Ipad mini photos are stored temporary and then disappear (the next day)
My friedn bought the ipad mini and he has the following problem:
He takes some photos from the camera and they are stored in the cameraroll album. The weird thing it that the next day the photos disappear from the album.
What's happenng here?
Also, there are some factory albums on the ipad mini. How can we delete those albums?

This does work. Students can save the video on the camera roll and then upload them into their edmodo library. The next day they can open the video and export them to imovie and they are ready to go. I hope this helps.

If you have restored to factory settings and started as new, there is nothing more that you can do on your own. Make an appointment at an Apple Store and ask them for help. You might have a hardware problem and the Apple Store techs will be able to determine that.

When surfing or working on my iPad mini, frequently my applications close and it goes the home screen. This problem started about a week ago. I did do a hard reset.
Make sure you do not leave a lot of apps open in the iOS multitasking bar.
Dbl click the Home button, look to see now many apps that are still active in the multitask bar.
You can safely quit some of these by holding your finger on one app until all the icons wiggle.
Tap the red dash in the upper left corner to quit each app from running. Then just tap anywhere else on the iPad's screen or single click the Home button to stop the wiggling and close the Multitask bar.

All of this depends largely on what printer /software you have, which Email client you use and to some extent which OS you are running.
Most HP printers have HP Solution Center which is used to set up scanning,choosing where to save,etc. Once a file/photo is scanned and saved to the folder, open the folder.Select the file and at the top of the window should be the option to 'Email'.

in iPhoto, I want to copy certain photos in an event and then have the copies in another event WITHOUT removing the original photos from their original event; how to do that?
The only way to do that is to export the image to a new file and then re-import it.
It's not really the intended way of working as it uses twice the disk space and is inefficient.
Use Albums instead. A Photo can be in any number of albums and use no extra disk space as it just simply references the image in the Library. Albums can be sorted any way you want - including manaually - and can have image from anywhere in the Library just by drag and drop. -

Songs are stopping halfway and skipping to the next song
I recently imported some new songs onto my itunes, and some songs are stopping halfway and skipping to the next song. This is happening both on my itunes on mac and on my ipod classic. I have already checked the ending time of the songs, and also checked the audio file to see if it was corrupted. I have also tried deleting the song and importing it on itunes again, but nothing changes. It's becoming quite annoying, and I would really like to fix the problem..
I, too, am having this problem as of two updates ago. It' been like this for about two weeks now. Music stops, songs skip like I'm using an old CD player and went over a bump - just abruptly stopping/changing to the next song. I've also noticed VERY clear and sudden changes in song quality while streaming, it's a bit jarring.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I'm in the Phoenix, AZ area, and I'm using T-Mobile.
I have tried the following:
Restart phone
Clear data
Uninstall and reinstall
Lower streaming quality
I've noticed this seems to only happen on streamed songs.. downloaded ones are OK. Everything was fine until the update that changed the 'Your Music' section :(
Edit: Wifi works fine.. It seems to either be a) streaming over T-Mobile or b) how Spotify handles streaming/slow connections/whatever has changed in a recent update. Can past and future repliers include their mobile carrier to see if there's a trend? -

On the Yahoo Homepage the day, date, and time are in EST and I am in PST. The day, month, time, and date, changes to the next day at 9pm and it is not midnight yet.
Example: Monday, February 13, 2012, then at 9pm tonight, it will change to Tuesday, February 14, 2012, before it hits midnight on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Please fix.
I have been in contact with AT&T and Yahoo for the past month trying to get this fixed so it doesn't affect my e-mail time. Now both are saying it is a browser issue, and that is you guys. When I was searching for people that had the same problem as me, I found one that said to go on amazon and by a new charger flex. I got the new charger flex and my iPhone charges again. It is not that expensive and my iPhone charges now

When I click on a photo it gets larger and then disappears
When I view an album and click on a picture it gets larger for just a second and then goes away. A triange with a is replaced where the picture should be. Apple recenty reinstalled my OS due to problems with I-work opening slow, which is working ok now. They got my pictures on the I-photo again. However, I have many duplicates and they are all messed up with Events out of sort. I don't know if I will ever get them organized again. My concern now is why some of the pic disappear when I click on them. Has anyone had this problem before with the pics disappearing?

do you still have the iPhoto library from before they "fied" things? Is so drag the bad i{hoto library to the desktop and restore the backup of the iPhoto library to the pictures folder and hopefully things will be good
Otherwise what they did will take a lot of work and only be partially sucessful in getting yoru library back the way it was

I'm trying to guess even where the mic is, I'm guessing its at the top on the back well it looks like a mic. but anyway i recently done a video of myself to test the mic on the iPad. and it seems quiet. don't know if I'm doing something wrong. i am currently installing IOS 8.1.2 now. can someone tell me if the mic is faulty, or if I'm doing something wrong. the volume is on full. please help........
