Intercompany Price condition on Billing

Hi All,
i have this situation about intercompany flow:
Condition ZPIC (Intercompany price) is statistical on sales order and direct billing invoice and then relevant only on intercompany billing.
The setting on pricing procedure:
ZPIC    GGP IC Price    0    0    X    B    22    0    0    ERL
Although on copy control the pricing type is G (Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes).
At creation of intercompany billing the system redetermine not only the taxes but also the intercompany price condition.
I want on the contrary that ZPIC will be relevant for pricing but not redeetermined.
Can you help me please?

Hi all ;
Please check oss note : 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF

  • Pricing error:Mandatory condition xpi1(intercompany price) is missing

when i wanted to create Return order with ref to Invoice, its throwing an error Pricing error:Mandatory condition xpi1(intercompany price) is missing.Infact this condition type is there in Order, but its missing in Invoice,so not able to create Return order. What cud be the reason for the condition type missing in Invoice????

In T. Code V/06 go to this condiition type XPI1 and in control data 2 - check "Inter-company billing condition". This makes this condition to flow in the inter company invoice. Then you will be able to process the returns wrt to the invoice.
In the copy controls from Inv to Retruns order , T Code VTAF, at the item level, use pricing type D or G(G if you want to redetermine taxes)
    Hope this helps

  • Price condition entered as a new line in billing document - how to prevent

I have  a price condition that comes from VK11 but given ' manual entry has priority " so that condition rate can be changed in sales order. Through copy controls I have made it uneditable in billing by giving pricing type as "E"
But in  billing the system is allowing a second line of price conditon in addtion the one copied from sale order.  i.e PR00 condition type enterd twice . When I do 'update pricing" , the new entry is taking effect.
How do I contain PR00 from entering for the second time in billing document ?
    Regards
    Mahesh

    Dear Mahesh,
Are you using different "Pricing Procedure" than the one, used in Sales Order?
Also, Try to maintain the Pricing Type as "G" or "D" in Copy Control Settings.
    Best Regards,
    Amit
    Note: In T. Code: V/08
Check the various column-entries for Condition Type: PR00 in you Pricing Procedure, such as "Steps", "Counters", "Requirement", "CalTy" and "BasTy" etc...

  • Price condition for intercompany stock transfer

    Hi all
I  have a intercompany flow between two company:  the flow cases are two :
    - when the product go directly to customer starting from the storage location company, we manage this with the standard intercompany sales
    - when the stock must be stored in the destination company, we use the standard cross-company stock transfer (PO-delivery-intercompany invoice)
My question is about the intercompany price for both (PI01 condition). For the intercompany sales I used the sales price list standard for PI01, the same I will use for the intercompany invoice generated by the stock transfer PO. But theoretically for the PO of cross company, I must set specific inforecords for PI01 (a duplicate of SD price list used by intercompany sales).
Exist a mode for make take to PI01 condition of PO the price list used by PI01 of intercompany invoice, without create double price lists (sales and purchase)?
    Thanks you
    Davide

    Hi Shailesh,
For intercompany stock transfer shipping tab does not exist. Bcoz u r transferring material for two diferent legal entities. so that u can use doc. type NB. Check delivery type assignment for suppling plant. Check in material salesview(general sales/plant) transportation grp and availability check exist or not. Check shipping point assignment for plant.

  • Price condition equal to VPRS cost of goods

I have a senario ,which we will create sales orders for customers with sales price equals to the MAP(moving average price) at the  time when the SO being input .And the sales price in sales orders should be copy to the billing whether  the MAP has changed or not .
Now I have set up an pricing procedure ,which  use  VPRS  as the sales price condition type ,but here comes another question when I create billing according to the delivery . When I create the billing document ,the net value is defferent with the net value of the sales order ,because the MAP has changed during the goods issue.
Is there any idea that can make sure the sale price equals to the MAP , and the billing net value is same as sales order net value?
can you give me some advice ? thanks for you help!

    Hi,
The pricing type (Copy control)  is an extremely important field. It is worthwhile keeping this entry
in mind when creating your pricing condition types. As a rule of thumb, you should
have all item categories for a particular sales document with the same settings.
Generally, you may use pricing type B (carry out new pricing), G (copy pricing
elements unchanged and redetermine taxes), or C (copy manual pricing elements
    and redetermine the others).
When using condition B all manual pricing condition types are lost.
If you want to copy the sales order to the invoice without changing the sales order
conditions, use pricing rule G. This will copy the pricing conditions from the order into the
invoice without changing them, but will redetermine the taxes.

  • How to control the pricing condition in billing document?

    Hello Experts,
    Greetings!
We are using two pricing condition. One is PR00 another one is VA00.PR00 is a mandetory condition & prices comes from condition record only.Users are not allowed to enter pr00 manually.
Now we have created one more condition VA00 by which user can  increase the price for some particular customers.
Now if the user do enter the condition VA00 in sales order & if it beyound credit limit than system gives informative message & blocks for the delivery.
Now the issue is if they do enter the condition in billing documents instead of sales order system does not check the credit limit at billing level. It allows invoice to be generated even beyond the credit limit.
How can we control this? Is it possible that the condition VA00 can only be used for sales order only.It will not allow to enter at billing time?
Plz suggest how can we resolve this issue in order to control the credit limit.
Any help would be highly appriciated.

    Hi,
you can use a surcharge condition type which calculates a percentage over the basic price price that is PR00 in your case.
insert it in the pricing procedure just below the PR00
and remember to maintain FROM & TO step no. of PR00, this condition should be manual entry alllowed
and insert one more condtion type in pricing procedure that will add the values of above 2 condtions .
make above condition type w/o account keys and assign account ker erl to this new condtion type,
STEP NO.     COUNTER     C TYPE     DESCRIPTION     FROM      TO     R     ACCOUNT KEY
    8     0     PR00     BASIC PRICE                                           YES
    11     0     ZSUR     SURCHARGE     8     8     YES
    13     0     ZPR0     Price (Gross)     8     11     YES     ERL
in condition type of ZSUR(surcharge)maintain "c"

  • Price Condition&Price update are disabled in S.O even after partial invoice

    Dear All,
We are using manual pricing condition in the Sales Order, when we do a partial delivery and billing for a Sales Order line item, the update prices function (button) is inactive and price conditions are greyed out.
We are using Pricing Type "C" in the VTFL item copy from Delivery to Billing.
Even after partial quantity invoicing from the Sales Order there will be pricing changes and users will need to enter manual price for the item that is partially invoiced.
Currently system does not allow any change in the manual price condition as the all the price conditions are greyed out in the S.O even if partial qty of the line item is invoiced.
Please let me know what needs to be done to enable manual condition entry and Price update functions in the Sales order even after partial invoice quantity of the line item in the Sales Order.
    Regards
    Venkat

    Hai Venkat,
This is the standard functionality and system treat like
sales order conditions once invoiced should be freezed.
As a work around you can do like
    in sales order order
    Go to Item - Shipping
Part.dlv./item     B      Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)
    Max.Part.Deliv.  1
This make only one delivery for the line item
Considering if you have a material Sales order of 2 KG and you added some manual price.
And you are doing partial delivery of 1 KG and Invoiced.
Now user can use the same sales order and create a new line item of the same material and can enter the balance qty and change the condition which is not grayed out.

  • Manage two invoice posting for one price condition in sales document

    Hello Experts,
I am a new user in SD module especially for billing and pricing part, and i have a specific requirement from my client that i cannot find the solution. Could you please help if you have any idea to resolve the following situation:
I have a plant in UK which create a sales order for a customer X for a material M with a specific amount.
For the invooice creation, the goal is to create two invoices:
    - One with net value billed in USD,
    - one with GBP to bill the tax.
I tried to use billing plan, and i was able to generate the 1st invoice without tax through pricing procedure that don't manage Tax condition, however i am blocked when trying to generate the second invoice that contains only the tax.
Do you have any idea how can it be managed?
    Thanks for help
I can add more clarification if needed.
    Thanks

    Hello,
    Thanks for feedback.
In fact the Customer master data currency is USD, and company code is in UK so it is GPB.
The target is for some business case the customer is invoiced with Net value in USD, and the tax will be invoiced in GBP.
But the problem is that i cannot manage two currencies and two invoices for one price condition.
So I am wondering what is the best solution, How i can generate two output types for the same price condition.
I tried to set up pricing procedure without tax, to manage the Net value, in first line of the billing plan.
But i am not able to generate a seconde line with only the tax condition.
DO you think that is possible?
    Thanks

  • IS-MAM: using statistical price condition in the order

    Hi all
In this period, I am involved in a job project to an Advertising Management company.
The sales process implies the revenue recognition occurs when the advertisement is published (publishing doesn't temporally concide with invoicing).
After publishing, it is necessary to introduce a billing plan in order to split the sales order amount in a predefined number of billing with a predifined amount.
In order to determine the right amount for billing, We thought to apply the following SAP solution:
    - to add in an order a statistic price condition relevant just for billing and not for relevat recognition.
Through test cases, we verified that this statistical price condition determines
a delta position in account determination.
is this a standard SAP functionality? should be possible to avoid a new account determination in revenues accounts?
Thanks in advance for your help
    Best Regards, Lucia

    Hi,
the path to define the access sequence  is
    IMG>>>MM>>>Purchasing>>>>Conditions.>>>>Define price determination process>>>define access sequence (M/07).
for this you can actually use the existing ones which suits your condition records level. otherwise create a new table for it and then use it in the access sequence.
then assign this access sequence to your condition type in M/06.
    for your reference

  • Loading custom price condition table

We have a custom price condition table for intercompany price.
This table needs to be updated monthly from a file generated from another system not on SAP.
BDC is one way of doing it, but that takes too much time.
Is there any other simpler way of achieving the same ?

    Hi
Have your tried LSMW.  You can upload conditions using LSMW.

  • Pricing condition in Billing document (Pricing Date)

    Hi Gurus,
I have a sales order which is created on 10.01.2012, the pricing date in the sales order is the same (10.01.2012). The Delivery was created on 22.02.2012 and Actual GI date is also 22.02.2012.
Now when I am creating the billing document, the pricing condition value is showing as '0'. I checked the pricing analysis and found that the validity of the base price condition Z001 was from 10.01.2012 till 14.01.2012 in the sales order.
As the Actual Goods Issue date is taking as the 'Billing date' as well as 'Pricing Date' , the system is not able to find a valid condition type as on 22.02.2012 (GI date). The pricing type in copying control of Delivery to Billing is 'C - Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others'.
So I would like to know your opinion on the following.
    1) Can I create the billing document using VF01, manually change the pricing date as 10.01.2012 and do the price update using rule C? Will it fetch the price based on the pricing date?
                                                                          OR
    2) Maintain the condition type Z001 for the GI date and do the billing?
Please let me know which is the best  way to adopt?
    Regards,
    SAM

    Hello,
If you have necessary authorization to change the Pricing Date in Invoice, please go ahead.
Change the Pricing date in Invoice,  go to Conditions tab & update the Pricing. System will fetch Condition Records as on that date.
    Hope this helps,

Hi folks. I would like to know if anyone of you has already worked with transaction VA02...I need a user exit, which could be capable to: Erase, Update and Insert new Price Conditions.
Scenario: The user will not enter into the Price Conditions Tab. He will only make some modifications to the document via VA02 and when he saves the document, then the user exit should update, erase or include new conditions based on some logic that the user exit will implement. does anyone know a user exit for this particular case, please !

    Hi
The values of the price of a bill are in KONV table: KONV-KNUMV = VBRK-KNUMV.
But the values  in BLUE colour are calculated at runtime, so u can't find that in any table.
It's not easy to get those values, because u need to simulate the pricing, if the values in BLUE are set for the printing u can try to use fm RV_PRICE_PRINT_ITEM

  • Determination of price conditions

    Hi all !!
We have a problem with our price determination.
The situation that is working wrong is the following:
When we create a sales order which is giong to be delivered in several steps (For instance, 400 units of the material XXXX, delivering 100 units per month) our system calculate the price conditions using the date of the outbound delivery instead of the pricing date of the sales order. Taking this into consideration, when the billing documents are created, for each outbaund delivery we've got a different price, and we should have the same price for every outbound delivery.
We've have been checking the copy control and everything is ok.
    Anyone can help us?
Of course if you need more information, please let us know.
    Thanks a lot.

Please check the copy controls (T-code VTFL, at the item category level field "Price Source", over there select the option "order" instead of delivery/order.
All the prices relevant at the order level will be applicable in the billing document
Plz reward points if this was useful to you.

  • Sales doc copy control not working with price condition

    Here's the situation.
For OR sales document I have  Procedure ZSALES and price conditions Z001
For a QT Sales document I have Procedure ZQUOTE which does not have a Z001 condition in that procedure.
If I create an OR (with the proper customer / matieral) the Z001 populates, based on it's defined record.
If I then create another OR with reference to the original OR, the Z001 populates with no problem.
Up to now everything's fine, now here's the probem......
If I create an OR with reference to a QT, the Z001 does not populate in the OR order.I know there is no Z001 in the QT for it to copy from, but if I do [New Pricing] in the order it still does not come in.(I've tried [new Pricing] with Pricing type A..G)
I have found OSS Note 413066, but this is in reference to 46c systems. we are on ECC 6.0
    any ideas ?

    Hi Bill,
If PP assigned for both are different it's not going to populate field even if you are redertermining price, since it would be following the PP of Quotation (ZQUOTE), not Sales Order (ZSALES) because it's gonna copy the elements of that PP in order. Are your PP assigned are same or different?
Hope this will answer your query
    Regards
