Invoice for perpetual licence product
I bought a perpetual licence for Lightroom 5 and now i need to receive/download the invoice for fiscal use (with VAT and so on), how can I get it?
I’m in the US but I can see this sort of thing if I login to http://www.adobe.com/ then go to Manage Account, then View All under Products & Plans, then View All Orders under the Order History section, then expand the date of my order and I’ll see a product and some financial details of the purchase including any taxes, and there’s even a Print Invoice link that creates a PDF suitable for printing.

Print invoice for bought online products
Hi,
not sure if this is the right section...anyway I bought me MBP in the online store (via the website of apple). Unfortunately, it shipped without an invoice. I expected to be able to print it by myself then via the online store. Indeed this option can be found in the account menu, but everytime I click on it I end up on the website that shows me the history of made orders of the past x-days without seeing any button or hint whatsoever that allows me to print a bill for a bought product.
I really need a printed invoice - how do I get it?

Once an item is billed, Apple creates an invoice. You can view or print individual invoices for each item on your order.
To view or print your invoice, log in to online Order Status and click the View Orders button. Click the Print Invoices link on the Your Orders page to get a printable image of your invoice(s).

I am a long-term user of Lightroom as a standalone product with a perpetual licence. As a retired person on limited income, it is very disappointing to me that Adobe have introduced the 'Creative Cloud' (CC) subscription service in order for me to be able to continue upgrading this excellent product. It will be for me too expensive at the minimum cost of £9 per month. The additional services that CC brings are personally of no relevance or usefulness. Adobe should be prepared to support existing users who are, like myself, non commercial, amateur photographers by giving them the simple opportunity to upgrade to Lightroom 6 as a standalone, perpetual licence product. As a member of a camera club I know my co-members who use Lightroom are equally disappointed by this move to a subscription-only service.

Yes, but when I bought my standalone license and clicked on the "Download" button it took me to the LightroomCC page. The downloaded file is named Lightroom 6, but in the CC app the installed program is LightroomCC (2015). -
I am trying to buy a Lightroom upgrade (from LR3) with a perpetual licence and with a student discount.
If I go the student discount route on the web U get taken to the 'cloud' options which I don't want.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS Is the upgrade worth it in any case??I believe there are NO upgrades for Student and Teacher editions but you can see here: Products
If the price is the same as an ordinary upgrade you are probably better off buying that because it can be upgraded in the future. -
CIN process to enter Excise Invoice for Return Delivery

I would like to know How to process excise invoice for return delivery. We have return sales order, return delivery created and product is received into inventory Customer return Blocked stock (movement 657).
Where and How can i enter Excise invoice for this return (Credit Memo)?
I tried J1IH transaction--> Other Adjustments
I am getting following error.
GL account has not been assigned for RG23ASED in customization

GL account has not been assigned for the excise a/c in customization
Procedure
Assign GL a/c for the excise a/c in CIN customization under : Accounting -> Assign GL accounts to excise groups and transaction types"
Please helpJ1IIN is intended only for outgoing sales and not for returns.
For updation of excise related sales returns, run J1IH and do the following:-
Customer Credit
Choose the Additional excise input the original excise invoice reference, document year, company code, plant and excise group and execute. There input manually what value you need to give credit and save.
Cenvat Debit
Choose Other Adjustment and here also, maintain the datas whatever you input as above and save.

Is there a service to list invoice types and all invoices for a customer?
Hi gurus!
The header/subject speakes for it self: is there a service method that lists all available invoice types?
The customer uses ecc with ehp3 and I have only found a service for getting an invoice for an invoice Id. But I also want to list all invoices for a certain vendor/customer and to list all invoices for one or more search criteria and thus get a list of invoices that spans over several vendors/customers.
I have got the service info from the following place:

and there chosen "Enterpise Services for Enhancement Package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0".
I'm not sure I have read the library of services correctly though. Is it possible that a method for invoice can be under a service which is not a service for invoice? Or is the library very "strict" so that I can assume that there actually are no services for the purposes stated above? There is no search functionality that I can see...

The computer is already crippled. Remove the Intego product, which is worse than useless and worse than the imaginary "viruses" would be if they really existed, which they don't, by following the instructions on this page. If you have a different version, the procedure may be different.

Whenever I start any of my microsoft programs I get an error message stating "non-commercial use, not licenced product" and I cannot do anything in the programs. I havve the Home and Business 2013 version.
My husband bought the office programs for his and my computer and so they are both registered to his name however my email is the login, I dont know if this is relevant.

Based on your description, several possibilities come to my mind.
1. You mentioned your husband bought the Office Suite for you, did he purchase one product key or two? We need to confirm if the product key can be installed on multiple machines, if a product key can be only installed once and he installed it
on his computer first, you should purchase a new product key to activate your Office.
Since the policy differs in different areas, to confirm how many machines the product key can be installed on, let your husband ask the retailer or contact the local customer service to get the answer:

2. Please confirm your Office version. Based on the message "non-commercial use", I found this kb:

But it's for Office Home and Student instead of Office Home and Business, we can perform the steps below to find the Microsoft Software License Terms:
1. Start and Office program.
2. On the File (Backstage) tab, click Account.
3. Click About (Product name: Word, Excel etc..), in the window that opens, click
View the Microsift Software License Terms link.
3. If your Office is a trial version or the product key is not for the version that you are using, consider to uninstall it first, and install the appropriate version. You can probably get the installation media from your husband.

Invoiced Quantity grouped by Product Hierarchy

I am trying to create an Evaluation (tCode MC11) which will report on Invoiced Quantity grouped by Product Hierarchy. I created an evaluation referencing an evaluation structure which references two other eval. structures: one - for data tables VBRP and the second for info. struct.S004. One of the characteristics is Product Hierarchy. The problem is, that when I execute the evaluation - I only get 4th level of product hierarchy, but I need to see all four, starting with the first one.
(I would like it to look like this:
level 1
level 2
level 3
level 4

there will be maintenance involved every time you add a material to the material master. However you could maintain the hierarchy through a GUI also depending on the number of values.
Ideally if this can be maintained in a table in the source system , it can be imported into BW. Otherwise if you were to maintain it in BW , you will have a lot of problems when :
1. Change in the hierarchy - A new Product Line coming in and many product category onwards change over to the new product line.
2. Viewing the changed hierarchy over time - If you have GM and a separate category called Daewoo , earlier they were separate and now they are one - what are my product sales due to the merged entity vis-a-vis separate entities earlier...
Things that you will need to consider from a design stand popint are :
1. Should the hierarchy be time dependent ?
2. Should it be maintained in the source system or in BW?
3. Change process for the same - Flat file / Manual
4. Estimate of how frequent the hierarchy would change?
5. Will you have display hierarchies - Ad-Hoc hierarchies to view certain combinations?
Depending on the above your hierarchy creation can go from easy to complex and hard to maintain.
One way to amintain it is to have a SAP ABAP program to populate a hierarchy table to have the relations in R/3 and transfer them into BW. You could automate it in such a way that the hierarchy is changed every time there is a new material
Otherwise , there can be a flat file to create the relationships
Or someone could log a request and if the change is minimal it couldbe done thru a GUI Interface provided by BW.

I cannot seem to add a product to a quote/order/invoice - and select the desired product attribute(s)...

Unfortunately this is a wishlist request as you cannot select the product attribute item when manually generating an order from the CRM at this stage.
The only workaround is to create the order on behalf of the customer on the front-end side of site.
I'll pass this feedback to our product team as well.

I look for the function which is sent Electronic invoice for customers.
Right now we are using 4.6C and our customer use SAP also.
Our industory is consumer product and chemical product.
Our requirements are follows.
- Electronic invoices should be digitally signed from our side
- The electronic invoice has to be converted from SAP format to a standard format accepted by the customer (common standard formats are PDF, XML, etc..)
- The files have to be automatically distributed from SAP to customer platform (SAP Server to local server to customer IT system/platform),
- File distribution tool should be able to be easily managed for several customers (FTP file transfer customer by customer could be become too complicated depending on the number of customers).
Are there any solution or similar case with us?

This is not the place to ask licence keys..for BO products. If you are working for a company then ask your administrator OR try to install trail versions of BO products.
I just want to know why you are installing such a old version of BO. Is there any reason ?

Firstly, you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials.
After you are signed in, click on your name in the navigation bar and then click 'Manage Account'.
Under 'Plan & Products section', choose 'Manage Plan'.
All your plan details, payments, billing history are listed on this page.
To print the invoice, click on 'Print' button next to the invoice. A PDF copy of the invoice will be displayed in the next tab and this is it.
Now check and let me know if you need further assistance.

Partial Qty. Invoices for same Delivery
Hi,
We have a requirement of doing Billing for Partial Qty from Delivery i.e. multiple invoices for same delivery. In accordance, following configuration has been done.
Item Cat. Billing relevance to 'K'.
Item Cat. Completion Rule to 'B'.
VTFL - Billing Qty. to 'B'.
The system is now allowing to create Billing with Partial Qty., but only for the 1st time. When trying to Bill the remaining Quantity from the same delivery, it is not allowing to do so.
Checked the Billing Status in Delivery Item & it has status as 'C' - Completely Processed, although only Partial Qty Billing has happend.
Please let me if their is some additonal config / copy control / status management change reqd. or their might be a product error / SAP Note reqd.

I have tried the mentioned requirement it is working fine absolutely and billing status is also showing in VBUK for delivery.
Please find the below configuration settings

Billing quantity-B
Once the delivery is done go to vf01 and select the document and go to selection list.
then you have open quantity, change the quantity according to u r requirement, select the item and click the copy icon and shot the enter.
Hope will fix the issue.

Invoice for Service order if POD activated
Dear all,
I have a query regarding the invoice creation for service order.
Scenario is like, I have activated POD for customers. when I create a sales order for a product I have to create delivery for that sales order also. but I cant create invoice as I have activated POD for that customer. So I have go for POD first then only i can cretae invoice. This is ok with me.
But I want to know
1) if I create a sales order with service item for same customer can i create invoice also? as delivery wont be there for service item. Will system allow me to create invoice with the reference service order?
2) will system allow me to create cash invoice for Cash Sales order also? (with ref of cash sales order )

Cs6 asks for cc licence?
When opening ai cs6 on Mac Pro, it asks for cc license. ai cs6 runs without problems on macbook pro.
I once had cs6 and cc on both machines, but now only cs6 is left. all other programs cs6 run without problems.I already did twice – same problem!

It sounds as if your Mac Pro thinks that you are running CS6 under CC as subscription (which is possible), rather than as a separate perprtual licence version.
You may need to reinstall as perpetual.
