Hi Tom,
Your LOOKUP formula will return a value that it finds in the "other" table. That value can be used in conditional highlighting rules. (Numbers 3 calls it conditional highlighting, not conditional formatting. Just to keep us awake, I guess, but it works the same).

I'm getting audio in voiceover only on the right side in iMovie.. how can I adjust the pan. Both right and left work in Garageband but not in Imovie.

I'm getting audio in voiceover recordings only on the right side in playback. How can I adjust the balance? I'm using an external mic and preamp that work fine (both channels) in Garageband, so it's not my recording setup. Balance is Ok using internal mic but the sound is not as good.

When you share your project, use SHARE/EXPORT USING QUICKTIME.
Click Options.
In the Sound settings/Channels, choose MONO.
In the Video settings, choose the codec of your choice (probably h.264) under Compression.

Setting to show text (sms) notification on lock screen but not message content

Just about every phone I have will give a notification of a new text while locked. I know the iphone goes one step further shows a preview and who it's from.
For privacy reasons (work and personal) I might not want people to see who is texting me or what it says. I would like a simple message saying "2 new messages", or "1 missed call" on the lock screen, so I do not have to unlock it every time to check.
How do I do this?

Settings > Notifications.
Select Messages.
Set it to Banners or None.
Show preview Off.
Badge App icon On. (This is the little red number on the icon showing how many new messages you have).

Cell background colors are not showing in preview - help? - DW4

Hi,
I created a horizontal table for my menu bar, and gave each cell a different color by creating a separate class for each with background image - image is a block of color created in Photoshop. In design mode they look they way I want, but in preview (Safari) the colors don't show up at all - the whole area is gray, and all I see is the text for each cell. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Alternatively, is there a better way I can set this up to have different colors for each button?

LabVIEWで収集したデータをExcelファイルで出力しようと考えています。
そこで質問が有ります。
題名のようにExcel Set Cell Color and Border.viのbackground color 設定についてです。
デフォルト（未配線）では白に設定されていますが、”色なし”に設定するにはどうしたら良いのでしょうか？
又、罫線色等を指定する数値設定に関しては、何処を調べたら良いのでしょうか？

色なしにしたいとの事ですが、こちらでExcel Set Cell Color and Border.viを使用して簡単なVIを実行させてみましたが色なしに設定することはできませんでした。
そこで質問したいのですが色なしにする理由というのはバックグラウンドが白のままだとセルの枠が見えなくなるからでしょうか。
もしそうであれば設定により枠をつけることができますのでそちらの方を試して頂けたらと思います。
方法としましては同じExcel Set Cell Color and Border.viを使い設定します。
アイコンの上部にピンク色のピンが２つあるかと思いますがそちらからセル内側の線、外側の線を設定できます。
添付した画像を参照して下さい。
画像のように設定しますとセルに黒色の枠ができると思います。
数値設定などに関しても質問されていますが、そちらはヘルプがありますのでそちらを参照頂けると詳しい情報がわかるかと思います。
LabVIEWでVIを開いている時に　ctrl + H を押しますと小さいウィンドウ「詳細ヘルプ」が立ち上がります、その状態でマウスのポインタをアイコンに重ねて頂きますと詳細ヘルプにアイコンの説明が記述されます。
ウィンドウズ内のリンクからオンラインヘルプを参照することもできます。
上記内容をご確認いただきまして、何かS_YN様の意図と違う点などありましたらご連絡下さい。

How to control background color of table cell in an html report?

I am using Labview 6.1 to generate a report. In that report there is a table created using the Append Numeric Table to Report VI. I want to be able to programmatically control the background color of each cell in the table. Also, how can I programmatically control the background color of the row and header cells of the same table. I am also generating a second table in the same report using the Append Text Table to Report VI and I would like to programmatically control the background colors of the cells in that table as well. Thanks.

i´m not sure if there is an ready to use function to do what you want, but you can enlarge the available function. Open the "Append Numeric Table to Report.vi" and go to the HTML Case. There you can see another vi which creates the html table. In the VI "HTML Report Table Row" you can add the option: bgcolor="your color" inside of the "TR" tag.

How to change the background color of a cell in datagrid using flex3

i want to change the background color of a cell.....how can i achieve this.....and also i want to know how a spacing cane be done between cells in a datagrid...plzzz help me???

The only way I can see to do this is to use an item renderer for your cells. This is really scruffy and would need tyding up, and maybe with a little more time could do better or someone else may have an idea but none the less this works.
Define a custom component as below;
This has logic to see what the value of the data is proveided by the dataprovider for the row, and if it matches the conditions in this case is equal to 5 sets the background color.

Can I change background color in notes? to black with white font? If not, why doesn't Apple already make this an option?

click and hold on one cell, then drag to select the range, then release, then type the delete key. Only inlude cells in the range you do not want to keey the contents of the cell. You can remove one-off cells by holding the command key and clicking cells to add or remove as needed.

No, since the iPad 2 is iOS 8 compatible it can only be updated to iOS 8. Apple does not support upgrading to interim iOS versions, and removes those files from the servers when a new version is released. The only path for that iPad 2 is iOS 8.0.2.

Give this a try:
1 -be sure to have a current backup of the iPhoto library.
2 - download and launch http://www.macchampion.com/arbysoft/BatChmod.
3 - click on the File button, locate and select your iPhoto Library.
4 - check the Unlock and Apply to enclosed checkboxes.
5 - make no changes to the other checkboxes
6 - click on the Apply button.
