IS-AUTO for Suppliers.

Hi SAP Experts,
I am currently on an SAP Implemention project using IS-Auto for a Company which is Supplier of spare parts to the Automobile industry. I need to know the specific business process ,scenarios used by the suppliers.
Please help me out if you have any kind of documentation (process flow docs,ppt,etc) on Suppliers

Who knows? It says "Unsupported operating system". Of course, it might not have liked curl on cygwin on Win7 at the best of times, but IE 11 gives the same result, and surely it would like that if it liked anything. But whether this is by accident or design, I can't guess. Maybe it's their way of suggesting you use deploy.js (see Java Rich Internet Applications Deployment Advice).

          We are looking to integrate SRM 4.0 with R/3 ( ECC 5.0 ) using XI 3.0. I went to service marketplace to look for XI process content for SRM 4.0 - I could find XI content for SRM 2.0 only.
    1) Do you know where SAP pre-delivered XI 3.0 process content can be downloaded from ?
    2) Would you be having the cookbooks- possibly for all scenarios for SRM 4.0

  • "Invoice History Report "show wrong balance for supplier invoice with USD

    Invoice History Report show wrong balance for supplier invoice with USD Currency
    After I run this report i see in the last of this report there is difference between the supplier total
    USD (Currency ) and the open Balance USD , it is decreased the open balance
    for supplier with 2300 USD with out any reasons
    bellow is some data copy of the report

    Supplier Site Total: USD 39,000.00
    Supplier Total: SAR 34,700.00

    please advise me from where can this differenc ( 39000 - 36,700=2300 )COMMING
    or it is bug in this report , becuase i compare this report with other report in account payable like
    -supplier open balance letter
    -invoice register report
    -invoice aging report
    all this report give me the amount for supplier USD =39000
    BUT AGIN FROM WHERE THE SYSTEM DECREASED THE AMOUNT TO 36,700

    I am stuck with How to create the xdodelivery.cfg file per Oracle XML Publisher Administration
    Also can you please let me know the process of sending dunning letters automatically to the customers, As there is no standard process. I know we have to customize the process by creating bursting program and add to the request set, but I am nor aware of the process. I have seup the process till running the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers programm and displaying the reminders of the customers which have setup in the XML publisher
    Can you please let me know how to send dunning letters automatically to the customers

  • Addition of result column in SRM 7.0 POWL Report "Contracts for Supplier"

    Hi,
    We are on SAP SRM 7.0 SP08. There are two POWL reports associated with contracts i.e. "Contract for Supplier" and "Contract for Product". We want to add two fields/columns to the report (Payment Type and Responsible Employee).
    As per SAP standards, we appended two structures /SAPSRM/S_SEARCH_RESULT_CTR and /SAPSRM/S_POWL_RESULT_CTR. Feeder type "/SAPSRM/SRM_CTR_H_01" assigned to this report is not maintained in t-code /SAPSRM/POWL_CUST.
    Fields are still not displayed as column in the report. Please suggest.

    If I am understood correct, you have asked to use User ID of Supplier contact which i have taken from theSupplier Contact-> Account management ->Used ID field under directory inofrmation.
    I have dounloaded Masteragreement template and tried load the workbook with the data, same error is coming.

    Hi All,
    Pls let me blog/steps for scenario for Supplier Invoice and Dispatch Advice using Seeburger.
    For Supplier Invoice I assume R/3 will send data to Vendor (810).
    1. Pls let me know for R/3 to XI will we use INVOCE IDOC?
    2. Pls let me know for R/3 to XI Communication do we will use same Distributiion Model setup?
    3. Pls let me know what Seeburger BIC modules I need to use in Seeburger AS2/File Receiver Adapter
    4. Which Interface and Adapter  I need to use for 810 and which Interface and Adapter  I need to use for 997.
        Pls send its setup with its Mappings defined in Modules.
    5. What is Disptach Advice?  Is it also same like Supplier Invoice ? Does it also have EDI Number and if yes then what?

    YOu have to login to the Physical box in which XI is installed (Take Basis Help.
    In one of the drives, you will find a folder called seeburger.
    Inside that folder, you can browse to find the XSD structure for your 810 .

    No need of split 997 in outbound case. In this case, you will send the 810 and the partner will send the 997.
    So, to receive that 997 file, you need another scenario. You need the split 997 communication channel only in inbound case like in 850, but not in outbound case.

    like I said earlier, it is an outbound document if your company is the vendor.
    It will be inbound if your company is the Customer to some other company.
    The IDOC that is used usually will be DESADV idoc.

    If it is a one time task for 50 suppliers, doing it manually will be much quicker than researching and writing an interface.

    1/Do you have only these 50 suppliers in one SOB ?
    If Yes it is very easy : you have to launch the recorder with winparrot, click on each checkbox and add in the macro a loop
    (with a :BEGIN label and the Goto(:BEGIN,1) function). You can use the IfImage() function to be sure that each checkbox is checked.
    2/If you must do it for a list of 50 suppliers (and you have more than 50 suppliers in this SOB) you must record like in 1/ and :
    List the 50 suppliers in an Excel spreadsheet 1, of the XLS file $F and use the function XlsReadData($F,1, "A"&$L) where $L is the line for each supplier name.
    (use the strings "V[F11]" and "\[CTRL]V[F11]/[CTRL]" to query in forms each supplier)
    Please let us know if you succeed or need help :-) (case 1/ or /2 ?)

  • Different Lead times for supplier in MRP calculation

    Dear All,
    We have different suppliers for a material. Different suppliers have different lead times and Min.lot size. Our requirement is when we run MRP system should suggest Pld.Order quantity for the supplier and also take lead time accordingly. I have done splits for suppliers by using Quata arrangement but system is only taking planned delivery time from material master record.
    I also defined info records for the vendor and define lead time but still system is taking Pld delivery time from materials master.

    Go to OPPQ, enter your plant then click on External Procurement, there tick the check box Scheduling: Info Rec / Agreement.
    This will ensure that the PDT is read from info-record if it exists.

    The only requirement is that the objectclass has an allowed or required attribute of "userPassword" in the objectclass itself or one of its superiors. If you're using "person" that should be fine.
