Other 2 interface are Outbound and Inbound interface.

I would like to know if I can use a manual SQL query in an interface.
Here is what I need.
I have two tables.
T1 with 4 fields :
idT1, LibC, val, lib_val
An example of a line from T1
1, field1, 33 , value 33

And table T2 with fields such as:
idT2, ... , field1, field2
There is no key to join T1 and T1, but I should retrieve the value of field lin_val from T2 which corresponds to the value of field1.
In SQL, the query looks like this:

WHERE T2.LibC = "Column_name"
AND T2.val = T1.Column_name
AND t1.idT1 = xyz

Video Message Issue

Hello, guys! I have a bit of an issue with the new video message feature of Skype. That is, the option to send a video message is grayed out on every contact I have on Skype, but my friends can send me video messages and I can view them without any problems.
Skype version: 6.21.59.104 (searching for updates yields me that I have the latest version of Skype)
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (100% legal)
Camera: Turbo-X 1080P Full HD with built-in microphone (functions perfectly during video calls)
Internet Speed: Average of 100Mbps if I remember correctly. Fairly fast and functional 100% of the time (I don't know if it is relevant)
Note: I have no Facebook or Live contacts on my contact list. I do not log in as Invisible. Some of my friends do, but the option is grayed out for everyone, not just those that are Invisible. The only personal modification I have done for Skype is to block the advertisments by blocking access to apps.skype.com through my Control Panel.

System Error messages in AE could not be Cancelled nor Restarted

Hi,
I'm working on a scenario with a JDBC Receiver. During the testing, messages going to the JDBC receiver were being delivered successfully, however after a while, messages started to end in error (while others end up in holding/delivering status). Checking the error, I got this:
+SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12528, TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections+
*note that connection to the same DB is working for a different interface*
Checking blogs, it was explained that this error happens when the "unregister" did not complete properly, since the listener did not unregister the instance and "appropriate" instance is already running, we get this error. A solution was also provided in the blog where the Listener should be bounced, and then the SQL instance should be restarted. -- this resolution is on the side of the Receiver DB.
My question is on the side of XI. I've already set the adapter status to "Inactive" in the configuration. Checked the Serialization to identify the bottle neck, tried to cancel and restart, but it is not working (getting the below error)
+Unable to cancel x of x messages; update the status+
+Unable to schedule x of x messages for processing; update the status+
So given the above scenario, how can I cancel the messages in System Error in AE -- so that holding/delivering can proceed - and will be cancelled eventually?
Any thoughts?

Are you using EOIO for this scenatrio.
In this case you have to cancel/delete the first message which is in holding state.
If you are not using EOIO and still the messages are in holding state then the receiver system must accept the message (in your cae the DB)

How to Configure E-mail and Chat functionalities

Dear all,
How to configure E-mail and Chat functionalities for IC Webclient.
through IC Webclient ICI interface how can we configure E-mail functionality, As per my understanding, E-mails can be handled in a similar way of receiving phones.
Where these E-mails can be stored?, Where we define agent E-mail id?
being ICI is a multi channel support does it need SMPT server support? If No, would there be any difference in the functionality?
How does CHAT functionality works?
Please educate in above scenarios to get a better understanding.

Generic condition in Receiver Determination

hi,
in receiver determination, we can define a Condition, but in condition editor, under "context object", we have only some standard parameters of PI adapter like "FileName" like http://sap.com./xi/XI/System/file used in Dynamicconfiguration. I saw also some of seeburger... so...
How can we define our own "_generic_" condition ? Do I need to create an Adapter ?
Note: I do NOT want to define a context object (in ESR) and affect it to a field of a service service, because it's limited to one interface , and I want a generic context which could be used for all interfaces (already developped and to be developped).

thanks for your interest, but no, that's not my subject. I want neither a specific context object based on only one service interface (your blog) nor to define dynamically the receiver by using mapping functions... I would like to have my own predefined context in Context Objects like these of SAP, example: Filename from DynamicConfiguration of a FILE adapter.
I know my topic is a litle too technic... but it's a part of a more global solution (*) to do a pre-control on all my existing interfaces (!). so the solution should be as less intrusive as possible: I do not want to change in depth all my interfaces... supens...

Ipfilter: does policy routing work on Solaris 10?

- Does the ipf redirection (aka policy routing) feature work with the
ipfilter that comes with Solaris 10?
I would like to use the the ipf redirection statements "to
interface:router_ip" or "reply-to interface:router_ip" as decribed in
http://coombs.anu.edu.au/~avalon/ipf.new.txt
(The syntax is mentionned in the BNF of the Solaris 10 ipf(4) man
page, but the explanations there are lacking.)
On a machine that has two interfaces, the purpose is to send output
reply packets of a TCP session to the same interface that the input
packets came from. The idea to use ipfilter to do this comes from the
blog entry:

My first try was to use "reply-to" in a "keep state" rule:
pass in quick on e1000g305000 reply-to e1000g305000:10.13.5.1 proto tcp from any to any port = 443 keep state keep frags group i_sso-test1
Which I understand as "once a connection to port 443 starts on
interface e1000g305000 send all reply packets to the same interface to
the gateway 10.13.5.1"
But it does not work; in the ipf log it shows that the rule matched:

But the reply packet is not seen on the router (10.13.5.1), nor does
it get to 10.194.17.11 through another route (no firewall on that
machine).
My second try was to use two stateless rules, and to do "source port
routing" for outgoing packets:
pass in quick proto tcp from any to any port = 443 group i_sso-test1
pass out quick on e1000g0 to e1000g305000:10.13.5.1 proto tcp from any port = 443 to any group o_sso-test1
pass out quick proto tcp from any port = 443 to any group o_sso-test1
Which I understand as "incoming packets to port 443 are allowed and
outgoing packets from port 443, if passing on interface e1000g0, are
redirected through interface e1000g305000 via the gateway 10.13.5.1,
if not, are just allowed".
It does not work either; in the ipf log it shows that both the in and
the first out rules matched:

- Should this work with ipfilter v4.1.9 (592) coming with Solaris 10
u7?
- Am I missing something in the configuration?
- Shouldn't the ipf log show the outgoing reply packet twice? (Once on
the "wrong" interface e1000g0 and once on the interface it is
redirected to e1000g305000.) Or indicate in another manner that the
redirection occurred (like it indicates K-S for "keep state")?

by an ipf policy based routing rule to an interface with tagging are
not transmitted.
In order to better see what was happening the ipf rules were extended
like this (stateless case):

SYN-ACK reply packet go out on e1000g0.
The reverse case, essentially the original setup shown in my first
post, where the default route is the interface without tagging
(e1000g0) and the reply packet matches the redirection rule from
e1000g0 to the interface with tagging e1000g305000, the packet is lost
(i.e. is not visible in the packet capture on either interface).
Further tests with stateful redirection ("reply-to") show the same
pattern (does not work when packets are redirected to an interface
with tagging).
It looks like it is a bug: may be ipfilter injects the redirected
packet at a processing stage where it should already have a 802.1q tag
but does not, or something similar; in the working case, ipfilter acts
on a not yet tagged packet which can be used "as is" at the same
processing stage on the non tagging interface, and thus is correctly
transmitted.
Conclusion: ipfilter policy based routing does work on Solaris 10u7,
but, at least in my setup, not when redirection occurs to a 802.1q
tagging interface.
- Could somebody confirm this?
- Is this a known bug? (I didn't find anything relevant on sunsolve or
on the ipfilter mailing list)

Error while loading services: Failure in Loader: VerifyError: Error #1014

I have a library that, after it loads, I see this error in the console:
Failure in Loader: VerifyError: Error #1014: Class mx.collections::ArrayCollection could not be found.
I had the same problem with another library, except it had a problem with IToken. I got around this problem by changing the default linkage of libraries in build path from external to merge into code. That did not work this time.
Merging Flex libraries into service libraries does not seem to be anything close to the correct way to deal with this. Besides, it didn't some the problem every time.
What is the best way to keep these sorts of dependency errors from arising? The RSLs are included with Web apps, but not with libraries.

I have found what happened.
I created a library and created a data model within it. I created some entities within the data model. Some of those entities had collections as properties. I created the ActionScript code for the model and the collections were ArrayCollections. I moved the interfaces of the created code to a separate library.
The interfaces need to be changed from using ArrayCollection to IList. I knew enough about that to change it for the service I was trying to bring into my application. I missed another interface that had ArrayCollections as properties and that caused the error.
After cleaning up all of the ArrayCollection references from the interface library my service loaded.

Populating XLS file using ODI

Hi,
I have a requirement i will receive on a daily basis a file from SAP having some data.I need to integrate the data coming in a XLS file.
What i know till now is i can create Oracle table from the Text file.
Now i would like to know if there is any way to create Excel file from that database?
If yes how could i achieve that?

Skype 7.0 not using Windows scroll wheel settings

Exactly what it says on the tin. In the mouse options for Windows, you can set your mousewheel to scroll a given number of lines per "tick" of the wheel. The default is three lines per tick, but many users increase this (personally, I use 6). Normally, this affects virtually anything with a scroll bar including system windows, web browsers, text editors, and previous versions of Skype. Since updating to Skype 7.0 this behavior is no longer present, causing Skype windows to scroll at roughly one line per tick rather than the number set in Windows. It isn't an enormous usability issue, but it feels like scrolling through molassas (Skype windows scroll at roughly 1/6 the rate of others for me, and each scrolling motion moves me only one or two messages either way), is very annoying, and throws off the seamless nature of the Windows UI. Neither restarting Skype nor altering the setting have caused it to pick up on it, which suggests to me that Skype is simply ignoring it rather than this being an individual issue or update hiccough. This behavior is occurring on both Windows 7 (64) and Windows 8.1 (64). Can someone confirm to me whether this behavior is universal for Skype 7.0, and if so whether there's any chance of it being fixed in the near future? The new UI is pretty, but I'm not exactly in love with many of the design decisions (could the chat windows possibly have been less efficient in terms of space?) so if the scrolling's broken too I may just give up and go back to 6.x.

This is yet another example of Skype using custom controls which do not mimic the full behavior of the standard controls in Windows. This is something that Microsoft themselves warn developers not to do, and have done for years. Creating a Blog Template with Current BC interface

I created a website using Muse. I upgraded to the web commerce so that I could have the added features, blog, ecommerce, etc.
Now I'd like to add a blog (I came from word press) and upload a custom template (with a simple header and footer). This website would be www.mywebsite.com/blog. Where can I find this information? All of the online documentation refers to an old bc interface (http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/753/bc_753.html#main_Customizing__Blog_Layouts?bc-partner). It took me two hours, I searched the deep ends of the Internet, You Tube, and through every menu in the current bc interface until I realized this. The time I saved using Muse was wiped out looking for this information.
All I want to do is add a custom template and post a few blogs. Is there documentation that explains this step-by-step with the current interface? Any help would be appreciated.

Getting my blog posts from IWeb interfaced with Facebook

How do I get my blog posts, created on IWeb, and through Networked Blogs to sync with my Facebook page? I cant seem to get the individual posts available to post in my Facebook status bar. No posts from blog are visible...any ideas?
