IOS print to HP ePrint service with 2 SSID on same network. One works, other not.

I have this situation, and wants to know if someone have the same problem.
First of all, sorry for my english.
We have an infrastructre of various SSID, and one of them is configured to public access, except our servers ( 192.168.0.0 network). The rest are private SSIDs, and access to all network traffic.
We have some HP printers with ePrint service, and works perfectly from any Wifi device printing to configured email on the HP ePrint service, from the private networks, but don't works connected from Public SSID. With a Laptop and an Android device it works perfectly, both private and public SSID. Seems that iOS can't sync the email on public SSID, so they cant send it to hpeprint account. The private and public SSID are on different subnetworks (192.168.3.0 and 192.168.9.0 ).
The routing and deny/permit rules are configured on a Cisco ASA 5300 device. The SSID stations are all Cisco Aironet.
Problem seems incompatibility with some service / protocol on Cisco ASA and iOS software, not in printing. The problem is sending the email, not printing it.
I suspect it's on iOS side because on Laptops and Android it works fine.

Typically this kind of thing is handled by tweaking the DHCP server to have a list of known client MAC addresses and turning off auto-allocation. Depending on your organization size, though, that might not be practical.
The better solution, though may be to separate the networks and not try to ru them both on the same subnet. You would be better off creating a 192.168.168.x LAN and a 192.168.167.x LAN and enabling routing between them.
Depending on your switch this maybe as simple as creating a couple of VLANs and designating each port as being in the .167 or the .168 network as appropirate.
You then setup some device on the network as a bridge. Depending on which device you use, this could be your switch, a router you install, or even the existing router in your network.
Clients in the .167 can still print to the .168 printers, and vice versa, by routing the print job through this bridge. If routing between the subnets is too much and you're only worried about printing you could install a print server in each network and run all print jobs through that.

Actually you always use ethernet..
MBA does not come with ethernet port.. but apple sells both a cheap usb to ethernet and a much more expensive and much faster thunderbolt to ethernet adapter. With ethernet to eliminite this silly situation of setting up wireless over wireless, so if you make any change you instantly drops you off the network. Like cartoons of people sawing off the branch they are sitting on.
But you can reset.. no reset will do anything at all to the material on the hard disk. You must deliberately erase it.
Read the info because you may only need to do a soft reset. That is hold the reset for 1sec (2-3sec is fine) as long as you don't hold it for a full reset.

Even a full factory reset will not harm your files in any way, (or any further!!)
I am "concerned" that you have no backup to vital files on your TC. That is not wise. TC are no more immune to failure than any other hard disk.. (actually latest ones use the cheapest green WD drives money can buy) and keeping files in only one location is a receipe for disaster. An external drive is much more accessible.. cheaper and tend to be more reliable. There are too many things to break in the TC.. it is designed as a backup target for TM. Not a file store.

I need to change printer code for eprint services

Is it not accepting the printer code that printed out on the information page? Is it giving an error message at the website when you enter that code? If that code is over 24 hours old the site will not accept that code. You would just have to reprint the info page again from the web services icon on the display screen. For most printers, that icon is in the top left corner and looks like a piece of paper with a target behind it, generally speaking. The code, 90% of the time, will not change and will be the same. The page just has to be reprinted as the 24 hour time limit is a security measure. If you need further assistance beyond this please let me know what printer model you have and the model of router you use in your wireless setup. Yes; phone is for Verizon PREPAID plans. Sri I did not state that correctly. I see that there are prepaid plans with monthly usage etc. I see some offers on line for a $100.00 card that's good for one year. Trying to determine if that is available from a Verizon store to begin a new plan. Checked with two different Verizon stores and got two opposite answers and neither was sure of the terms. Simply trying to get a low cost backup. Thank you for responding.

NETWORK MAGIC UNABLE TO SEE OTHER COMPUTERS WITH NM IN THE SAME NETWORK MAP

I have two computers, one desktop (iMac OS X/Win 7 x64 bootcamp) wired connected and one PC laptop wireless connected in the same network through Linksys WAG320N, both running Network Magic ver. 5.5.9195.0-Pure0 (11.2.9195.1 12/13/2011) with the exactly same firewall settings allowing Pure Networks Platform Service to runs in Private and Public networks. The problem is that the both machines don’t see each other with Network Magic installed and therefore valuable features as screen shots or network speed test are not available. I already uninstalled NM in both equipments and reinstalled it, but the issue persists.
Anyone facing this same issue or have a clue on how to fix it?

As Barney-15E has suggested, this looks very much like 2 routers, and some systems talking to router A and some systems talking to router B.
Bonjour protocols will NOT cross a router boundary, so systems on router A will only see other systems on router A, and systems on router B will only see systems on router B.
The recommented network setup is to make the router connected to the broadband connection be the ONLY router in the home and configure all other routers so they are in "Bridge" mode. That is to say, the other routers are configured so they just extend the primary router's subnet.
How a home router is put into bridge mode is different depending on the make and model of router.
In your case, I think the Belkin should be the primary router, and you should put the Time Capsule into "Bridge" mode. Applications -> Utilities -> Airport Utility -> Time Capsule -> Internet -> Connection Sharing: Off (Bridge Mode).
Once you put the Time Capsule in bridge mode, all your systems should be on the same Belkin subnet, and now Bonjour will see all the Macs in your home.

I can't print from my iPad2 to my air-print enabled printer (HP Premium e-all-in-one C310). They're on the same network, but have differed IP addresses! The iPad IP is 192-168-1.126 and the printer is 192-168.1.133. That's the only difference I can see. Is there a way to fix this?

you put periods between the numbers.
Each device needs a unique number.
for the 192.168.1 the right must number should vary. 192.168.1.x
the numbers you have look ok.
Power off all devices: wifi router, printer, ipad.. wait 10 minutes. poweron router ... wait power on printer wait then power on ipad.

Itunes will not create a blank library, it creates a new library with all of my same content from the other library. I followed the instructions but itunes will not give me a blank library???

I have looked up how to create the new blank itunes library and every site has the same copy and pasted instructions. They are simple but have no troubleshooting solutions. It creates my wifes new library with all of the same content from my library. How can I make the whole thing blank so I can sync her new device without putting all of my stuff on there?

Having opened the supposedly blank library go to Edit > Preferences > Store and untick Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. Should clear things up.

Users with same configurations - one has access not the other

Hi all,
I have a real mysterious problem.
On the same computer, installed with "Cisco VPN Client v5.0.07.0410", one user can connect to the VPN and not the other. Both users uses the same Dynamic Access Policies on our ASA firewall. We are certain that the users entered the correct name and password. But one can enter in our network and the other gets an "Authentication failed" message directly in the "User Authentication" window.
Has someone an idea to help us solve this problem ?
I provide you here a log file of the problem (IKE.log level 3), if you think you need an other, please ask.
In this log, I have the feeling that the cause (and maybe the solution) is around event 293, but......not sure.

I answered your other post and I and now that I see the type of printer that you have I can tell you that you would need to tap the button labeled "e Print" and then on the screen there should appear a blue button in the bottom right corner that states "print info" reprint that page and use the code at the site to add the printer to your account that you created.

Excel Services with SharePoint List Data in SharePoint 2013 - Chart is not refreshing automatically

Hi Everyone,
This is My req: I m going to display pie chart and Bar chart in share point 2013.
Steps I have follwed:
1. Export the list to excel.
2.Using the Power Pivot table I have done the chart.
3. Uploaded into document Library.
4. Added into the web part.
Chart are displaying. But When ever user added the data into the list chart is refreshing.
Is there any option to refresh the data in chart? Waiting for valuable replies.

SharePoint lists as data sources in Excel Services is not supported.That's the reason refreshing is not working. There are some work around you can use -
Export as Data Feed - Export your SharePoint list as Data Feed , use this data feed to a PowerPivot for Excel workbook and publish this PowerPivot using Excel Services.
User-defined functions - write UDF in C# and extend the Excel Services functionality to work with SharePoint lists.

HT4972 I updated my ipad to ios 5 because I kept getting kicked off of my wifi network. Upgrading did not help. Are there any other solutions? (I've also tried resetting the network settings)

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Mac and MS on network - can print on one OR other, not both

When my Imac is set up to print, networked MS Toshiba laptop will not print despite all settings showing that it should.
Reverse is true if the laptop is set up to print. If you can help,please do so in fairly simple instructions as I am not a teenager. (HP support has not been able to help so far - can help at Mac end, not MS)

OK, it looks like the printer is properly attached to your Linksys router.

This is very strange and the first I have heard of this problem. Are both computers hooked up to the Linksys router (wired or wireless, does not matter) and NOT directly to the printer at all?

Firefox 7 does Win XP into a blue screen, when I use FF7 with Ubuntu on the same pc the pc does not crash. So it seems to be a problem of win XP and not my pc ....

FF 7 opens and then after a few minutes the pc goes to a blue screen.
the blue screen advices a bios upgrade, but with Ubuntu (most recent version) I can use FF endlessly without any problem.

Instead GarageBand recognize my keyboard and i can play normally, also, if it can help, those are the Audio and Midi Logic Preferences and the Controller Surfaces Setup with the keyboard connected :
