Inventory count shows zero.

When I check the "License 15A - General license reconciliation report". Inventory count shows zero for some softwares. Currently I have imported few non-Microsoft and Microsoft license information. inventory count column shows zero. Is there
some other configuration I need to modify so this gets updated?
I have verified csv file of licenses many times, its correct only.
Product is SCCM 2012 SP1.
Please help!!!

Is it only a few or all that shows up blank? if it is a few, then all components are working and you perhaps should double-check the .csv file again and verify the application information in your .csv file. Otherwise make sure that Assett Intelligence is
and hardware inventory is working in the environment.

Asset Intelligence - Licence 14A Microsoft Volume Licensing Reconcilation report - Zero Inventory Count

I have a SCCM 2012 SP1 Installation. I have set the client to report software and hardware inventory every 1 day. I have installed the Asset Intelligence Synchronization Point and sync it with Microsoft. I have enabled all the AIS Reporting Classes
to be reported on.
I have had the clients deployed for several days and I am getting no reporting on the inventory count. Software Metering and other reports are working fine. Could I please have some guidance on how to resolve this? Which logs in particular may resolve me
issue?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but I’m trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Number of Page View is showing zero for Site web Analytics Reports

Hi,
We have enabled Site Web Analytics reports in our Site Collection but the Number of Page views is showing zero for all the dates. We have checked all the events to capture in Site Collection Audit settings, Reporting feature is also activated but still the
count shows 0 for all the dates.
There are other Site Collection that exists under that Web Application but they show the count for Number of Page views in Site.
Any help would be appreciated.

find usage proxy id with following command:
Get-SPServiceApplicationProxy
then start service with following command:

Usage Report Shows Zero (0) Hits

When I view the Excel Usage report for my site collection as described here
here, it shows zero hits. Same for my top-level site page. I've gone into Central Admin and confirmed the Usage and Health Data Collection service is running
as described
here and that it is properly configured. Via PowerShell, I've also confirmed the EnableReceivers property is set to true as described
here .
Still no luck. Nothing but 0 hits reported. Any other suggestions on how I can get this working?

User analytics take 24 to generate data so check after 24 hours.

After you enable Web Analytics , SharePoint automatically does not start making analytical data unless we specify data that needs to be captured and saved on the analytics service application database.
SharePoint will created a service application database typically named as "WSS_Logging" after you provision Usage Collection Service.
If this service is already present , then I would suggest to reconfigure usage and logging service once again. It should work.

Physical Inventory Count with Batches / Inventory Tracking+Posting

Hi,
There does not seem to be any way to record a Physical Inventory count with Batch managed items.
Scenario-1: In case 1.8 kg of batch number 222 is counted during Physical Count. B1 has Batch number 111 with quantity 2.5kg. B1 assumes that a lesser quantity of existing batch 111 was counted and the batch SELECTION screen appears.
Scenario-2: Similarly, if 3 kg of batch number 222 is counted during Physical Count and Batch number 111 exists on Business One with quantity 2.5kg, then B1 assumes that a new batch was found and the batch CREATION screen appears.
Scenario-3: If 2.5 kg of batch number 222 is counted during Physical Count - with Batch number 111 on Business One with quantity 2.5kg, then B1 assumes a zero "difference" in posting window. Wrong batch removal and new batch addition cannot be done - the batch selection/creation screen does not pop up with CTRL+TAB.
A Physical inventory count sheet with hundreds of rows with all 3 above scenarios in the rows is normally supposed to be entered into any system.
An easy way to do this should exist on SAP B1 but does not appear to exist right now.

Thanks for your message and screenshots. In current version of SAP Business One, the Inventory Posting functionality does not offer input at the batch level. The system behaves in the following way:
If the Difference number is positive, you will see a Define Bathes
window where you can assign the item quantity to the relevant batches.
If the Difference number is negative, you will see a Batch Number
Selection widow where you can issue item from the relevant batch.
So it isnot possible to enter the count for batch managed items per batch. The possible workaround is after Inventory Posting, use Goods Issue and Receipt to manually adjust the Batch quantity.
Please kindly have a try. If the feature is important for customer
business process, please kindly refer to attached Note 1028874 for
further action.

Enter Inventory Count Help

When entering an inventory count in MI04, I have a few hundred items that need to be entered as zero under quantity. This is because we're running the AFS version of SAP, and have multiple grid numbers for a single material, therefore resulting in many values to be entered for one material. Is there any way that I can enter them ALL as zero without going in and entering a value for each one individually?

i have a big button in the middle above the inventory lines in MI04 called Set zero count.
You first enter all your real counts. and when you are done. the you click this button and all items without a count get the zero count flag.

I have a quick question for you experts;
Inventory counts u2013 I know there are various techniques that we could use within my company but one requirement that was asked about was for that for every pick/removal from a Fixed Bin Storage Type that you had to enter/confirm the remaining quantity left in the bin. The process seemed very extreme in terms of admin for the pickers but it ensured that the picking was 99.98% accurate.
Any ideau2019s Guru's? We are on 4.7 and running SAP Web console for the warehouse(s) in for putway/picking and Inventory. I realise that there are methods such as 'count when zero & count upon first placement' but this is something different..

You can use 2-step confirmation but it is related to the quantity you remove. So, warehouse workers have to confirm the quantity when they remove it from the source bin and they have to confirm it when they place it into the destination bin.
SPRO > LE > WM > Activities > Confirmations.
If you want to trigger automatic check of the remaining quantity, it is very propably you have to go to development (I'm not aware of any setting through which you could realize this)
However, if stock removal & putaway quantities are always accurate (WH workers check only these and not the whole content of the bin), stock in the bins should be accurate also automatically.

Email counter showing a "-1"

I have an Imap account with gmail and recently my e-mail counter has been showing a negative one / "-1" . has anyone seen this before?
what happens now is that with 1 e-mail in my inbox (usually i archive all my main and my inbox is empty) - the counter will show zero or nothing - but only when i have (2) emails in my inbox will the counter show "1".
I've tried deleting the IMAP account and recreating - no luck.
When i go into the inbox, the inbox has a long number instead of the usual e-mail address.

Check whether do you have defined the industry sector in R/3. This has to be done before filling the setup table. search the forums with note no 353042.
This is done with the help of Transaction MCB_ which you can find in the OLTP IMG for BW (Transaction SBIW) in your attached R/3 source system.
Here you can choose your industry sector. 'Standard' and 'Consumer products' are for R/3 standard customers, whereas 'Retail' is intended for customers with R/3 Retail only.
You can display the characteristics of the process key (R/3 field BWVORG, BW field 0PROCESSKEY) by using Transaction MCB0.
If you have already set up historical data (for example for testing purposes) by using the setup transactions (Statistical Setup Programs) (for example: Purchasing: Tx OLI3BW, material movements: OLI1BW) into the provided setup tables (for example: MC02M_0SCLSETUP, MC03BF0SETUP), you unfortunately have to delete this data (Tx LBWG). After you have chosen the industry sector by using MCB_, perform the setup again, so that the system fills a valid transaction key for each data record generated. Then load this data into your connected BW by using 'Full update' or 'Initialization of the delta process'. Check, whether the system updates data into the involved InfoCubes now.
If all this is not successful, please see Note 315880, and set the application indicator 'BW' to active using Transaction 'BF11'.

Limit SC showing Zero value in report SC per cost centre in SRM portal

Hi SRM Gurus,
On executing SC per cost centre report avaialble in SRM 5.0 Portal I am getting value of limit SC as zero. while in all other follow on documents i.e. PO and Invoice its displaying the value.
Is it due to the fact the for Limit Items we don't have any GR/confirmation i.e zero quantity? and the value column field has Sigma symbol on it. so maybe it is multiplying quantity with the value here?
Is this SAP SRM standard for limit items to show zero value in this report ?

          In stock transfer from plant to depots, i have created excise invoice with reference to proforma invoice, but the excise values are not reflecting in excise invoice, i mean to say BED,ECESS ,SCESS are showing zero values....

Ipod classic not allowing access to to music or pod casts - shows zero files in music and pod cast but used space shows 3/4 full it is recognized by itunes sometimes on my pc but unable to view content

ipod classic shows disk 3/4 full but when i look in the folders it shows zero for music and zero for podscasts. i can not access these folders on the ipod or when it does connect to my windows computer thru itunes. it does not connect 90% of the time now. i let it check the disk when it was connected to my pc which did not good - any other ideas? other than restore?

Your iPod filesystem is corrupted, so your music and podcastr is in the Others, this is most likely caused by a slow USB connection, which timeout during sync.
Try the Hard Reset first
After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs or till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

Then do the iPod Disk Diagnostic, in this earlier post by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but help you decide if your iPod is dying and causing the timeouts.

Weight of delivery showing zero

Hi Gurus
The issue we are facing is that in case of a few deliveries the Total weight of delivery is showing ZERO instead of sum of weight of all items. In fact the gross weight of first line item is also showing zero. I checked material master, but the weight is maintained correcly there. And also it is coming correctly in SO.
This generally happens in case of materials managend in batches. I searched forum and only got to know that one possible reason could be copy control . But if that is the problem then it should happen in case of all delvieries whcih is not the case.
