Is the OracleMTSRecoveryService needed?

I have a C#.Net app using v12.1 ODP.Net Managed provider and Oracle Server 12.1. In some cases my transactions involve multiple connections. If so, all connections are to the same schema/database. According to this document: http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/NTMTS/using.htm#NTMTS109
Oracle marks a multi-connection transaction as promotable, but not necessarily distributed. It will not be promoted to a distributed transaction unless more than one database is involved. If my transactions are never promoted to distributed, then do I need an Oracle MTS Recovery Service? If all of my connections are to one database will I ever have an in-doubt transaction that this service would need to clean up? My testing indicates the answer is no to both questions, but confirmation from Oracle would be nice. Thanks.

is it me or when syncing my iPhone do i notice that the room needed to swap stuff over is used in a strange way?
for example [and its not exact i know so go with my sizes here], my 32GB iphone has say 30GB left after apps and other things, if i transfer 20GB of music and associated stuff, i have 10GB left. If now i sync a few weeks later with another 28GB of music, as my mac would tell me, despite my thinking that the iphone would know that off coems 20Gb and on goes 28GB, it cant handle that. its seems to need a certain amount of space actually on the i[hone outside of the music being taken off and the music being put on, to actually do the swap.
anyone else found this? whats the exact reason for it? whats it doing?
even if some of those tracks being swappped were the same, thus the tracks not needed to be taken off, surely the iphone should know this. It takes long enough to think about it?

Macs use a different version than a iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, so you have to buy this app in the Mac App Store. After installing it, you can sync them if the app has got a sync service or iCloud compatibility. Note that the app for Macs should have iCloud support too

I do not think that it is possible to have more than one Automated Row Fetch process in a given page. See the thread:
ORA-01403: no data found : Unable to fetch row multiple automated row fetch
On your second question, the manual process should work provided:
P_ID has a value when the process executes. You can do it this way:
i. Make this process as a on-load After/Before header process
ii. Make sure that P_ID page item has value when the process executes (set it from another page or before the pl/sql process executes)

Check the eBay listing. Did it state the device was Activation Locked? If not, then make a claim as Meg stated and get a refund. You will not be able to activate the phone and no one can help you contact the owner, unless that is the person that sold the device. If they cannot remove the phone from their account because it is not theirs, then refund is your route. Even Apple cannot assist with locating the previous owner.

An automated second page.

There are two approaches.
If you wish to use AcroForm technology, then you would need to write a bunch of JavaScript to enable this. It has been done, but it’s not trivial.
If you wish to use XFA technology, then it can be setup to happen automatically.
Be aware that in both cases, even though both technologies are part of the PDF standard, that the forms will only be usable in this manner in Adobe’s viewers as many others don’t support JavaScript or XFA.

I have searched high and low and there does not seem to be a way to authorize the iPod Classic. What can I do to sync my purchases to my iPod? I have tried reformatting/restoring it as suggested. It continues to only allow me to sync non-icloud/itunes content.

Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?

Yosemite won't install on my computer because the disk needs to be repaired. I verify, it indicates repair is needed but then the repair disk button can't be clicked. I tried to start in safe mode but it just froze.

I'm to install Yosemite but it tells me the disk need to be repaired. When I verify the repair disk button remains pale and in-clickable. I'm not sure which version of OS X I'm running but I do know I forgot to back up. Help me o-message board, you're my only hope!

First of all, open the Apple menu -> About this Mac, and tell us what OS X version you have.
If it is 10.6.x, you need the Snow Leopard DVD. Insert it, press the C key while your Mac is starting up, choose your language and go to Utilities menu (in the menu bar) -> Disk Utility.
If it is 10.7.x or higher, hold down Command and R keys while your Mac is starting up to boot up in OS X Recovery, and open Disk Utility.
After opening Disk Utility, choose your OS X partition in the sidebar (it is usually named "Macintosh HD") and press "Repair Disk". When it has finished, restart your Mac, make a backup of your files and try upgrading to OS X Yosemite.
The backup will help you in case you decide to go back to the OS X version you are using now. If you cannot make a backup and the disk repair does not work, you will have to format the hard disk.

Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it.
Step 1
If you have more than one user account, and the one in question is not an administrator account, then temporarily promote it to administrator status in the Users & Groups preference pane. To do that, unlock the preference pane using the credentials of an administrator, check the box marked Allow user to administer this computer, then reboot. There are some wireless external hard drives that can be used with the iPad.
The Kingston Wi-Drive, which costs $50 for the 16 Gigabyte, and then $30 more for every 16 gigs more. It works by you turning it on and then accessing the files on it from an app that you download on your iDevice. You can access music, movies, and other stuff. No connections or anything, it works like a WiFi connection, you connect to it from the setting on the iPad under wireless networks.
