Iphone 5 plug in but don't recharge

Hello everybody !
I plug my iphone 5 in but it doesn't recharge ! He's off and the screen is black, with battery with 3 sticks .. When i plug off, i see the battery and the cable sync.
I already try the button up + home .. nothing again ! I change the cable too ...

sorry a little confused here. Have you tried holding the home button and the power(sleep/wake button) down for 10-15 seconds while connected to power?

I am get this message on my Ipad and have followed the instructions, connect the Ipad, lock the screen and connected to a Wi-Fi connection - however I have done this but I still get the message on the screen. It will not even let me press 'OK' - the screen is not responsive... I cannot access the OS. Help

Plug it in to power for at least 15 minutes. If it doesn't automatically come on, try a Reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

If you want to delete a song from your iOS device on iOS 7, tap Songs, swipe the song from right to left, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.

If the old ID is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I'm sorry, had you already pointed out the rules which stated that lines from 2 separate accounts were eligible??? I don't see anywhere in the advertisement specifically stating that lines from 2 separate accounts would be eligible, so THAT is not what's advertised, either.
As far as I know Verizon's BOGO offers have ALWAYS been for lines on the same account. Possibly someone could chime in where they have received this offer on 2 separate accounts? The ONLY exception to this was someone getting the offer with 2 eligible lines on their account, reactivating the old phone on one of the lines and then giving one of the new phones to someone on another account.

Thanks. I messed up with my husbands iphone because I was told the wrong thing. Now everytime I sync his phone it makes it look just like the other phone I had. It would have saved to your camera roll. Connect the phone to your Air via a USB cable and then run Image Capture which is located either in your Utilities folder or Other folder, depending on what version of Mac OS X your are running. You will then see all the photos and videos stored on your iPhone and can then download them.
