IPhone notes double Notes not on iCloud or iPad

IOS 7.0.4 on all devices. iPhone 5 had double notes. Notes on iPhone don't show up on iCloud or on iPad2. The iCloud Control Panel on my Win 7 64-bit PC doesn't display Notes as a key item, but the iCloud does show Notes present, but all are empty. They should reflect the iPhone notes.
This is aggrivating. Apple products aren't supposed to work this way.

First check that all your settings are correct, that notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the notes you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by checking in accounts on an iOS device, or the left side panel in mail on a computer), non iCloud notes will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your notes are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling notes syncing.

On your Windows computer, your changes are pushed to Microsoft Outlook in the Notes folder of your iCloud email account. Well, you nailed that one, thank you.
I had 3 accounts checked off: iCloud, Yahoo and "From my Mac."
When I unchecked my Yahoo contacts from my iPhone, the contacts that were not syncing to my Mac disappeared from my iPhone - so that explains why some of my iPhone created contacts were not syncing with my Mac.

However, this now begs some new questions:
What is iCloud trying to tell me regarding that message in my account that says I can't review my devices unless I have iOS 8 and/or Yosemite?
When I am creating a contact, how can I tell if it is being saved in Yahoo or iCloud accounts?
How can tell what account a contact is associated with by looking at a previously created contact?
How can I transfer Yahoo contacts to iCloud?
And when I look at the accounts checked off under 'accounts' on my iPhone Contacts, what the deuce does "From my Mac" mean and imply?
Everything used to work fine when I first set up my iPhone and my Mac. What have I done to screw this up? lol

It's becuase you are syncing both devices to the same account which has Notes enabled.

When your in notes Hold down on the message you will get a pop up it will say open add to reading list copy. Tap on copy, tap on note, tap on account tap on icloud, tap on new tap on open space then paste will pop up tap on paste then tap on done. This is all you have to do.

I have deleted and reinstalled iCloud on my iPad. The contacts download from somewhere, MobileMe?, but they are not the same as those on my iCloud contacts. Or on my mac.

IPhone (not my iCloud account but still has my info and settings on it), able to transfer stuff to correct iCloud on my newer MBA?

This is how it is: Ive been using an iPhone (and cuz I didnt have a usable CC at the time) I used my gf's account and name, pw for this iCloud. CUrrently there is so much info on it I can;t lose - contacts, pix, apps etc.
Now I bought a MBA that I did set up with my own info, the iCloud with my name and pw. However it syncs to nothing. Is there a way to transfer the phone info so its universally shared on the cloud AND switching my phone account so it matches with the one I created so everythings tidy?

No, unfortunately you cannot just transfer everything of your data to a new account. It should work with contacts and some other data, but not with everything. You could try to delete your girlfriend's account from your phone (Settings > iCloud > Delete Account) and choose the option to keep the data for e.g. contacts on your phone. After you sign in using your new account, you will be asked, if you want to merge the data on your phone with your new account. Photos, the one that are stored locally, will be still on your phone.

If i select some photos to delete, my iPhone tells me that these photos will also deleted in the iCloud.
This is not my goal, i want safe these photos in the iCloud.

Go into your camera roll and create an album and then select the pictures you want in the album. Note you will have the same pics in your album and camera roll.

Not enough iCloud space after new iphone, not enough iCloud space after new iphone

I have a new iphone, so i made a backup from icloud. that was possible and everything is good, but when i want to make a backup with icloud it says that there is not enough space.
it is the same space i've had with my old iphone and i can see that i still have 816 mb available.
What can i do about this?

Pages not updating iCloud between iPad and IPhone

Can somebody please help?
My Pages app won't stream the current documents to my iPhone using iCloud .
I've tried everything I could possibly do. I've deleted the Pages app off my iPhone and started again. It just won't update the current documents that reflect on my iPad.
It just has the arrows pointing upwards on the top right hand corner of quite a few documents. This is suggesting that there is no Internet connection when there is. I've tried it over WiFi and on 2 separate Bluetooth pairings with 2 iPhones. Each time it is connected with the Internet but the arrows still suggest otherwise.
I have turned every possible iCloud on in every area. Turned them off then on, reset my phone from scratch doing a clean install not using a previous back up. Still didn't work... Then going back and resetting using a previous back up... Still didn't work :(
I have a 6 month old Mac Mini, the latest iPhone 5 and one month old iPad 4 with the current software updates.....

I believe you are misunderstanding. You don't sync apps between iPad and iPhone, and iCloud has nothing to do with any of this. There is a setting in Settings -> Store where you can set each device to automatically download NEW apps, meaning that when you buy a new app on one device, the other automatically downloads it. However, this is for new downloads only.
For your existing apps, you can simply connect each device to your computer and move the desired apps to it in iTunes. Or you can go to the App Store and re-download those apps.

IPhone not sending iCloud iCal invites to MobileMe iPhone or iMac

Both my wife and I are using iPhone 4 with iOS 5. I am using Lion on my MacBook Pro with iCloud and she is using a iMac with Snow Leopard and MobileMe.
Is there a reason I can't invite her (she doesnt get the notification) from my iPhone to an iCal event - she doesnt get them to her to iPhone nor her iMac? But I can from my MacBook Pro??

Backing up Yahoo email and notes to icloud from iPad

Hi
Can anyone help me as I am new to the whole icould thing. I have an ipad with icloud backup activated and have turned on the icloud back up for email, contacts, notes etc. What I didn't realise (untill I lost a note) is that I was putting my notes and emails on my yahoo account and that these don't seem to back up to icloud. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to use my icloud email and notes to ensure everything is backed up from ipad and iphone? Thanks

You should use icloud's email account for notes. Also, icloud does not support other email services like yahoo.

TS2621 iphone not receiving mail, but ipad is

About 9 hours ago, my iPhone stopped receiving mail. I starting trying to figure out what was going on with my email accounts, but then I heard my mail notifications happening on my iPad in another room. Sure enough, my iPad is receiving mail, but iPhone is not (for the same email accounts). Not sure why this suddenly happened after more than one year using the email accounts on both devices.
I tried resetting my iPhone (multiple times). I tried deleting my email accounts from the iPhone and re-adding them. Still no luck. Any help, please?

Notes, contacts, and calendar not updating properly on iPad.

I have a first and third generation iPad and a 5S iPhone And using iCloud to maintain calendars, notes, and contacts.
Updates to calendar from iPhone displays on the first gen iPad, but not the newer gen iPad. Notes that I try to update using the newer gen iPad creates a new file with the same name. Contacts work fine between the first gen iPad and the iPhone, not the newer gen iPad.
iPhone one and third gen iPad have up to date operating system software installed.
Any ideas?

I meant to say there is not longer an option. I started saying that their contacts are not showing on the phone in groups.

IPhone has double emails

My iPhone has double emails, but the Mac, MobilMe, iPad all have single emails.
This happened after installing Lion.
What should I do to get rid of the double emails. And stop receiving duplicate emails in the future.

what kind of email provider are you using? (gmail, yahoo, comcast) And check your mail settings to make sure mobile me didnt mess up and add your email twice.
