You can't. Your warranty/support is only valid in Singapore, & that's where you will have to physically return the phone to if you do want warranty/support...you can't mail the phone to Apple in Singapore.
Except for the EU, iPhone warranty/support is only valid in country of original purchase.

If you are in Thailand then you cannot use the Israeli store, you have to be in a country to use its store.

I suggest your problem is cutting your sim
Get a genuine micro sim and if that fail post back
If everyone tells you there is no lock there is probably no lock the problem is your sim
If you still believe it is locked go to an Apple store

No, the Verizon iPhone will not work with any other carriers expect Verizon. If you want to use an iPhone 4 over in Israel then your better off going AT&T route and using their iPhone 4 considering AT&T uses GSM (global standard).
With Verizon they use CDMA an technology that is used in the United States more than any other country. Most countries use GSM which allows you to take out the existing SIM card and use another SIM card with a different carrier.
Verizon does not have that feature. If your a traveler and plan to move then cancel your contract with Verizon and sign up with a provider over in Israel. Thats the best advice we or Verizon will give you.

Planning to buy an unlocked iphone 5 here in the US from a very reputable vendor on Ebay.. I will be returning to Israel and want to use it with an existing SIM card/data plan I have with Pelephone, one of Israel's 3 largest, iphone-friendly networks (it is GSM). Would this unlocked iphone 5 work in Israel with the existing SIM?

Get the model number to verify the LTE Support as mentioned by Deggie, and make sure you have contact info for the Reputable vendor in case Activation Lock comes into play.

I was wondering why Apple decided not to sell iPhones (any version) in Israel (with the carrier, Orange), while it sells it in Jordan with Orange and in Egypt with some other carriers.
I would like for there not to be any racist comments.

Sorry, but since this is a user to user help forum only, no one here can answer this question. Apple provides a list of countries where the iPhone is available and coming soon countries, which is updated when Apple has reached an agreement with a carrier for the iPhone in a particular country. Apple doesn't provide information regarding a carrier they are in discussions with to be the carrier for the iPhone in a particular country until Apple has reached an agreement and the list of coming soon countries is updated. We don't know if Apple is in discussions with Orange to be the carrier for the iPhone in Israel or with another carrier (if there is more than one carrier available for the iPhone in Israel), or if they don't have any plans to sell the iPhone in Israel.

Find my iphone... wipe pending

My phone was stolen which I reported to my network / O2. I attempted to find the handset using find my iphone but was unable to locate it. I tried to wipe the data and that remains pending (5 days now). I also set up a 4 digit key-pass which it appeared to accept. What I want to know is whether or not the phone has been wiped or will it remain pending indefinitely; and will the handset be key-locked? Having read the find my iphone overview I can confirm that I had previously set up find my iphone as I was surprised that it located it three streets away from the address it was actually at, i.e. my home address with me.

My iphone was stolen in Israel recently and I didn't change my password for a few days. Big mistake. The thief wiped all my contacts which then wiped them on me.com and in turn wiped them on my home computer. Nightmare. My fault of course for having settings that allowed it. On the other hand I suppose I could call a few of his contacts that I now have Hebrew in my address book and let them know what a scumbag they have for a friend.
I hadn't realised that you can't wipe the phone unless it still has the original SIM in. Is there any other way of doing it that Apple can do for us?

You must setup a new account on a Mac or an iDevice, then you can sign in from a PC. You cannot create a new iCloud account using Windows.

URGENT: Unlocked iPhone 5s not working in Israel?

I bought my iPhone 5s in Canada that was locked with Bell. I am not a customer with Bell, so I could not get it unlocked through them. So I got it unlocked at the Flea Market in Canada from a guy that who said he worked with Bell; he took my IMEI # and said that using a code he bought from Bell, he would get it unlocked within a week.
I moved to Israel and weeks went by and my phone was still locked, but I was at least able to access my home screen and apps. My carrier here is with 'Orange'. I was told I needed to reset my phone through iTunes in order to the unlock to work. I did that, and now I can't access anything on my phone! Every time I try to, I get a message that says "SIM not valid" and it doesn't let me go further. I'm going on vacation soon so I'm wondering how I could at least get access to my apps for now.
I'm wondering if this is a hardware issue or if it means my phone is not actually unlocked? Did the guy scam me? How can I get it unlocked (if it's not unlocked)? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!!

It doesn't matter what he said to you - if Bell didn't do the unlock for you (and you have no paperwork from them indicating it was done), then your phone is still locked to them. He hacked it to unlock it, if it ever was unlocked.
If it wasn't still locked, you would have been able to restore the phone using any SIM card and wouldn't be stuck on the invalid SIM screen.
