Interfaces for Search Error List Windows.

Hi,
I have developed the application as a plugin to visual studio.
Now i want to implement the search filter in error list window. In search filter we have three options namely open documents, current project, current document.
I want to provide the implementation for all the filter options.
For that i need interfaces to implement.
Could you please provide necessary details on this.

I prefer to use the API mentioned.
However this is in Oracle Manufactirung and we dont use that module instead I want to define them in Oracle Purchasing.
can I still do it in Purchasing using the same API.
Further as per the document there are 3 entities
01) Sourcing Rule/Bill of Distribution
02) Receiving Organization
03) Shipping Organization
Do I need to define all 3 in order to make it work?

Authorization filter for search resulut list according to UI Guidlines

Hi,
can anybody give me a hint where I can find the filters for diplaying results in a search result list. I found following information in chapter 17 of the UI Guidlines for SAP CRM:
Search result lists
One option for entries in a search result list is to show only objects for which the user executing the search has at least display authorizations (in other words, the result list is filterred based on maintained authorizations).
The other option is to also show objects for which the user doeas not at least have display authorization (in other words, the result list is not filtered based on maintained authorizations).
But I don't know where ic can set these filters.

You should use BAdI CRM_BADI_RF_Q1O_SEARCH for BTX and BADI_CRM_BUPA_IL_SEARCH_EXT for BUPA search. There is one little problem with BUPA - BAdI is called not always, solution of this is here: Filtering account search

Accessing OID DAS interface for searching OID without authentication

Is there any way of using DAS or another web based interface of OID to serach for directory information without having to log in to OID ? we have no sensitive info and want anyone who can access our server to be able to look up any entry

Turn on anonymous binds (enabled by default in OID) and you can make any LDAP client, including Outlook to search the directory. I am not sure DAS understands anonymous..

How to show "Error List" in SSMS ?

Hi,
For unknown reason, when we open the SSMS, we get "Error List" in the bottom.
There are columns like: Description / File / Line / Column in the "Error List".
We just wonder how to turn it on / off ?

Copy/paste "Error list" Items with errors as plain text ?

When I attempt to run a Labview project main.vi I get a long "Error list" window, listing many .vi files within the .lvproj as "Items with errors". I would like to get this listing as a plain text file for documentation purposes (another developer checked this code in, and it is supposed to be working). However the small window cannot be resized very much and it is not a plain text field that I can copy and paste in the normal Windows way. Is there a way to export these errors as plain text?

Thanks for the responses. I'm using Labview 2014 SP1 Version 14.0.1 (32 bit) on Windows 7.
Certainly I do need to talk with the other guy but he won't be back for some weeks. The errors I have cause a "broken arrow" condition so the program does not even start. Does an error handler at the end help me in that case? Yes I can do a screen shot, but there are so many errors it would take about 5 screen shots to scroll through the (fairly small, non-resizeable) dialog box and capture them all.
I was hoping for an easy way to capture this, but now my guess is that LabView was just not intended to work that way. I'm more used to other programming environments, where errors were always available in plain text format.

Web interface to search database

Currently I need to implement a web interface for search & enquiry of databases.
The senario is there is a page to provide search criterion, the criterion may comes from column A from Table 1, column B from table 2 (all thse tables can be joined). After speicified these criterion, the search result can display fields from various columns of various table.
Is there any framework does it?

No. If there were a simple way, they wouldn't be able to charge money.
There are free tools, but they aren't nearly as easy to integrate and use.

Auto-close "Downloads List" window?

Is there a way for the "Download List" window to automatically close when a download is complete? I have it set so that items are automatically cleared from the window when the download is complete, but would like the window to close as well rather than just sitting there empty. (Disabling it altogether might be OK too, I find with a fast connection most of the things I download might only take a second or two, so there's no need to really monitor their progress).

I don't think you can turn this window off.
One alternate use for the window aside from monitoring downloads is that if you click on the magnifying glass icon next to the item's name, you can have it revealed in the Finder. Handy if you don't want to bother clicking to find the item, Safari/the Finder will take you right to it!
(of course to use this feature you would have to change preferences so that the window wasn't cleared automatically.)

Still my issue was not resolved, could you help me to find the exact error.I have enhanced the component, view and context node, still i couldn't able to add attributes to the context node BTQRACT.I tried to add several fields, but it is giving the same error 'METHOD CL_BT126S_A_APPTSR_CTXT' CREATE_BTQRACT DOES NOT EXIST'. I have checked the OSS messages and found 2 relavant to this component. I have implemented both the Sap Notes 1363752, 1226612. Still after implementing the OSS note, i am getting the same error.My guess is one of the method is missing. Please help me out?

TS3297 I have installed, reinstalled, repaired, retarted and followed all trouble-shooting tasks; Now I am getting "Apple Supprt Application not found: error 2(Windows 5). Please uninstall and reinstall itunes. I have done that. It is listed in my progra

I am trying to install itunes on my computer (Windows Vista). After initial instillation I got an error 42404 A required itunes componenet is not installed; please repair or re-intall itunes and error 50, cannot access itunes store at this time. Please try later. I have done that multiple times; uninstalled all components, reinstalled all components, repaired all components, restarted my computer. I have changed firewall settings to allow acess to all of the apple components. I have made sure the required ports are open. All of the components are showing on the installed programs section of my control panel.
I am now getting an error message that says that Apple Support Application is not found error 2 (windows 5). It is listed in the installed programs and I have repaired it.
I am out of options. And help would be appreciated.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

Windows Phone 8.1 How to search combobox list?

I have a combobox list created by binding to an ObservableCollection<> read from a JSON file. The
ObservableCollection <T> source has two strings and I want to find the object within the combobox list that
matches the value of one of the strings. I can do this using foreach but I wanted to know if there was a way e.g. combobox.items.where(x => x.ItemId == "4"). This example returns an error so does that mean that combobox in 8.1
does not support .where and .select, etc. for searching ?

From your above error message, it says the property "ItemID" is not referred in a proper way.

Searching for clips in project window takes forever...spinning ball

Not sure what could be causing this but searching for any clips in Premiere Pro CC project window takes forever.
I'm editing on a 2013 iMac i7 maxed out with full RAM (32GB) and my project along with all clips is on an external 4TB thunderbolt drive with over 1TB of free space.
Searching for a single clip, will often take minutes when typing the clip's name in the project window. It should pop up within seconds but it takes literally can take up to 5 minutes as the mac spinning beach ball keeps flashing. Is this normal? Hopefully the latest update will make the project window searches much faster.
I just can't understand it as I had a project of similar size in FCP7 where I could call up clips within a split second just by typing the name.

Go to ~/Library/Preferences and move the com.apple.finder.plist file to the Trash and restart your Mac.
The tilde "~" character represents your home folder.
Since the problem happens in more then account I'm not sure if trashing the .plist file will help but won't hurt to try.
From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Empty Cache. When you are done with that...
From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Reset Safari. Select the top 5 buttons and click Reset.
Go here for trouble shooting 3rd party plugins or input managers which might be causing the problem. Safari: Add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

Try repairing disk permissions...
Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and *restart your Mac.*

Creating an Interface for a class: error

Hi there,
I'm new to Java as you'll see from the question.
I created a class "Bicycle" and then went on to create an interface for it "InterBicycle" only I get the following error:
bad class file: C:\Documents and Settings\Melanie\Bicycle\src\bicycle\InterBicycle.java
file does not contain class bicycle.InterBicycle
I checked in the bicycle folder and the "InterBicycle.java" file is there.
Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

Silly mistake on my part, I was just reading about Inheritance and then went on to reading about Interfaces.
Changing this I came up with another error for each of the methods implemented by Bicycle.java:
