Cxml i.e HTTP side.
I have done following integration process in ESR
    Start- Receive(1)---Transformation(2)-send(3)-Fork(4)--
    stop
    ...................................................................................................... .....[----Branch 1 [-Transformation(5)-Send(6)-
    .......................[-----Branch 2 -
SWITCH STEP to check error code[
    ............................................................................................................[.otherwise branch of switch
    Fork(4)----[
    .......................[----Branch 1-Transformation (9)-send(10)-
    Here,
Recieve(1) -- is used for recieve request from SRM.Mode is asynchronous
Transforamtion(2)-- is used for operation mapping between request of SRM to HTTP request.
send(3) --is used to sending request synchronous to HTTP,mode is synchronous, used synchronous abstract interface, abstract reqhttp and abstract resphttp
switch-switch Branch1 is used for checking error response to be true---
Transformation(5)--- is used to map HTTP response to Mail response structure
    Send(6)----
is used to send mail content to Mail adapter
Transformation(9)---- is used to map HTTP response to Proxy response
Send(10) --- used to send mapped proxy response to SRM as to update status by calling calling Function module using proxy code.
    Thanks
    Deepak

    Deepak,
In BPM data does not flow in Backword direction!
take any step in your BPM the message it is goiong to receive will be what a step just before it is giving to BPM.
    Now in your case
    IR Part:
You have to call Third part Synchronously and the input to it will be what Proxy has given to you.
Create an Abstract Synchronous(in case of abstract you need not bother it is Inbound or Outbound) in which(I mean the Message Interface) The Output message will be what you have Received from Proxy and the input message will be what you are going to receive from the Third party as a Response.  Now you would have Inbound Synchronous Interface created for calling Third party.
Have a Interface Mapping between the Abstract Synchronous and Inbound Synchronous Message Interface.
    ID Part:
For synchronous Step:  BPM will; be sender with  Message Interface Abstarct Synchronous
Third Party will be receiver With Inbound Interface(Synchronous). Use the INterface Mapping between Abstract Synchronous and Inbound Synchronous that You have created in IR.
Have a Receiver Agreement for the Thirs part.
No Sender agreement required in case of BPM as a Sender.
    Thanks,
    Sunil Singh

  • How to catch the error occurred in Integration Process, and then save it?

    1. how to catch the error occurred in Integration Process, and then save the detailed error message to the file?
    2. there are fault message type for inbound message interface, how to use the fault message type in IR?

    fault message type

    Hi Spring,
If u give an exception step along with your Transformation Step, whenever some error occurs in your message mapping, this exception block wil be triggered.
You can configure your exception block to do all exception processing that you want. This exception handling is like any other java Exceptio n Handler. You can do anything that you want in your exception handler block on the basis of your requirements.
<i>If an exception is triggered at runtime, the system first searches for the relevant exception handler in surrounding blocks. If it does not find the correct exception handler, it continues the search in the next block in the block hierarchy.
When the system finds the correct system handler, it stops all active steps in the block in which the exception handler is defined and then continues processing in the exception handler branch. Once the exception handler has finished processing, the process is continued after the block.
If the system fails to find an exception handler, it terminates the integration process with an error.</i>

  • PI 7.1 Integration Process Error

    Hi,
I am trying to configure a BPM scenario on our 7.1 system. I tried 2-3 different scenarios but always get the same error.
For example after the file is picked up and sent to the Integration Process it doesn't continue. I researched and I find always the same error. The message get stuck in qRFC (inbound Queue) with the error "Permanent error in BPE inbound processing". When I display the Trace I always get this error:
Error during start of process of type WS90000001 by message XXX
Class Attributes CL_SWF_XI_INBOUND For Message XXX
Anyone knows what exactly this error means?

    Message: ContainerA (Abstract, Asynch. Interface)
    2. Send Step:

Open SXMB_MONI ---> Check the processing entry for your BPM ---> click on PE and open the graphic workflow....this will tell you where the BPM fails....
Since you are getting the same error for all your BPMs perform the below generic checks:
    1) Sender and receiver MIs match....have the required MTs and mode
    2) In SXI_CACHE check the return code of your BPM...ensure that it is 0....if anything other than 0 then perform activation (click on the match-stick symbol)
    3) From tcode SWWL remove the errored entries for your BPM....

    Abhishek.

  • Error when triggering Integration Process

    Hello, Experts!
I try to perform the following scenario:
When file File_name.DBF is put into some specified folder, Integration Process is triggered. In this Integration Process I  form SQL-Query and send it to get data from this DBF.
I do not want to use Sender JDBC adapter.
So for triggering Integration Process I created dummy message type and configured the Sender File adepter. This file adapter checks the folder every minute. When file File_name.DBF appears a dummy message is formed.
This message is used to trigger the integration process. Then I use this dummy message in transformation (form SQL-Query) as Source message. I do not map any of its fields (only use it as start message). But at runtime in SXMB_MONI there is an error in this transformation. I can continue process after error manually and everything is good.
Could you explain why this error happens and how to fix it?
Is it possible to trigger Integration Processes like this? Or if it's not could you advise the other way to start process?
    BR,
    Vika

  • BPM - ERROR while Activating Integration Process

    Hi,
I am unable to activate my Integration Process if i use Transformation step between Receiver and Sender step.

    Hi Prashant,
Pl check if  u have used the abstract interfaces in the interface mapping.. I think thats where the problem is.

  • Dynamic configuration in integration process using abap mapping

    Hi everybody,
    i have the following scenario:
file adapter -> integration process -> file adapter
The integration process uses an ABAP mapping and sets the filename in dynamic configuration as follows:
    *-- Set Parameter
        clear ls_dyn_record.
        ls_dyn_record-name      = gc_dyn_config_name.
        ls_dyn_record-namespace = gc_dyn_config_ns.
        ls_dyn_record-value     = <new_file_name>
    *-- Write configuration
        ir_dyn_config->add_record( ls_dyn_record ).
But now the new filename is not reflected in the file adapter (receiver). In the integration monitor (SXMB_MONI) i still find the old filename.
    Whats wrong?
    Elko

The ABAP mapping is more complex, setting filename in Dyn. Conf. is just one step in mapping.
If I check the Workflow protocol of the Integration Process, I find the following in the Trace of the ABAP-Mapping:
The filename has been set to 3233340.SWNF00HW.P10I. The Suffix P10I has been added in the ABAP mapping.
When I check the subsequent message in SXMB_MONI I find:
The added suffix is missing in the filename !!

  • Block in Integration Process produce error

    Hi,
there is a strange problem with an Integration Process.
I have a loop for collecting messages.
If I paste a new Block in the process after the loop there is no problem,
but if I put the loop inside the Block the process ends with an error
right after collecting the first message.
    Somebody has an idea?
    Thanks and regards
    Patrick

    Hi,
guess i have exactly the problem like in this thread:
    BPM error
Problem is solved now with using a new SPS (14 for NW04s).
    Regards
    Patrick
