Hi,
You can not cancel GI.
If you are using FIFO, then you can not change the price when making GI, because system calculates price by FIFO.
You can do one thing, use Inventory -> Inventory Transaction -> Inventory Revaluation
Here you can change Item price of any transaction, enter Itemcode, it will show the transactions of which stock is currently available. You change the rate in GR as per GI. Accouting effects will be posted correctly.
This is the wayout to match the prices.

  • Able to do Goods Receipt without Goods Issue in Intercompany STO process

    Hi,
We are in ECC 6.0 and noticed that we are able to post Goods Receipt in receiving plant (Intecompany) without even goods issues in supplying plant.
How to restrict proceeding Goods receipt in case no GI at supplying plant?
    Please advice.
    Regards,
    Ram

SAP explains in OSS Note 25220 - No stock in transit with cross-company purchase orders:
This procedure was chosen because usually the issuing and receiving companies have to be managed on different computers.  In addition, goods receipt in the receiving plant can be posted before goods issue in the issuing plant with this kind of stock transfer, i.e., the corresponding stock in transit would temporarily be negative.
If you want restrict this situation, then you have to do some coding in  userexi: EXIT_SAPMM07M_001

  • Partial Goods Receipt for Inbound Delivery

    Hello Frends,
We have a requirement to generate partial goods receipt against Inbound delivery created in Intercompany scenarios, however when we analzed there two alternative ways possible -
    1.  Goods Receipt in Inbound Delivery - Transaction VL32N : In this transaction, ssytem allows goods receipt for complete quantity but not for partial quantity
    2.  Goods Receipt reference to Inbound Delivery - Transaction MIGO : In thsi transaction, there is a provision to generate partial goods receipt however system not updating the status in inbound delivery document.
In this regard, requesting your support on what is possibility to fulfill our requirement, is there any standard SAP approach for this.
    Appreciate your support.  Thanks

    Hi,
    Thanks for your quick reply..
I have a outbound delivery with 100 EA, now system automaticallly generates a Inbound delivery for 100EA using output message.  Now we need to generate partial goods receipt for the inbound delivery, mean first 20, then 40 and the remaing.
What are the best practices available since when I check from the Inbound delivery,we cannot make partial goods receipt.

  • Classic scenario - goods receipt in SRM

    Hi,
I've seen on a business scenario document of SAP that even in the classic scenario it's possible to execute goods receipt by the requester in SRM. My question is: if in classic scenario the purchase order is created on R/3, how can the requester create goods a receipt in SRM for a specific PO? Does SRM get data (items, supplier, etc.) from a R/3 PO in the creation of a goods receipt document?
    Regards,
    Cristiano Soares

    HI SRM GURU
We are implementing SRM 4.0 and follow a classic scenarios.
While creating a shoping cart the approval of Shopping cart is based on various attributes like
Material Group + Cost Center  + Value .
Can I change the standard workflow conditions and add new conditions like material Group and cost centers.
So that when I create a Shopping cart and change the cost center in the shopping cart, it goes to the head of the new cost center(for Approval) which is manually entered in the shopping cart.
Can this control be achived through the Org plan attributes.

  • Goods Receipt of co-product (handling unit)

    Hi everybody,
I wonder if it is possible to make goods receipt of co-product using standard transaction (like COWBHUWE)?
I can pack co-product with reference to an order, but when I try to post packed HU (with COWBHUWE or function module) material/co-product inside HU is switched with material defined in production order header (main material).
I can post GR of co-product with MIGO (or FM equvialent) and pack co-product later; but in that case HU has no reference to production order.
Is there any way (standard transaction or function module) to post GR of co-product HU with reference to production order?
    Thank you for your answers.

In case we posted goods receipts of co-product using MIGO, we have to create/pack handling units afterwards.
Is it possible to create HU with reference to production order (VEKP-VPOBJ = '09') or somehow regularly insert data about production order number into 'free' HU (VEKP-VPOBJ = '12') history?
There is an option to fill this data (production order number) into field of VEKP, but this seems not to be the optimal way.
    Thank you for your help.

  • Goods receipt during reversal of production order

    Hello ALL,
I use production orders confirmation with Aut.goods receipt.
    Example is the following:
I confirm 3psc of production order for semi-finished product, so system posts 3pcs with 101 movement type.
    Production order status is DLV
Then 1 pc is consumed for the next production step, it means the physical stock is now 2 pcs.
In the next step I want to reverse the confirmation of  production order with movement type 102 ( I use CO13 )
I get message in COGI - Deficit of  unrestricted-use - 1pc and I am not able to reverse goods receipt at all. Production order status is still DLV. Reversal of material document is impossible.
I know it is reasonable but my question is: is it possible to reverse goods receipt only partially during CO13 - for 2 pcs and get production status PDLV ???
I know the sulution is to return missing 1 pc, but I would like to avoid this
    thanks for help
    KS

    dear KS,
    as far as i know...
...every confirmation entered in the system can be canceled : if you entered three confirmations (just an example) for an operation, you can also cancel three confirmations and all confirmations automatically created by them
    1. you can change confirmations or partially cancel them;
    2. if you also activate user statuses when confirming an operation, these statuses are not automatically canceled when you cancel the confirmation;
3.if you cancel a confirmation, the functions that were triggered by a trigger point are not revoked (for example, creating a rework operation).
    good luck!

  • MIGO Goods Receipt multiple Movement Types?

    Hi,
Is it possible with MIGO Goods Receipt using Inbound Deliveries to have multiple movement types? the reason I ask is I am getting the following error 'BORGR622 Movement Type XXX not allowed; only 101 is allowed' when trying to receipt a Line no. with different Movement Type to the earlier lines.
We do have the same problem if we receipt in MIGO Goods Receipt directly to the Purchase Order, we can happily post a document which has the normal '101' movement type and another Custom movement type.
The reason for the requirement is to do with Account Determination, we have free bonus goods lines which are zero price on the purchase order - the price difference gets posted to a bonus stock account instead of the usual price difference account, by using a Custom Movement Type - the bonus stock agreement (kind of like BOGOFs Buy One get one free) is passed to the Customer with similar account determination updating the same bonus stock account.
This works fine for MIGO receipt directly with the Purchase Order but we get the error message above with Inbound Deliveries.
I cannot see anywhere obvious in config which might sort this issue, but am unsure why multiple movement types on a Goods Receipt would be allowed against a Purchase Order but not an Inbound Delivery.

    Hi,
Try with the below mentioned settings,
goto SPRO -> Materials Management -> Inventory Management & Physical Invetory -> Settings for enjoy transactions -> Settings for good movements(MIGO) -> Settings for transactions & reference documents -> select MIGO_GR -> Click on transaction/event -> select goods receipt -> click on reference documents -> remove the tick mark on active.

  • Good Receipt to Customer Consignment Stock

    Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to do good receipt to customer consignment stock in SAP?
    For normal case:
    1) create PO
    2) Good receipt to own plant
    3) Create Consignment Fill up Order
    4) Create Delivery
    5) PGI to customer consignment stock.
However, now I have a case that, the vendor directly ship the goods to the consignment customer without going to my own plant. i.e.:
    1) create PO
    2) Good receipt at customer consignment stock.
How can I implement this in SAP?
    Please kindly advise. Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Chris

    Hi!!
Your case is a Third Party Scenario. Where the customer raises a PO to your organisation and you arrnge for the material from your VENDOR.
    Process flow as under:
The Purchase requisition hits from the sales order (item category TAS),
The Purchase order forwarded to vendor.
MIGO against the PO (after receipt of material at customer site) is done where the stock do not affect your inventory. MIRO is done for valuation.
The Invoice for the customer is done with reference to the sales order.
The payment to vendor is released based on the MIGO / MIRO.
Should there be any clariication needed, please do communicate.
    Regards,
    Pramod Kumar

  • Storage Location In Goods Receipt.

    Hi experts!
In automatic goods receipt for Production Orders, the storage location to the good movements is defined in material master (MRP2 - Production Storage Location), and copied to Production Order during the creation.
I have some semi-finished materials that can be used to produce more then one finished materials, where the goods issue for this material are executed in diferent storage location. I want that the storage location to SFP goods receipt is defined in accordance with your use in the next production line (FP).
    Example:
Material 10 (SFP). This material is component of the material 20 (FP) and material 30 (FP). In production of the material 20, the goods issue storage location is A. In production of the material 30, the goods issue storage location is B. If the Production Order of the material 10 is created to reservation of the Material 20, the storage location defined in Production Order of the material 10 is A. If reservation of the material 30, storage location B.
In short, i want know that is possible change the goods receipt storage location automatically, looking the next Production Order goods issue storage location.
    MTS Environment.
Picking by MF60 is not a option, we need send the material directly to the next goods issue storage location.
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks a lot.
    Best Regards,
    RMS

    Hi,
I can think of three things to check which determines storage location automatically.
Please go through each of these things and check what is applied to your scenario.
    1) Check whether you have given production storage location in MRP2 view of material.
If you maintain prod sto loc at material level of SFP, it will be copied to all the production orders for all the FPs.
e.g. for Material 10 (SFP) you maintained prod stor loc (Lets say A sto loc) at MRP2 view, Sto loc A will be copied to all the production orders of both FPs Material 20 and Material 30.
    2) Check whether in the work center you have assigned a supply area, supply area is usually assigned to storage location.
    3) Check BOM of that material, go in to each of the component details and go to "Status/long text" tab and check whether you have assigned supply area or production storage location.
If you maintain it at the BOM item level, sto loc will be copied from here.
    e.g.
In BOM details of Material 20 (FP), go to BOM Item details of Material 10 (SFP) and maintain sto loc A in  supply area or production storage location of Status/long text" tab.
It will copy prod sto loc A for all the production order of Material 20 (FP)
In BOM details of Material 30 (FP), go to BOM Item details of Material 10 (SFP) and maintain sto loc B in  supply area or production storage location of Status/long text" tab.
It will copy prod sto loc B for all the production order of Material 30 (FP)
I think this is what you want, you can maintain diff sto locations in BOM as explained above, It should solve your issue.
I hope this explanation is sufficient to solve your problem.
Do revert in case you need more explanation.

  • EWM - Unable to convert inbound delivery to goods receipt- status 'locked'

    Hello EWM gurus,
We have configured ECC 6.0 with EWM 5.1. We created a delivery and distributed it to SCM 5.1.
We are able to convert the delivery notification to inbound delivery. However when we try to convert the inbound delivery to goods receipt we receive the following error message
"Delivery xxx has status locked( not possible to post)" Message no. /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT026
Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue
    Thank you,
    Ganesh

    Hello Amit,
Many thanks for your response. I was able to overcome the above issue after I realized I needed to setup the staging area. Now I have run into a new issue. Below is the error message that I am now receiving. WHSE is the warehouse setup in SCM and so is 300015 which is the party entitled to dispose and F1 is the stock type ( unrestricted putaway). All these are in SCM. Not sure where this is to be mapped in ERP
    Regards
    Ganesh
Could not determine ERP stock data for: WHSE 0000300015 F1
    Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION105
    Diagnosis
The transaction you executed causes a stock posting in the ERP system. For this, the system must determine the stock data for the ERP system (such as material, plant, storage location) from the EWM data (such as material, party entitled to dispose, stock type).
For the following field, the system could not determine any ERP data: WHSE 0000300015 F1

    Hello,
We have an inbound delivery of a purchase order with 10 Handling Units inside on.
The HU's has been put in a storage bin (by transport order + confirmation) before a good receipt has been posted for the whole delivery.

Can anyone help me on this matter?

Society B have a scheduling agreement; when a delivery schedule appears, in society A born a sales order and a delivery. After the registration of the delivery good issue, an idoc transfer information for inbound delivery creation.
This process is ok without WM, but with a WM managed warehouse the idoc has the following problem:
"V51VP - item was not found - process cancelled".
Can you help me to transfer these HU?
