I have a iphone 3G, at first is disable due to my nephew keep guessing the password, after i use my macbook air to restore & download now totally cannot on.
May i know what can i do now?
Step 1
Reset the System Management Controller.
Step 2
If there's no change after Step 1, reinstall the OS. Back up all data first.

You didn't buy an 'unlocked' iPhone 3GS - you bought a 'hacked' one.
Updating to iOS 5 removed the hack and the unofficial unlock.
All you can do is try to find out which network the phone is locked to and ask them if they can unlock it properly.
Otherwise, sell it or throw it away and buy an officially unlocked phone from an official source. -
After prompted to update 10.9.1, my MacBook Pro updates and went thru restart but failed...I tried to start my book and gray screen, Apple logo both on, chime sounded, then went to progress bar, less than half macbook shuts down...did few times, same!!

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

After update to IOS 6.0, on the iPhone 4 and 4s, emails can not be forwarded. I tried to resync, but the update does not show the forwarding buttons anymore.
Have the same issues here, 3GS 5.0.1. Did you find any solutions until today ?

after installation,when i connect my iphone to itunes it shows a message that we are unable to activate your iphone at this time please try again or contact customer care.please reply me urgently to resolve this problem.That is usually a symptom thet the phone was hacked or jailbroken. Was it?

I purchased a macbook air about 5 months ago and lately i keep recieving a warning that the hard drive or disk is full and that I will need to move items to trash in order to free up space on it. I purchased a external hard drive 1 TB but I'm very new to mac and ios and unsure as to how I'm suppose to transfer my files (video, pics, music etc.) from my mac over to the external hard drive in the correct way so I won't end up deleting them permenately or screwing anything up with my mac as far as the applications and programs being able to run. Am I supposed to just copy to the external hard drive and then move to and empty the trash? That's pretty much all I could come up with, but then what if i need or want to access that file again at a later time. Also, I have an i Phone and i pad so with i cloud it automatically syncs all my purcheses and if i delete something from itunes on my mac it deletes from my ipad.
I'd appreciate any kind of input i think im just a little lost here. I have to say i love my Mac and wouldn't trade it for anything (except maybe a macbook pro w/more memory)... Is there something I'm missing???To free up hard drive space the best bet is to move data files that you don't need access to all the time. Likely candidates are music, video, and photos. Things like word processing and spreadsheet files can also be moved but they tend not to be very large and so don't free up much space. The problem with moving the above mentioned files is that iTunes and iPhoto need to know where the files are stored.
Here's an article explaining how to move the iTunes folder. You can move the iPhoto library using the Finder but there is a slight complication. Start iPhoto, open the Preferences and click on the Advanced tab. The first option is "Copy items to the iPhoto Library". If this option is checked, copy the iPhoto library to your external folder (drag it from the Pictures folder to your external drive) and then delete it from your Picture folder. If this option is not checked, it is a bit more complicated and we'll need to talk a bit. -

I updated my iphone 4 with iO6.1. I no longer have any music on my phone even with itunes match. I've turned my phone off and on. I've turned my imac off and on. I've turned off imatch on my computer and turned it back on. I've turned imatch off on my phone and turned it back on. I spent HOURS on this yesterday. Coincidentally, two of my playlists were deleted from itunes. So I spent quite a bit of time recreating them only to find them missing again today. The ONLY way for me to get music on my phone is to click on the ...more tab and go to shared and pull music from my actual desktop. Restoring my iphone is not an option. I am completely frustrated so if anyone can help, that would be great

Take the following steps:
1) while connected to wifi, toggle off then back on the Show All Music and iTunes Match options shown in my original post. Important: I did this step before, but wasn't connected to wifi, and my music disappeared. Subsequently, I connected to wifi and turned off and then back on those options and everything came back though it was grayed out and my only option was to download music.
2) To get streaming over cellular back, go into Settings>General>Cellular and scroll down to the "Use Cellular Data for:" options and make sure the iTunes option is set to 'On'
The above steps will bring back the streaming capability which seemed to go away when you update to 6.1. It didn't ACTUALLY go away, but something about the update toggled off the iTunes option in step 2 above.
I did a final test by turning off wifi, opening Music app and selecting a song. It played successfully without downloading! Crossing my fingers, but I think I'm good to go!

i downgrad my iphone from ios5 to ios 4.3.3 and after restoring the ios 4.3.3 i fixed all itunes error but after that my i phone screen turned off and the apple logo didnt shows up any more what ever i did my iphone model 4 gsm and fyi i try all the ways to turn it on but it didnt sucsses

I have restored the settings on my iphone and now after entering the pin on my sim card it wants me to connect it to iTunes but when i try it just says my sim card is not supported... what can i do now? It worked fine before...

I purchased keynote, numbers, and pages when i bought my macbook air in late september. the december update will not load because it says i do not own the software and returns an error messgae 100. i have read manuals and looked over the web but i cannot figure out how to get this software update to identify that i do own these three pieces of software. they are installed and usable. any ideas would be appreciated before i call apple support.

If that is not it, look in the App Store under Purchases. Are they there?
If not, go into your account in App Store and click the link to show hidden purchases.
If they are still not there, use the support link in the App Store.
If they do show up, copy all the apps to an external drive, then remove them from your Mac. Go to the App Store, Purchases, and install from there. -
I have recently done the update to my iphone and then tried to backup my iphone to itunes and an error meesage has occured and now my phone isn't responding to anything and is stating that it needs to be restored back to manufacturers settings, Can anyone help?
