Is it possible to clear the forgotten devices in the blue tooth list?

Hello, First post here. I have been trying to get my Iphone linked to my PC for two days and best I can tell I made a mistake on my initial attempt to connect the two.
I was on a sketchy wireless connection at the time with my PC and when the iphone connected via bluetooth the net connection tanked while it was searching for the drivers. I let the two sit for a long time. After that I canceled the process. On the second attempt it seemed that the iphone thought it was connected yet it wasnt. The mistake I think I made is I deleted the bluetooth device from my PC and in trying to delete my PC from the phone I clicked "forget" (or ignore) this device.
Now when I try to connect the two, the phone shows up in my blue tooth on the PC but the PC never shows in the phone. Needless to say, no connection.
Is there a way to clear this list? Or a way to reset and start from scratch with the phone?

Hi Sarah,
This'll be an issue on all your deployments that you have set to: "Display in Software Center and show all notifications." This was really annoying to me so I went through and ran a SQL query to find all the "Available" deployments without
deadlines and set them to "Display in Software Center, and only show notifications for computer restarts". I also set all the ones that were Required and did have deadlines to "Display in Software Center and show all notifications."
Here's my query I used to find them:
