The Device you have, because of where it was Purchased will never be able to have FaceTime.
All you can do is sell it and buy a Device from a non restrictive country.
    FaceTime in the Middle East

  • Will ipad mini be supported in ios 7

Will the ipad mini be supported in ios 7?

None of us know. ANd since speculation is against the rules, your guess is as good as ours.
We'll all find out in the next year or so when iOS7 comes out

  • IPad mini lte safari issues

My iPad mini lte has an issue with safari. I cannot view any websites other than google through the search area. I tried closing, clearing cache, history and even reset. Nothing seem to work. Any help would be appreciated

I think I understand more clearly now.
You said that you reset - do you mean that you held the sleep and home buttons down at the same time until the Apple logo appeared and that didn't work?
Start all over again. Clear Safari, close the app completely and then reboot the iPad.
    Settings>Safari>Clear History, cookies and data.
Tap the home button to go to the home screen, double tap the home button to bring up the recent apps at the bottom. Tap and hold down on the Safari icon until it wiggles. Tap the red minus sign on the icon to close it. Tap the home button.
Reboot the iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen.
After the iPad fully restarts, try Safari again.

  • Do you know what is the number that i will call for support in saudi arabia?

    Pls help me...

That is the only phone number for Apple Support in Saudi Arabia. You can search for an authorized Apple service provider and contact them, though:

  • Will the AT&T iPad Mini support Personal Hotspot?

Can't seem to find any literature online confirming or denying whether or not the AT&T iPad Mini will support personal hotspot. Anyone know?

I just finished chatting with an AT&T representative. She typed, "You would have to make your phone a personal hotspot and have your iPad Mini Tethered."
When I pressed further, she replied with standard sales filler,
"The personal hotspot feature on Smartphone provides a way to share your Internet connection with other Wi-Fi capable devices. With this on your account you would be able to create your own hotspot at locations convenient to you. To be able to use this feature you would need to have the 5GB data plan for $50.00 added to your account and the devices that connect to the hotspot would also be using from the 5GB."
and then said that "Currently does not support Personal Hotspot on the iPad Mini."
This is very disappointing, especially as Verizon *does* offer Personal Hotspot for the iPad mini and the Personal Hotspot button does appear in the Cellular Data page. Interestingly, the View Account button now says that my account type does not support the View Account feature and advises me to call for assistance. Hmmm, no way to add additional data from the iPad mini itself? That seems wrong.

  • IPAD MINI cellular version cannot connect "China Telecom" EVDO network

I'm glad to recieve an IPAD MINI wifi+cellular(BCGA1455) from my GF as a gift, which she purchased from Hongkong and engraved my name.
But it's pity that when I put my "CHINA TELECOM EV-DO" sim card into IPAD MINI, it's failed to register. Then I put my "CHINA UNICOM" which is "WCDMA" sim card, it works properly, and it's OK with my another "CHINA MOBILE GSM" sim card
I checked from APPLE WEBSITE that the BCGA1455 IPAD MINI should support EV-DO network. Does any one have some clues? Many thanks.

It means that the carrier's network may not work well, if at all, with your iPad. Cellular data networks must meet a certain set of specifications from Apple in order to be fully compatible with their devices.
According to this page from Apple: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT1937
Your carrier does not offer LTE for iOS devices at this time.

  • Hi there, I'm Medel and I'm currently on Saudi Arabia. I forgot my security questions' answers and need to reset it but I just added an alternate email a while ago. Can anyone help me how to reset it even if I don't have a recovery email registered?

Can anyone help me how to reset my security questions on my apple account? I forgot the answers and need to reset it. Please Help...

An alternate email is not used for resetting security questions, do you know if you have a rescue email address on your account ? If you do then follow steps 1 to 5 half-way down this page and you should get a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in Saudi Arabia to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699#S
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

  • My ipad mini 4g shows no service

I've had my ipad mini lte/4g on at&t for almost 6 months with no issues. now all of the sudden it just says no service no matter what I do. I'm hoping it's not the radio that went and I know it's not the sim card because the card works in other ipads/iphones. Wifi works no issues. Have tried over and over resetting network settings/hard reset. I am trying to avoid restoring because I'd prefer not to upgrade to 6.1.3, and i'm not sure that will even help it it's a hardware issue.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi ryanmlam,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your 4g service.
The article below may be able to help you with this issue.
It appears you have tried some of these steps, but you may have to follow steps 3, 4 and 5 to resolve the issue.
Click on the link below to see more details and screenshots.
Always backup your device before performing any troubleshooting.
I've quoted some helpful highlights for you:
    iPhone: Troubleshooting No Service
If you encounter any of the above symptoms on your iPhone, try these steps to attempt to resolve the issue. Test after each step.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Remove the SIM card and verify that it is a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it is not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
Check for a carrier settings update. Tap Settings > General > About while connected to a Wi-Fi network. If an update is available, a prompt should appear soon. If Wi-Fi is not available, connect your device to iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
    Restore the iPhone.
If you're still experiencing No Service issues, contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues that could cause this issue.
I hope this information helps ....
    Have a great day!

  • Hi, i have downloaded peppa pig series using itunes, and have tried to sync them to my Ipad Mini and IPhone 5, however it is not working it states "videos from your Itunes libary can not be copied to 'ipad' because they can not be played on this Ipad.

I have downloaded Peppa Pig series using Itunes and have tried to sync the tv programme to both my Ipad Mini and IPhone 5.  However neither work saying that 'videos from Itunes Libary can not be copied to 'ipad' because they can not be played on this I Pad.  I have downloaded the HD episodes is this my problem or do i need to download a 'video watching' app?  Please help we are going away next week and the episodes were to help keep my toodler occupied on the plane.  thank you

The error you received kinda looks like the one in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4223
But the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini should support HD videos.
What I would try is downloading the movies directly to your iPad mini or your iPhone.  You will want to do this when connected to Wi-Fi, but you can follow these steps in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
    I hope that helps!

  • I want to make a complaint to your agent in Saudi Arabia STC

they Do not care about customers
    Maintenance  very bad
I bought from them a iphone 5S and the battery is very bad and they don't help me
They distort the overall reputation of the company of Apple

Yes, but you bought the phone from STC (your mobile network provider) - not from Apple. Apple do not operate locally there.
Here are the support options from Apple for Saudi Arabia:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=Saudi_Arabia&product=iphon e
As it states there, the carrier (network provider) is responsible for iPhone support in Saudi Arabia.
Your phone is still under warranty, so your only option is to return it to STC.

  • Is face time App working currently in Saudi Arabia??

is face time App working currently in Saudi Arabia?? yesterday I bought IPhone 5s without face time app but the store told me there is two version of it , one with face time app and the other with out it, I heard it is banned in Saudi Arabia, if yes why they sell the face time app version!!!

    As already provided:
FaceTime is banned, by law, on all iPhones "officially" sold in Saudi Arabia. If a retailer is selling iPhones with FaceTime, that means the retailer is not an official source for iPhones, & the phones that have FaceTime are grey market imports. They could have been sourced from who knows where, and may have been hacked to unlock them. Since iPhone warranty/support, except for the EU, is only valid in country of original purchase, these phones won't have any warranty/support in Saudi Arabia.
